I was referred to this place by my boss So I used Bouchillon to fix a car issue (AC 07 Pilot) that was caused by another mechanic. They are not just part changers, They diagnosed it and fixed it promptly. I will be sending my Family and Friends to them for their car repair needs! Great Job! Now for my H2 Hummer 03.

The only place I trust with my cars. I called Randy when I got in my first wreck and he was nice enough to walk me through everything. Caleb is always a pleasure. They may charge slightly more than other places, but they won't upsell you and do quality work. I feel like finding an honest auto shop like this is like finding a leprechaun.

I have found my people! I will never take my car anywhere else again. Professional, honest and performed inspection and services in a very timely manner. Due to their honesty and integrity, they saved me what could potentially end up being thousands of dollars, by telling me that my issue would cause further problems down the line and they recommended that I not put anymore money into my car to repair it because, basically, it was gong to become a money pit. When it comes to automobiles, Caleb and his team get it right. I had my 2006 Expedition towed to his shop to get a diagnosis and an estimate to fix. Caleb told me they were extremely busy and he'd get to it as soon as he could but added he may need a few days to get to it. He called me the next day with a full diagnosis and emailed me a 6 page printout report of all tests they performed on my Ford and also took the time to thoroughly explain it all to me so I could make an informed decision.

Through his honest advice and a little of my own knowledge (very little) we decided the repair wasn't worth it and just didn't financially make sense. I say that to point out that he could have easily told me I should move forward with the costly repair and I'd have been on the hook for $3500-$4000 (and I probably would have done it). His honesty saved my wife and I a lot of money and headache.

It can be hard to find honest mechanics in todays world but Caleb and his team are as honest as they come. I'll recommend Bouchillon automotive to any and everyone from this point forward based on my refreshing experience.

I've been using Bouchilons for years. I've done my own mechanical work ever since I was young, which I'm not anymore, so I'm very picky about who does my work. I know when I take my cars to them, they're not going to do anything I don't need, and they keep me informed on what's going on. I can't ask for any more than that. Honesty, integrity and doing the job right the first time.

I just finished getting my engine swapped out of my 2015 ram and Caleb and his father were great! I appreciate the no sugarcoating, straightforward honesty they bring to the table. They've been in business for a long time and I can see why. Highly recommend.

I just knew from my first conversation on the phone with Caleb that I was going to have a good experience. He was so nice and so accommodating. The mechanic did a great job and was also just as nice as can be. When I arrived I felt right at home, and by the time I left, I felt like I was part of the family. It's so hard to find mechanics you can trust, but I definitely trust these guys. I will be coming here for all future repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend them.

Bouchillon bailed me out when a tree limb fell and broke my windshield. It also slightly damaged the windshield frame right by the Vehicle VIN. When Safelite completely messed up the repair and even lost my windshield wipers, I took the car to Bouchillon and they took care of the problem quickly, efficiently and very reasonably.

AVOID! We were quoted 7-10 days for repairs. Over one month later we were told to come pick up our car. Guess what? They forgot to repair and repaint the rear view mirror!? After 30+ days? When we came back another five days later they forgot to call Enterprise to have them pick up our rental. We were then charged for several days of rental car extension. Getting this situation resolved was a nightmare as Bouchillon was ZERO help fixing a problem that they caused. Do business here at your own peril. You have been warned.

"AWESOME SERVICE!" Always there and have time for your needs! Fast and courteous service. They are extremely helpful to us senior citizens. They describe the problem with your automobile in language a layperson can understand. Giving the different options to fix the problem. Helping us make the best decisions for oue budgets.

If there was a zero star option, that is what I would be giving this business. My car spent 42 days in the shop. No updates received from Bouchillon on the process unless I went up to the office or asked to speak to a manager on the phone. The manager, Pam, was extremely rude in each encounter we had and did not ONCE apologize for the inconvenience and stress she caused during the entire ordeal.

After 42 days and the cooperating insurance company filing a formal complaint against Bouchillon, I picked up my car with a missing hubcap. After the technician promised to give me one on a written document, Pam (with her usual unpleasant and unprofessional demeanor) contacted me on the phone saying that she had "pictures" of my car without a hubcap.

I happily assured her to not worry about the hubcap, I would much rather deal with replacing a hubcap then to ever have to deal with this UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT business ever again.

Bouchillon's Collision Center is my go to body shop for auto repair. Unfortunately I have had to have 2 vehicles repaired recently. Each time Bouchillon's provided prompt repair (less than 10 days). The work was excellent, the staff was helpful and pleasant. One repair required a supplemental invoice which they handled with the other driver's insurance company. No problem. Bouchillon's has earned my business and I highly recommend them.

Bouchillon charged me double what other companies charge in Savannah. The front office staff was rude.

This review is based upon the front office only. Seeing as how the lady who ran the phones/office was so incredibly rude to me, I never got the chance to get my estimate for my car or get my car repaired. I had a ten o clock appointment and arrived five minutes early. After being (snappily) handed a form to fill out, I was abandoned. At ten twenty five I called my insurance and told them I would like my claim transferred. So I lost forty minutes of work for nothing other than rude service.
