Our rear bumper had been damaged in a snow storm accident. Not a huge problem, but given this was my first accident, I was extremely nervous about the process of insurance and repairs. I got lucky in having a second party who was very responsible and took accountability for everything. She found this shop (it was in network with her insurance) and we were able to get appointments within a couple weeks.

They finished my car before the estimated time, and they helped us through the process of getting insurance assignments set up. Everything was easy to follow and everyone was very kind and communicative. Amazing final product too! Returned my car looking brand new!

They sent us home with an unfinished car and have billed our car insurance as though the car is completely done. Getting responses out of them is ridiculous. They had the nerve to send my daughter home with the car asking us to leave a positive review with State Farm. Pfft. Are you SERIOUS?! The car still had a cracked TRUNK! Omg. Absolutely ridiculous body shop to work with.

"Forgot" about our vehicle for over 2 weeks. Communication is very poor, with them not even having the adjustors name on file. Kasey, the front desk girl asked me for the phone number to the adjustor, when it should be on file or written on the estimate. She kept calling right before closing, stating we needed to come get it but when we did the car would not be ready for pick up.

This happened at least 3 times. Then when we tried to pick up, we were told they weren't aware we were going to pick up the car even though we had called and tried to pick up the car in person previously. These issues have been going on since the very beginning. The car has been misplaced and not checked in for over 2 weeks. Communication on their part was horrible to the point they weren't aware of the claim status of the car.

Very unprofessional and lackluster. The only person we met that had any tact with customers, was Todd. Once he wrote our estimate, he did his best to correct the issues created by the office staff. The second to last time we went to pick up the car, Kasey told us the car would be ready "tomorrow" (AKA. Thursday), Todd then told us in the same visit it would be ready by Friday.

The car was not ready until the Monday after. Overall, if you have to take your car here, make sure you deal with Todd. If you have to deal with Kasey, be prepared to have a horrible experience.

The friendly team here did a fine job of getting my Subaru repairs estimated, work scheduled and completed. Alexa and her crew were fantastic. I had a deep scratch on the door of my meticulously maintained car. I was a customer of the previous business owner and I was very concerned that the work would live up to my high expectations. The team did a flawless job and my car gleams once again. They were super easy to work with, and the price beat nearby competitors.

I live north of Denver and will make the hour-long drive to Body's by Brown because I trust their work and their prices. I confidently recommend this shop to family and friends.

Emily and Alexa went above and beyond to do a paint repair on our vehicle that was damaged during and oil change at a local dealer. They started on our repair the same day and had us back on the road a couple days later. We also had a clear bra installed To protect this vulnerable area from rock damage. While we waited for our repair to be finished we got to know them and their family and they are now lifelong friends. Our hood looks like new!

Have used Bodies by brown and Alexa for several years now. You can always trust the quality of repair from this facility, and the fact that they'll shoot you straight on what it's going to take to get it fixed. They will do either cash jobs or insurance claims, whichever you need, and will charge a fair price for either. Paint always matches, car is clean upon return, and communication is good. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

Was in a fender bender with a car that backed into the side panel of my car. The other car left a pretty good dent right on the seam of the panel. Body's by Brown was recommended to us by the Dodge dealership and we trusted them and the process! Body's by Brown did amazing work and made it a seamless process for us to get our car fixed and get a rental through insurance. They took extra care with the side panel and making sure the seam looked perfect! 10/10 would recommend and use again! Thank you!

I have used Body's By Brown for both my vehicles now for a hand full of years. They go above and beyond every time, customer service and professional body work are their priorities. My vehicle comes back to me detailed, clean and their paint and body work is impeccable. Needless to say I'm a picky customer and they fulfill my expectations to and more.

I can't recommend them enough. The GM Alexa is always available for a question or call, they keep you up to date with texts so I know the status of my vehicles progress. These guys are the real deal. If you are looking for body work for a foreign or domestic vehicle they have you covered.

I took my Dad's car there for an issue that was causing water to leak into the cabin. They were able to find the problem quickly and get it solved with the lowest possible cost. I was prepared for a high bill with having to pull the dash out but instead of selling me something I didn't need they fixed the problem and saved me a ton of money. To top it off they were able to replace the cabin filter and get the oil change done that it needed before my dad's road trip. They did a great job taking care of the customer and would gladly take my cars back there.

What can I say, we have been customers of Body's by Brown for many years, and their service and work has been outstanding. There was a recent change of ownership, and the new owner Alexa did an incredible job (even better than our prior experience with them). She went to bat for us getting the insurance company to approve a supplemental claim.

I had a really bad door ding from a car who slammed their car door into the front fender of my Camaro. I went to other body shops and they wanted to charge me almost double the price that Body's by Brown charged. They did an awesome job. Looks like nothing ever happened. I have some other small little dings here and there and will be definitely be taking my car back to have them knocked out. 5 Star review *****

Yep, poor service and no return calls for 2 weeks. Left a message on a Friday, no call back by next Thursday. Called on Thursday and no one answered. was a good place 4 years ago but it's time to find a new shop.

Unfortunately I've been to several body shops in my life. Body's by Brown has been the best by far! They scheduled an estimate quickly, got my car In for repair within a few days and negotiated with my insurance company very effectively. They were highly responsive and did an amazing job repairing the car. I've been to several of the large corporate body shop chains and had terrible experiences.

This small, family owned, operation exceeded my expectations. I hope I don't need their services any time soon, but if I do need another repair, I will definitely go back here!

The auto body shop is amazing! Nice nice family, quality work and fair prices! They even cleaned my car before they gave it back to me. My boss swears by this place, and takes all of his company vehicles here we needed. I can see why. They've earned my business for life!

Had a great experience with Body's by Brown. I was able to schedule an appointment easily to get paint buffed out of the side of my car. I waited only 30 minutes and my car looked brand-new after my appointment. The people that work here are so friendly but also very professional. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone who needs work done on their car, especially DU students since it's only a 10 minute drive from campus. Thank you Body's by Brown!

I had to have my bumper repaired following an accident! Everyone here was wonderful! Brandon, Amber and Melissa. They fixed my car and dealt with the awful Insurance company (Legacy Insurance- the other drivers policy). I was referred here by my amazing mechanic- Lindys Auto located down the street.

This place is amazing! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon and his crew really know there stuff. They did an excellent job on our Impala SS. I could not be more please with the entire experience.

My subaru got totaled recently, but before I knew it was totaled, I got it towed here for an estimate. This place was amazing. Not only were they incredibly courteous and easy to reach (I always had to leave a message and get called back at other places.these guys answered the phone after 1 ring and you got to talk to a REALLY nice person EVERY time), but they also go above and beyond when helping in situations like this.

Some people, like me, don't know a lot about dealing with totaled cars and insurance agencies. But luckily I ended up here. The owner sat down with me, made sure I wasn't getting taken advantage of, made phone calls and sent emails on my behalf, looked up comparable quotes for my car, and let me store my vehicle on his lot beyond what my insurance would pay until I could negotiate. They are ridiculously fair, knowledgeable, and kind.

After our car was damaged by a hit and run driver, our long-time mechanic recommended Body's by Brown. The front service staff was friendly and efficient. They checked over the car, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate, and handled everything with the insurance company. As a courtesy, after dropping my car off st their shop, they drove me to the rental car agency for the loaner. Later, after repairs were done, they arranged for Hertz to pickup the rental from their shop.

Most importantly, the body work was excellent. They replaced the front and side grill. They also matched the original paint, which is especially important on a shiny black finish. You could not tell where repairs were done. The only minor problem we noticed later, were the front head lights has not been adjusted properly with the beams aimed too low. We took the car in for routine maintenance at the dealership, and they fixed it. Overall, the service and work was excellent.

We have used Body's by Brown 5 times. They are always on the money with estimates, done when they say they are going to be, friendly, professional, accommodating, etc. I have nothing be good things to say. I will not use another body shop.

Super friendly, efficient, curteous, professional and fair. I got two other estimates. The other one wanted to have me pay for things not broken! Branden at Bodys by Brown was efficient for my broken bumper. My sensors were not impaired so he did not charge for those whereas the other companies would have charged me $600 more plus said I had to leave my car for three days. Bodys by Brown painted my parts in advance so I only had it there 2/3 of a day. Awesome service. Oh yeah, and they use real parts.
