I feel Dave is responsible and responsive. His team does great work and made the experience easy and stress free. My 2015 Fusion was hit from behind. Boyle's repaired all the damage so that it looks like new. The paint is blended and I can't tell that body work needed to be done. He took care of dealing with the insurance company. Great communication - explained how he would interact with my insurance and the timeline. Did a wonderful job fixing the rear of my car. Dave is a friendly guy and gets you in and out of his shop quickly.

Dave and his team fixed my car perfectly (it's three months later and there have been no problems at all) and worked exceptionally well with my insurance company, even though the claim situation was complicated. When I caught an invoicing error that resulted from that complication, Dave spoke to me *while on his vacation* to understand and swiftly correct it.

I was also impressed by how Dave was able to get high-quality parts that the insurance company would cover. The next time my car needs body work, I will go to Dave at Boyle's.

I had my car fixed by Dave twice with total satisfaction. 1st was for taillight installation, instead quoting me hundreds of dollars to do rear bumper bodywork given by others, Dave simply suggested replacement of the broken light as the bumper looked in not bad shape. Eventually I paid only a small fraction of full bumper replacement. Saved me money. 2nd was for side mirror replacement.

My bad to bring a wrong aftermarket mirror that was figured out not matched by Dave after spending time on it. Without charging me labor though my fault, Dave ordered new and correct mirror for me without upfront payment or deposit. He called me when the mirror arrived, and installed quickly at agreed time while I just waited a bit. Save me time. Honest, simple but crystal clear communication with customer and mutual respect, trust and professional service, that are reasons I rate five stars and recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

Highly recommend. I just picked up my Grand Cherokee from BBW and it looks great! This is exactly the type of shop I love - pride in workmanship, customer-focused, and an incredibly fair price.

I used Boyle's a couple times over the life of my 370Z. Dave and his team returned my car looking like new. Paid out of pocket for one of the repairs, price was very reasonable.

Great shop recommended to me by a USAA appraiser after another garage down the street quite literally held my car hostage for a week. Found by chance, but now certainly a place I'll be going back to - my car needed some bumper work, other place had it locked in their lot for LEGIT seven days and did not even start it, the job had been quoted as a two day fix. Got it to Dave for a Tuesday morning start, had it back midday Wednesday.

They appraised a few other minor repairs for me, which I dropped the car off for last night and I will be picking up today. Solid, trustworthy people - Dave and his son Justin are friendly, and honest professionals. The whole rundown is given to you ahead of leaving your vehicle there, and they have a great website detailing their process which I thought was a nice bonus. AND they wash your car for you after, which we wish all garages would, but not all of them do. Good place, good people.

My beloved little AMG was hit by a kid running a red light. I was afraid of after market parts, weird panel gaps, rattles and squeaks after a major repair. My repair shop steered me to Boyle's assuring me the car would be done right with OEM parts. They were right. Fantastic attention to detail, perfect work, down to multiple spray outs to get a perfect color match without blending.

Even down to limiting the wet sanding to match the new door and rear quarter panel to the adjacent panels factory paint. Just incredible attention to detail. The car was hit hard. And now you'd never know it was in an accident. Before pic with my winter wheels when it was hit after with my summers after the repair. Flawless. Just flawless. Tracks straight and perfect, no squeaks rattles or bumps. They even eliminated some wind noise when they realigned the rear quarter window as part of the repair. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Just tremendous work!

I brought my Honda Accord to Boyle's after I scratched it up. I was braced to pay a hefty bill, but instead Dave said the scratches could be handled by a detailer (Arlington Auto Detailing), who could do it quite inexpensively. What a nice guy! He could easily have had my business at a relatively high price but instead put the customer (i.e., me), first.

Thank you, Dave! I did call Arlington Auto Detailing and they gave me a great price to do my entire car. I highly recommend Boyle's and will send a review on Arlington Auto Detailing when I get my car done this spring.

I had such a positive experience with Boyle's. I had to get my horn repaired to be in compliance with annual testing. Dave scheduled me for next-day repairs and had the job done the same day I brought the car in. He made it really easy for me to pick up my car after I got off work, even though I couldn't get there until after the shop was closed.

The cost of the repairs was AMAZING--seriously over $350 LESS than another place quoted (that higher price was very possibly a lady tax, jerks). At Boyle's I felt respected, the whole exchange was very easy, and the horn works great. Thanks Boyle's!

During years of buying cars, and buying them new, I've had at least three lemons. In 2004 I took a chance and bought a VW Passat to replace the one that was the biggest lemon I ever owned. This one has become a keeper, thanks to regular servicing at Autodyne in Beverly and the luck of the draw. I started shopping for a new car when this VW reached its 11th birthday and realized that all I had against it were the inevitable scrapes and dents. So I called on owner Dave Cusano to see what he could do, signed on for repair, and was pleasantly surprised. I now have what looks like a new car.

Service was fast, but work suffered. First off They never changed a light which was in the appraisal and attempted to say they did. Then the paint was full of dust, they buffed out most of it which exposed the body work which was not smooth, appeared as if they just slapped some bindi and never checked the lines. I was told this shop deals with high end vehicles which is why I tried them but not happy with the work. My vehicle must not have been high end enough to receive quality work.

Boyle's went above and beyond with my car services. I came in to have paint fixed on the lower front bumper area where a curb had left some pretty rough scratches and scrapes. There were also some light scratches on the hood that needed to be buffed. They got my car looking beautiful and shiny again for a VERY fair price. They even went the extra mile to polish up the entire car and vacuum my dirty floor mats.

They were so thorough that they noticed some loose brackets that needed to be tightened on the front bumper as well. That just shows how great a job these guys are doing and how much they pay attention. Dave the owner is so friendly and professional. I am so thankful to have found this shop!

They have worked on my E500 Mercedes, my 323it BMW and my antique car, a 1971 Mercedes 280 SL. Their work is flawless and show quality. In fact, after they repainted my antique car, I won two auto show awards including Best of Show at Lars Anderson's German Car Day. I am extremely happy with their work! At every opportunity I take the time to recommend them to friends, acquaintances and, even to strangers who admire my cars.

I have now been to Boyle's for work on our Volvo wagon twice in the past six months. The first time was for some repairs on one of the rear quarter panels from a minor accident. My wife arranged the job and raved about how pleasant and flexible Dave was to work with, especially since she has two little kids at home that make scheduling, pick-up, etc. extra challenging.

Fast forward a few months and I stripped a side mirror off the car when backing out of our garage with said kids screaming in the back seat. I fully expected this to cost me something in the $300-500 range but in about 10 minutes Dave replaced the bulb for the turn signal light and managed to pop the rest of the casing back on (apparently, all but one of the tabs that hold the casing in place were still working). total cost? $5. I'll be a customer for life!

My mother backed into the rear driver's door of my new 2012 Ford Flex. The Flex has indented grooves along the side doors, so fixing this was no easy task. Boyle's gave me an estimate (not cheap) and stuck to it even after the work took longer than they expected. They did a perfect job matching the paint so that the repair is completely invisible.

They gave me an appointment and an approximate pickup time a couple of days later and stuck to the times. Note that they only take checks or cash, so plan ahead if you are paying for repairs yourself. They were professional, pleasant to deal with, and did great work. No hesitation in recommending them.

Came here because of the positive Yelp reviews. What I found was far from what I had expected. They took a week and a half longer than they said they would take initially. We said it was ok if they took an extra day or two because it was busy. After that it took a full week from the point we gave them leeway. They gave one excuse after another, saying it was going into paint on a friday afternoon and that we could pick it up monday morning.

It took another full week from then for them to finish, with the final straw being an employee buffing it after painting, and burning through the paint while buffing. Back again the car went into the paint. Going back to pick it up I asked if they could take any of the cost off for taking so long and got a whole lot of attitude. Instead of being helpful, or even just saying no sorry we can't do that, he decided to be a jerk about it.

Overall this was a pretty poor experience at a place with great reviews so far. I would call them anything but professional. If you are thinking about bringing your car here, think twice about it. There are plenty of other places to find.

They did a great job repairing my 2008 C300. Replaced bumper, front panel, front lights, and re-painted the hood after removing a small dent. Did not use any grey market parts. Paint and finish matched perfectly. The hood looks brand new. Amazed at the workmanship and I consider myself to have an eye for detail and to be very picky. Thanks, Dave for the updates and follow up throughout the whole ordeal. Great customer service. Great repair job. They have a perfect rating in Yelp as well as Google and I believe, in Angie's List. It's no surprise. These guys are fantastic!

I live a few blocks from Boyles. I took my previous car, a Mitsubishi Eclipse there when the window stopped working. It cost in the $110 range. When I looked at the receipt, the part was $99 and labor was the rest. He could have charged some exorbitant price for the labor and I wouldn't have known. My new car is a Yaris and someone ripped the bumper within a few months of my owning it. Dave basically told me it wasn't worth repairing it as the new bumper would cost $600 just for the part.

Instead he helped me duct tape it. I really appreciate his honesty.he could have told me any story about how the inside would rust if I didn't replace it. What he told me instead was that the underneath of the exposed part was all plastic so not to worry about it rusting. Being a woman, I've been to many body shops and garages who have tried to get me to replace things for no good reason. Go here if you don't want to be ripped off.

Boyles Body Works is THE place to bring your car if you've been in an accident. The owner Dave Cusano is very nice & helpful & will patiently walk you through the entire insurance payment process. They will handle everything from start to finish & even arrange a rental car for you, while your vehicle is being repaired. They are very meticulous & their quality of workmanship is hard to beat.

They do great work! I send all my family members there & they are all very happy with the people & the body work. In the shop you will see anything from a Toyota to an old classic Ford Mustang to an expensive racing Ferrari. They treat all cars with the same care & dignity. You will be very satisfied with the experience!
