I was very happy with Bridgewater Motor Works, LTD. I explained my car's symptoms and later that day they called and told me what the problem was. They also put it on the computer and gave it a good check up. It was ready the next day. The folks were friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Bridgewater Motor Works, LTD. to work on my MB CLS500 and would highly recommend them! I am very satisfied with your services; your prices fall well within my budget, and the good natured commentaries make me feel right at home.

Super job by the guys at Bridgewater Motor Works. My son's car starter quit working. I had the car towed to Bridgewater. Tom at the dealership worked the car into his super busy schedule and had the starter replaced the same day! He also found a check valve leaking oil - called to inform me and replaced that as well. Cannot say enough good things about the way we were treated and the incredible way they took care of us. I recommend Bridgewater Motor to anyone needing work on their vehicle and expect they will receive the same great customer experience that we did! Thanks again!

This place was awesome. Brought my BMW to them after the dealership gave me the run around. Took care of a lot of issues for me, kept me informed of every step, and most importantly were honest with me from the start. Will only go to them for my BMW servicing from now on. Update: Have been going to Bridegwater Motor Works for all maintenance and repairs for my 7 series.

Absolutely great staff, very reasonable prices and always done quickly and properly. Tom in servcie walks you through what is needed for repair and what can wait. Never feel pressured for repairs you were not aware of.

Tom and his team do a great job. Always upfront with what is going on with your vehicle and how much it will cost. Never recommends doing anything that isn't absolutely necessary to your vehicle. Been a happy customer for many years and will always bring my luxury vehicles to this shop!

Good, honest people here. Someone recommended this place to me and I have taken my GTI in twice now. Appreciate they're willing to discuss what's going on with the car openly and treat me with respect. Can't say the same for the dealerships. I will always bring my cars here as long as they're Euro cars.

I recently brought my BMW 550 M Sport in for service and was incredibly pleased, not only by their customer service but technical expertise as well. Believe it or not, they were able to explain a few things to me that BMW could not the week prior. I am someone who is pretty finicky about the car he drives, likes to understand what needs to be done and why.

Truth be told, I am probably a pain in the butt to deal with but just appreciate my cars and they handled the service beautifully. Thanks to the folks at Bridgewater Motor Works for a great experience!

I just had Bridgewater Motor Works do some work on my 1986 Mercedes 560SL. They did an excellent job. They repaired my odometer and serviced my transmission, coolant, break fluid and did an oil change. The car is run like it was when it was new. Great place for Mercedes work. Sabra, Tom, Alan and the service techs are great to work with. Bill E.

I had a "B service" done on my Mercedes at another place that also specializes in foreign vehicles last year. I knew it wouldn't be cheap, but I certainly didn't expect to pay what I did. They gave me a laundry list of things that would need to be done on my next service (A) and the quote they provided was astronomical! The time finally came were I was due for the A service.

Not wanting to be taken advantage of again by the same place, and not wanting to go to just anybody, I googled places that specialize in foreign cars near me. I was drawn to BMW because it was relatively close, and the reviews were primarily good. I sent an email late at night to ask for a ballpark figure for the cost of the service, by mid-morning, I had my appointment booked.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was quickly checked in and on my way in a loaner (despite a small miscommunication mostly on my end) which was a huge help because I didn't have anyone available to give me a ride back home. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the cost came in slightly under what I was quoted which was a plus. When I went to get my car, the gentleman (sorry I didn't get your name!) explained everything to me regarding what would need to be done on my next visit (per Mercedes guidelines).

There were no other services needed per their inspection, which made me appreciate them even more - because I've had many experiences with many different cars where the mechanic will find something wrong or that needs attention either immediately or in the very near future. I'm so glad that I found them and will definitely be using them for all my car's needs.

Bought a 2009 A8 Audi from a small time dealer that once lemon law timing passed I started to have one too many issues with. Spent thousands at other mechanics as well as the Audi dealership itself in Norwell, not a single one could properly diagnose the issues nor adequately fix it. My experiences usually led with other shops telling me to just sell the car and give up, being 25 in this day and age with a loan out and a broken car is nowhere that anyone wants to be. Bridgewater motorworks gave me reasonable prices for repairs, properly diagnosed my issue, used authentic audi parts and provided me with a loaner car to get me through getting to work.

The experience felt personal and genuine. Can I offord to fix my audi numerous times with how expensive they are at my age? Probably not. If I need to and I want it done right I will be going to Bridgewater Motorworks, no doubt in my mind.

Phoned this shop informing them that my vehicle was getting towed to them right before taking a trip back home to England. The woman I spoke with took my information, my vehicle's information and what I wanted done. When I returned to the States, I received a phone call from the police department informing me that my vehicle had been towed as the shop knew nothing of the vehicle.

I had to pay $600 to retrieve it. I would not recommend. Bloody awful customer service. Furthermore: I had absolutely nothing to do with the plates that were reportedly "stolen". The dealership sold me the vehicle and simply kept the plates on it. I have never driven the car since purchased and it did not occur to me that the plates were left on it.

And yes, I called 18 days after because, like previously mentioned, I was out of the country. "we keep an accurate computerized system of appointments backed up by paper." Then where was my information? I specifically told a woman over the phone that my vehicle was getting dropped off. She took down my contact information, vehicle's information, and gave me the nod to bring it in.

I even informed her that the vehicle was getting towed to the shop. "we did all we could do with the information we had." Which was no information evidently. Only thing I got from your shop and the towing company were both companies pointing fingers at each other.
