Brian's Exclusive Detail

I got my paint protect film done 2 weeks ago, and went back today for the windows tint. Ive been super satisfied with this company. They are professional, punctual and honest. Brian and his team responds promptly to messages and provides fair quotes. I am thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the work, and the fantastic service that I was given. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. I couldn't be happier with my PPF, and my windows. Highly highly recommended this place!

I called to inquire about the PPF and I got the worst customer service on the phone that I ever got from any business. I told the guy I had a 2015 corvette and I wanted the bumper done. I explained to him that I tried calling another company but they didn't get back with me. This guy was so rude at the end of our conversation he said just wait on the other company to call you back and deal with them. Wow!

I had paint protection and window tint installed on my car from Exclusive Detail. I could not be happier with the results. From my first interaction with Brian over the phone through to picking up my car it was A+ service. Brian answered every question that I had thoroughly and went over any pros and cons of the options that I had available to me.

I receive compliments on the look of my car every where that I go and they want to touch my car (grrr.). I would not hesitate to recommend Exclusive Detail to anyone looking to get any of the services they offer given the results that I've seen with my car.

I dropped my STi off with Exclusive Detail just as I was leaving on a trip. It got a full detail, paint correction, ceramic coating, and some PPF on the rockers. The ask was that I drop it off when I left on the trip, and that it was done when I got back. The team was easy to work with, understood what I needed, and did an amazing job. When I returned the STi was better than the day I picked it up at the dealer new.

I was so impressed that when I picked up my new Focus RS, the first thing I did was drive it right over to them and schedule the same treatment for it. Bottom line: My car is my baby. I care about every detail, and will only trust it with specific people. I have no issue trusting my cars with Exclusive Detail, and you shouldn't either.

Brian and his entire staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to protecting your vehicle. They focus on attention to detail, as part of their craftsmanship. On top of the superb job that they provided, on my car, Brian made suggestions that I hadn't even thought about. He kept me informed throughout the entire process with photos and updates. This was my second go around for paint protection on my car, and the service was like night and day compared to the previous shop.

Brian and his crew did a beautiful job on my Corvette. They did paint correction, added paint protectective film to the front of the car. In addition, I added ceramic protectection over the entire exterior. I couldn't be more pleased! Service: Paint protection

I've worked with Brian on two of my cars including my Superformance GT40 MK1 and my 2015 Jaguar F-Type S. In both cases, Brian applied both paint protection film and ceramic coating after undertaking a thorough paint correction process. I can't say enough positive things about Brian and the way he runs his business. I would not trust my cars with anyone other than him, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail.

I bought a new 2016 car in another state, not realizing the tint on the car was after market. So I had to find someone to strip out the tint of a brand new car. Brian spoke with me on the phone and was more concerned about satisfaction than making the sale. Ironically, that sold me. He directed me to the dealer who refused to guarantee the defroster if the tint they put on was removed.

Back to Brian who did an incredible job removing it and cleaning up the windows. To add a bonus, the lady working the front office was extremely welcoming and understanding with a good sense of humor. I will be returning to Exclusive Detail for legal North Carolina tint in the future. Thank you for making a stressful situation quick and painless, and doing it quickly while I waited. I can't imagine any disappointment with a visit here.
