They were very professional, very friendly. Would always call and keep me informed on how things were going with me vehicle so I knew a time frame of when I would receive my vehicle back. Also gave a nice rental car, but it had bad breaks so they let us return it and had no problem putting us in a new rental that was just as nice. I'm very thankful for their services and if we ever need anything done to our vehicles, we will definitely be coming back to them. Thank you Russom's for a job well done!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Little to no communication, took forever to get work done and I felt like I was given the run around. Gave me 5 dates of completion and didn't deliver on one. They kept shifting blame to other, which is just sad. The work looks fine, but I will go elsewhere in the future. Honor your word and own what you say. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

My daughter totaled her car two hours away from home. Russom's was exceptional at communication and at being accommodating when towing and storing her car. After she was released from the hospital they allowed us to come after hours to get her belongings so we didn't have to make a second trip. They made the entire experience easy and painless. It's a true mom and pop owned shop that cares about each and every customer.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would definitely do that! What fantastic service! Through every step of my vehicle repair, they were open, honest, and notified me about changes. I wouldn't change anything about my experience here. They gave me a great deal on a rental while my car was being repaired, and helped me out with other repairs that I needed done as well. Overall, 11/10 would recommend
