It was my first time buying a vehicle at a dealership and it was an absolute great experience. I found a vehicle online at around 10pm and I knew I had to have it so I immediately sent an email and I got a response that night from Paul. We got in contact first thing the next day and I drove up and took a test drive. The experience after that was great. Paul and Jeff were great and a blast to work with.

They made it a fun exciting experience overall. I was driving home the next day after looking at it. Once I pulled up the truck was outside running with a sign in the window congratulating me. Very bittersweet. They went in detail about all the extended warranties and options that were best for me. Paul called me the next day to make sure everything was good and to thank me again. That's customer service. 100% recommend them for my future purchases.

A very smooth buying process from start to finish, which was a rare feat prior to Covid and supply chain disruptions, but is even more impressive in 2022. Outreach began almost immediately after my first inquiry, with a test drive scheduled in the exact car I was looking for within a handful of hours. Paul N. was phenomenal as he helped me throughout the process, putting in extra effort to help tie up some loose ends with my previous vehicle.

He was knowledgeable and informative about the models I was looking at, and very upfront about the entire process. The fact that the dealer had the exact model I was looking for available within a matter of days was a nice surprise, especially given the chaotic times we are living in.

Posted a review years ago due to poor quality service after buying three cars. Gave them another chance. Absolutely night and day. Friendly service from the service manager. Got the vehicle right in. Confirmed what we had diagnosed the problem being. And began the repair. The repair should be done based on what they said less than 48 hours after dropping it off. This is the way it should be. Thanks for the great service.

*****DO NOT PURCHASE HERE****** I Walked into Bolles Jeep. I waited at the front desk, no receptionist and 3 salesman sitting at their desk did not even acknowledge me. The mechanic walking by noticed I was waiting and asked if I needed help. I kindly told him I was waiting for a salesman. They never came. They never looked my way. I waited for 6 minutes I counted on purpose. So I left and went to purchased brand new 2021 Grand Cherokee at Gengras Jeep. Your loss not mine.

Went in for an oil change on a friday morning. Everything was smooth and fine. My car had no oil which I was unaware so I put a quart in before my oil change. Saturday am woke up to do errands and found a puddle of oil in my driveway. Called Bolles Saturday about it they told me to come in because they probably didn't tighten the cap enough and they gave me a rental.

They had my car towed in monday am and called to tell me it wasnt them and that I must have hit something hard because I was missing bolts and there was a whole (crack). Quoted me $780 for an oil pan bolts and some other little things. They told me they would have my car towed back to my house because i told them i can not afford that. Tuesday was when my car should have been towed home and they called Tuesday evening to tell me they are no longer towing it and that they spoke to the technician and he said it was safe to drive home. (But let me remind you they told me in the beginning it was not safe to drive and thats why they had it towed it to their shop) while waiting for my ride a few were arguing about how come they are towing my car back for free and it was because the guy working with me told me it would not cost me anything.

When they called me that evening (today 7/9/19) I said oh so now i can drive it and is this because you guys dont want to pay for it to get towed now, he paused and said yeah. Very unorganized and no empathy for their customers. Yes they gave me a rental for three days but my car never leaked as bad as it did before I brought it to them.
