Fast, friendly service. Nice to go to a repair shop where you aren't talked down to! I've taken several vehicles in for an alignment after mishaps with curbs or getting new tires and always gotten right in. One particular tricky alignment case, they really went the extra mile to try to figure out what was wrong with it. They explained clearly what the issue was and how it could be fixed, even though they knew I'd likely do the repair work myself. I'll definitely return for service again!

Loved the experience here! Dealer was about to charge me an arm and a leg for brake repairs but Brakes Plus was far more reasonable and also seemed more knowledgeable about the brake issues I was having. More importantly though, the service was great from beginning to end with Michael, the general manager. He was very professional and easy to talk to. I can see why Brakes Plus is growing so fast! Highly recommend!

My experience was amazing as always! They assisted me with replacing my oil pan, changed my oil, rotated my tires, and performed my state inspection in a timely manner. This location was so great! When I called to ask for a quote, they gave me an estimate, but encouraged me to come in for a free brake check. I had already been to 3 places and was told completely different prices, but Brakes Plus ONLY did what was necessary and the cost was $700 less than what I was quoted at other places. They finished the service very quickly AND they were honest with me.

I will definitely be going back here for brakes when I need them, but I will also be using them for oil changes, tire rotations and any other basic maintenance items that need to be done.

Terrible customer service. Dishonest. Do not go here if you're a female. You be will taken advantage of. They quoted me over $4000 to fix my car when I just came in for an alignment and then kept my car overnight. Told me the next day that they can't do an alignment at all. Got paperwork for my estimate and they charged me for an alignment when it's advertised as free.

The manager Russ or Wes kept asking if I wanted to sell my Jeep Wrangler yet it needs all this stuff done to it? He offered me $5k for my Jeep. It was a slap in the face. Loser guys working here. Will not trust and will tell everyone I know how horrible they were.

Russ is a walking red flag. I just needed an alignment done and was later given an estimate of 5k. Get real that's insane!

Went to get my Oil Change, 2nd visit to this Brakes Plus. because the first visit was a great experience. Mitch helped me both times. This time my Son who is in a wheelchair went with me. His footrest fell off and Mitch did some repairs on his chair and fixed it for us. Mitch came to our rescue. Thank you so much for Mitch for saving our day. Getting my oil change and helping my Son. I took a couple of pictures of Mitch taking care of my Son's wheelchair while we were waiting on my car.

I was very impressed with Mitch and his team in helping me understand what and why I needed the items repaired. He took me out in the bay several times to educate me on how parts functioned within the engine because I told him that I knew nothing about cars! My main concern was safety in driving grandchildren around so much to sports activities and using a highway. I didn't want anything breaking down on us. The service team was great in every respect and definitely earned my trust.

People here were rude and made fun of my sexuality when it isn't a point of conversation. We were here for my car and I've put thousands of dollars into this place but some old man named Russ decided to make a joke about me and my partner while the other coworkers chuckled. It was very uncomfortable and from here on out I will be avoiding this location and maybe the company overall, you could probably find better priced services elsewhere

By far the best experience that I have had! Michael was amazing and very thorough! He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable discussing all the things going on with my car. I walked in with the intentions of solely getting an estimate and walked out with my rear breaks changed. The team was fast efficient and friendly. It was also very helpful that they had complimentary WiFi so that I could do homework while I waited! I will definitely be back for my oil changes and other services. I highly recommend them. I am a college student and their pricing is affordable but back by quality!

We had a great experience bringing our car for maintenance. Mitch was very nice and informative, never pushy and gave us different options. Gave our car for servicing. Cost us $3000. After getting it back, while driving the car, it collapsed up front. Turns out the axle gave way. Extremely blessed that we were not on the highway. We were just getting out of our community. They fixed it eventually in 2 months. No replacement/rental car was offered for the duration. No reimbursement. All in all, No accountability on their part. Called them to explain with grace why this is not an incident to be taken carelessly and that we'd like to see them redeem themselves. Right! Only we the customer had to face the brunt of their life-risking oversight. Felt disrespected.

Had some "brake work done" here came back to pick up my vehicle and felt the same problem immediately even after they took my car for a spin to see how the brakes were and I had to go to work so I came back another time to take another look at it. Got the work done again and didn't feel the problem also had a brake fluid flush and all that done.

Month passes or so my brakes start to take awhile to get me to a complete stop take it in again and they say I need a new brake booster. Left the place went to another location.

Always a 5 star experience! They do everything except new tires. I've had everything done from minor to major repairs and regular maintenance. I keep going back because they're honest and pricing is reasonable with no surprises, you always know what needs to be done and what it will cost before they start the work. They are very knowledgeable and can troubleshoot any problem easily, figuring out any issue with my very old truck. They are friendly and it's always a great experience. Thank you Brakes Plus team! Far from average repair facility. Some of, if not, the best customer service in the industry. AS with any business there will be negative views, but the reviews speak for themselves. Don't let the name Brakes fool you, from my understanding it started as a family business, but it's evolved over the years to be a full service diagnostic and repair shop.

You can look right out the glass and see them working instead of being crammed in a little room. Everybody always seems to be happy and that translates directly into quality service. If your here reading reviews to make a decision, I'd high recommend them for your needs. They have a shuttle service too if you need a ride.

I went there without an appointment and they got me in in a timely manner. They performed a four wheel brake repair at a price competitive in the marketplace. Very professional! Being a female and taking your car to any kind of shop, sometimes you think you're gonna get the run around and charged for extra services but they explained everything and told me I didn't need something if I didn't want it so I felt very comfortable. Everyone in the shop was very friendly as well. I stayed there while my brakes were serviced and had pleasant conversations with multiple people. Granted it was the end of the day so they were slower but it was a great environment.

I had the worst experience coming in today Friday November 26th. I did have an appointment for 10:00 I was a little late I even called the manager let him know I had a gas leak I fixed my issue got down there around 11:00 this morning and Dell with some rude general manager named Angel Leon. If you want to call him a general manager very disrespectful very rude to customers he refused to work on my $50,000 hot rod it was just to tighten up a transmission clamp.

Someone had erased my appointment that's why I called and said I would come in when I got my gas leak fixed I got down there around 11:00 and he told me to be a 3-hour wait now to get my car in and he disrespected my car saying that we normally don't work on hot rods. Who gives a shit what kind of car it is it's a car. I asked for the district manager's phone number and he refused to give it to me and started with his attitude and told me I'm not going to work on your car now.

This person should not be a general manager should be a janitor. Low and behold I'm in the car business and I will not recommend anybody ever to come to brakes Plus on Happy valley Rd. Younger tall slender guy that was next to him was very professional and courteous but this Angel guy does not need to be a general manager of a facility like this I would have fired him right on the spot if he ever talk to a customer like he did with me. So word of mouth will travel quicker than anything I'm also going to make a complaint A better Business bureau.

I am very pleased to give Brakes Plus a 5 Star review. They took care of my SUV as if it was their own. Prices are fair and Mitch ensured that I got a better discount than the Military discount they offer. Which by the way, thank you for supporting the Military. I definitely will come back for any other car needs I may have, they offer all kinds of services except tires.

My dealership said I needed to change brake pads on my car and said it is critical. I took the car to this location and completely satisfied with the inspection, even though dealer says it is needed upon inspection it was not needed immediately, Mike was very professional and helpful. even though I called to change the brake pads he said he will do the inspection first to make sure if they are really needed. thanks for the honest review.

Mitch and his team were awesome! My car was pulling hard to the right when braking, and he knew what was wrong just by the description I gave when walking in, they were thorough in checking out my brakes, fluids, and systems. He helped me understand what was wrong and being proposed to repair my car and get me safe again on the road and did so in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. These gentlemen will not take advantage of you ladies!

This location is convenient and trustworthy. Mitch did a great job assessing my vehicle's needs and provided fair prices for vehicle services. The mechanics are knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. They are accommodating and very welcoming! Plus, they do great work.

If ZERO stars was an option, I would have done that. Women I would beware, my wife took my truck in for an oil change, she told them that was all she needed, she also told them it was my truck and she was a current cancer patient going thru Chemo and only wanted an oil change, as we have a regular mechanic that services our vehicles. So the tech calls my wife, tells her about some other work that needs to be done, she tells him we are already aware and our mechanic is taking care of it when we can afford the repair, as we are going thru cancer treatment along with Covid, funds were very tight.

So she says no, just the oil change. Then she gets a 2nd call, where the tech tells my wife he wont be able to release her the truck unless the repair is done. My wife was convinced this was a reality and agreed to the work as she thought she had no choice. After the situation was explained to me I call and spoke to the manager, who at the time seemed very understanding, said he remembered my wife and she was going thru chemo, I explained that maybe there was some sort of miscommunication and were looking to figure out exactly what happened.

The manager offered to pull the phone call"They are all recorded" Said he would listen to the call and call me back, I also told him I needed to hear the call, so I could decide for myself if the tech backed her in a corner or if it was just a misunderstanding. He agreed to get me the calls and resolve ASAP. So after not hearing back for 2 weeks, I called again and was told by the same manager that no, now I couldnt listen to the call and there was nothing he could do, think he thought we would just forget about it. Up until this point, these guys had been great to work with, but this ruined it for us and we will NEVER be back, gonna pursue some other action.

My experience at Brakes Plus has been awesome. Surprisingly, they have great overall automotive knowledge and can do work way outside of the scope of a regular brake specialist. I have a corvette, and they were able to diagnose a bad sensor issue that was shutting down my traction control system. I didn't expect them to be able to do this. While I was there, they were in the process of doing a complete engine swap on a Hemi! Pricing is competitive. I highly recommend Brakes Plus.

After my recent bad experience at this location Angel the manager called me the next day and apologized for the experience I had and was more than willing to make things right with me. He refunded to amount for the service preformed that I didn't request and was more than willing to help me out. I am thankful there are still stand up people like this and want to right the wrongs of there business. I appreciate his effort and will go see him for my next service.

Friendly customer service but delivery was sub par. 2019 Ram. Came in for an oil change. We brought it in, job done in about an 1hr. The guy checking us in/out was pretty friendly and we felt good leaving. 2 days later I had fluid leaking on my driveway. I took a real quick look underneath and saw a damp spot on my steering gear box so I took it in to the dealership thinking there was a bigger problem going on. (I admit, I thought it was dirty red so I started to panic thinking it was hydraulic).

The dealership looked at it the next day. Was it hydraulic fluid? No - they indicated the last person who did my oil didn't tighten the drain plug well enough so it was leaking all over everything. Oil changes are one of the elemental pieces to beginning vehicle mechanics. It's the first real piece of vehicle maintenance anyone learns to do with their vehicle.

If you can't do the basics like torquing the drain plug, you don't get to touch my truck. Who knows what other small steps they skip. I'm not willing to find out. Not going back. Wish I could trust them. So close to home. But, the dealership is probably where I'll continue to go moving forward. Bummer

I came with my Merc for an oil change and I'll never go anywhere else again! The manager, Roger, took care of me and it couldn't have been a better experience. Not only was I in and out within 40 min, but it was ridiculously cheaper than what Mercedes charges me. Super friendly staff, great prices, short wait time, and a very clean and reliable facility. I'm so stoked to have found a trustworthy place to take my car outside of the Mercedes dealership. Thank you Roger and the Brakes Plus technicians. I'll be back again!

Recently had my battery die so got a jump and took it to my Brakes Plus on Happy Valley road as my battery was under warranty. I would like to Thank Kevin and Zack for their outstanding customer service and I drove off with a new battery and only paid a small amount for the install. Awesome place.

Came into Brake plus today to have some maintenance work done on my car and the guys were very professional and helpful. They advised me exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me problems I didn't have. I highly recommend giving them your business. Clean environment and great service. The GM Roger was also professional and helpful.

The customer service was outstanding. From the gentleman at the front desk to the lady who walked me through the necessary repairs. They were very courteous and at no point did it feel as if I was getting pushed into something. All repairs were thoroughly explained. Will definitely starting brining all the cars in the family to this location

My battery went dead yesterday and I had bought it from this Brakes Plus location, I called them and said it was still under warranty. I got it jumped and drove straight there and they immediately replaced it. It was great. Thanks guys so much.

I had scheduled a time to drop off my truck to have my brake pads replaced this morning. I showed up and they told me that my daily driver is unsafe to drive and would require a long list of repairs. The provided quote was extensive and I told them that I simply wanted my brakes to be replaced. They told me that they were unsure that they could do that after I had waited an hour and a half, so in response I told them to give me the truck back.

They came back to let me know that they would be happy to replace the brakes for me, but I refused. They brought me my keys back with a cheaper quote to just replace the brake pads on the front of the truck? I feel that the sales person used an aggressive sales tactic to scare me into spending more money. When I was clear with my intentions, the quote for what I had originally asked for was reduced to 1/7 of their original quote. Beware folks

We had our breaks on our truck done here and will bring our car here since the customer service was great and the work went well!

Please don't give your money to these thief's. The mechanics don't know anything and they will charge 3 times more than needed! Please please please don't come here please! I went to another mechanic and asked how much he would charge for the job and he said $200. That lady who calls herself the manager charged me $800! You clowns!

Both my husband and I have brought our cars here for different services and have had great customer service each time from Lana, Kash and Brett. When we had a major repair that needed to be done, Kash asked us to come in so he could show us what the issue was, thoroughly explained what the part did and what needed to be done, and even asked my husband to step behind the counter so he could show him the price of the part so we knew they weren't trying to rip us off. We've never had this kind of customer service from any shop so we will continue to come here and will recommend this shop to everyone.

Had to go in for a few regular maintenance issues recently that I had in my truck. I had to come back for a second time due to some repeated AC issues but Lana was quick to resolve the issue and had outstanding communication on the status of the truck! Lana is absolutely the best to deal with and I think her general approach to customer service is what makes this place great. You can't go wrong with honest straightforward advice and a willingness to help. Keep up the great work Lana and team!

Brought my car in for tire rotation. I just had my car in at another shop down the street. They forgot to rotate my tires Anyhow. Brakes plus on Happy Valley. Found that my struts were shot. And a problem with front axle. I knew something was wrong as grease dripping from car into my garage floor. They showed me where the problems were took a photo from under my vehicle.

No twisting of my arm. To fix. But I decided to fix car for safety reasons. Lana brought a nice chair out of her office for me to sit in while waiting as I am disabled. All staff at brakes plus on happy valley. Very personable I can't believe the other shop missed the problems with my van. Anyhow. Lana told me they needed to locate parts. So they drove me home.

The nice man helped me with my walker. Then. In the AZ heat. My garage door wouldn't open. He got out of car again. He helped me to my front door. And made sure I got in safely. Thank you Brakes Plus on Happy Valley. Phoenix

If I could give 10 stars I would! I LOVE this place. After needing an oil change recently I was very pleasantly surprised with the manager and their staff. The manager is so honest and upfront. She tells you exactly what your vehicle needs and tries to get you the BEST deal. This is so refreshing. I recommended them to my friend who also had a few issues. They found that she was close to having a wreck due to her cars mechanical issues. Thank you for being so kind and honest.

Excellent service, friendly and professional! Brought in my 1967 GTO to have a brakes issues resolved. The quickly performed the brake inspection, bled the brake line and found out the right rear drum brake cylinder was frozen. Within an hour, it was replaced, brakes adjusted and back on the road!
