I'm not sure what's happening at Peterson's but it's a complete Trainwreck! They had my Sprinter van for over 5 months! Put $8,000 into it! Gave it back to me with the ignition switch falling out of the dash where someone either tried to steal it or they removed it and forgot to put it back in. Has the exact same code that went in with and now look at what they did to my exhaust system after they replace my particulate filter!

Never ever ever again they just need to go out of business. I think they're having severe family problems his wife is going to prison for 12 years for killing somebody in a drunk driving accident! Now it's bleeding over into his work. I requested a call back from the service manager which of course never happened. These guys are Beyond hacks! I can't believe that they're still in business?

Had 8 batteries replaced, only a couple hours notice, got me in EARLY. Did a great job, great prices, great staff and techs.

Great place to rent compressors generators Transformers and lots of other equipment friendly people I recommend them highly

They have the parts you need, when you need them! Very knowledgeable staff, one of the best parts departments I've dealt with out of any manufacturer. The service side is also great. Prices are reasonable and turnaround time is quick. Highly recommend this facility.

This would probably sound unfair, but I always come here great and quick service but today I got to the counter asked for a part, they got my last 8 of the VIN and the gentleman got a call drop the pan and start talking on the phone looking at the computer for 10 min, when I asked if he has it he look at me and point in the phone, I asked if I can please get help and first thing he says is "I have a customer with an attitude" I asked to talk to the manager and he wouldn't call it, he point to go inside the building, I look for someone and I got the part in 3 min, paid and leave!

This is a professional working place, you can't play with people time just because! I would understand a line or complications but I was all alone in the place and he just have to say wait and don't just let me standing right there.

Beware they charge to get an estimate for repairs and service. I wanted to see what it costs to have radiator flushed with new belts and hoses on my RV Cat C7. The estimate came back over $3000.00. I politely declined the offer. When I went to pick it up they charged me $327.00 for the estimate. All I got was a piece of paper and an a very dissatified feeling about the business.

I am a small business owner. I took my truck in to get diagnosed. They said the diesel particulate filter was cracked and we needed a new one. Their quote was $6000. I took the truck in for a second opinion. They said the filter was not cracked. Just dirty. They cleaned it out for $300 and now my truck runs perfectly. I'm wondering if the $12,000 I paid 3 months prior for the same truck was even necessary. Never again will I take my trucks to these crooks.

Came in for a specialty battery cable with plug. Small little thing. Credit for finding and having it. They cut me a deal. But still $330 for two little cables that should have been a fraction of that. Not petersons fault probably. But ouch, thanks to International.

Unfortunately I have done business with these idiots over the years. I would not recommend buying anything from these clowns. When things go wrong which they will they will not stand by their parts or their work. Kevin, Paul the managers need to take a class in customer service. There are many other options to consider when buying trucks stay far away from Peterson you will be glad you did. Giant assholes.

Been here for more then 100 times and he most of the time there are some issues with parts, either they forgot to tell me over the phone they are out of stock or just wrong parts. Some time it takes me couple of hours to get the part some times weeks. I hope there will be more locations in bay star where you can by parts for international truck some day

Worst service i have ever received from these people. so i made an appointment to have my truck looked at and get an estimate on the repairs and also have them check an existing repair that i had them do this was back in February when i made the appointment. so i was told to bring it ion the morning and they will get some one to look at it. a week goes by and i have not heard from them so i call to figure out whats going on with my truck they said they have not looked at yet they said they will move it to the front of the line and check it out a long story short they had my truck a month and a half and now the repairs are complete but forgot to check the existing repair for the leaks that it has caused my truck if you want to be screwed and with your truck for a month and half use these people every time i call they have no idea whats going on and no one can tell me if my truck has been looked at or not. don't use these people they will screw in every way possible and make false promises this will be the last time my company will use these guys.

Peterson Powers Systems is an awesome company! Their staff is very friendly and very helpful. They are also involved in the community. In the past, they helped in many beautification projects with San Leandro Marina, The Oakland Zoo and others. In 2011, they raised over $25,000.00 for Relay for Life. The money came from all the employees and from fundraisers they hosted. They were also an in-kind Sponsor for the event. EXCELLENT COMPANY!
