2 minutes agoNEW Do not use! My husband rented a van on Friday, the owner was nice an said bring it back on Monday. We didnt need the van anymore, on Saturday we looked up what time they close 4pm. We went to drop off the van 12 pm they were closed. Okay so Monday comes we return the van and then notice an extra charge for $92.00. We brought the van back 10am he said Monday morning.

Now wants to charge extra Plus the van costed $200.00 would never do business here again. If you wanna waste your money this is the place to come. Sad were locals too for over 35 years. Will tell our community stay away.

Got me out of a Jam with my car. Prices are average. No issues after repair. Nice staff.

I took my car to Bogarts to have a simple tire and battery job done I was given a quote of $1000.00 to cover everything so I agreed to let them do the work. Within 2 days Bogarts auto called me and told me they did brakes and change the brake lines without telling me they were going to do that which took the bill up to $1777.00 then they went into my checking account without telling me who does that just up and go into anyone bank account without permission.

After all that, his site has posted the methods of payment they accepts which is personal checks so I had to take a check to pay for my car when I got there he told me that is not his website and he doesn't take checks. Then called the police to tell them I'm trespassing even though he has my car in his shop the police came and told me I have right to be there because my car is there so they did nothing to me. since I had to cancel my card because of bogarts going into my account without permission he refuse to take my payment I could do so he's holding my car and would not give it back until he gets cash. This business is crooked. If you value you bank account and your car find someone else to take it to. Learn from my lesson. If I could give 0 I would.

Too expensive. Wasn't expecting to pay $50 for a regular oil change. When I went there last year it was $36. Oh well next time I should ask. They were very nice but I sensed there was something wrong with my car by the look on the mechanic's face but he never said anything to me. Not cool.

NEVER EVER EVER GO TO BOGARTS. They continuously charged me hundreds and hundreds of dollars to fix my car, it was an older car so I knew it had issues but couldn't afford to buy a new one. Eventually he told me the car was beyond repair and essentially stole the car telling me he would junk it and he was doing me a favor. Upon getting a new car and him starting to say the same stuff he did about my other car I realized I was being scammed and my other car probably was never beyond repair.

I got a second opinion on my new car and the other garage charged me $200 when bogarts was going to charge me over $700 for the same exact thing! Do not trust them with anything!

Used as a drop-off for our U-haul. They were amazing. We over filled on gas so they didn't charge us for a few miles we went over. Very thankful and pleased. We were able to drop off while the garage was closed. Thank you Bogarts!

Let me preface by saying i am not caterina. my name is tom king. also let me say i have no problem with the work done at bogarts but get any estimate in writing. i had transmission cooler lines put in my 2003 trailblazer. over the phone i was given a price "around 400 dollars". when i picket the car up the bill was close to 700. i was told that the price quoted was for labor only. who does that? then i brought my 2003 explorer in for an inspection. was told it needed rear brakes. told them to do the job but first call me with the price. was called and told around 285 for rears. having been burnt once before i asked "parts and labor?" and was told yes parts and labor. i asked how much to do the fronts and was told 480 also parts and labor. told him just do the rears so i could pass inspection. picked the car up 480,00 just to do the rears this time i was told the estimate was for parts only. i am so accustomed for any estimate i have ever been given to be for the total job complete not just parts or labor. as a side note i was charged 75.90 for pads (21,99 at auto zone ) and 67.90 for rotors (19.99 at auto zone) i undestand that marking up parts is part of doing business but is giving estimates consisting of only parts or only labor (at the owners whim) a way of doing business? as the saying goes fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. both times i picked my vehicles up the owner was not there and left it up to his mechanic to vainly try to explain the pricing procedures

Never again got quoted one price for tune-up when picking truck up price almost doubled with no call to inform me don't use then go to Cars on rt 55 they are honest

Used Bogarts a handful of times and would not recommend. I started to realize shortly after I had work done there, something else went wrong too shortly after. Also does not stand behind his work. Had a costly repair done recently and failed within 2 weeks, went back and he said I would have to pay hourly rate to figure out what went wrong! I understand things go wrong but not when just payed well over $1K and fails within 2 weeks. should've at least diagnosed and would have gladly paid for repair. Since, I've realized that other repairs there had led to more related repairs shortly after. Use at your own risk! but he does seem to be a nice guy up front. or at least I thought.
