Great service honest pricing. They went out of their way to keep my classic looking good and indoors for the duration of the repair. I usually would work on the car myself, but was chasing a transmission leak. They were able to troubleshoot and get it fixed. Thanks again for a job well done.

Be Aware! Don't even give a thought to trust them, The biggest lier and fraud, I've ever seen. I had a trouble with my car and was towed to Bob's transmission which is the most biggest fraud transmission shop. I was charged 1600$ for the repair. The car got repaired without any information and was also charged for unnecessary repair which is working in good condition. Apparently, the one that was repaired is also not done properly.

I've mentioned them before you(Bob's transmission) working on my car inform me, so that I can manage what's going on and it's really a huge amount for me because I am an "International student", need to pay my fees and manage my things. Now, now this had effected me a lot in managing my things. Still the problem that was repaired without my permission is still existing. Do never trust this bloody company called "BOB's TRANSMISSION"

A few weeks ago as I was driving my 2016 Ford Fusion started to jerk and failed to accelerate. This was my first time ever having car issues. I really didn't know where to go or where to start. I talked to a friend who is a mechanic, he predicted from the issues I explained, it was my transmission. I talked to a few friends and asked around, no joke.

I literally had 4 people refer me to come to Bob's Transmission. If I could give this business 100 stars I would. I currently have a extended warranty through a company and man did they give me some trouble and the run around. James and his team at Bob's worked so hard with my warranty company. They fought and fought for what I deserved. They spent long wait times on the phone, submitted documentation and everything they needed to get this claim approved.

The loyalty to customers is beyond amazing. This is a business that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Any work I ever need done on my car will be taken to Bob's Transmission. I cant thank them enough for all their hard work and making my vehicle feel new again.

I drive completely out of my way to use this business. They are honest good people that have never let Me down. I fully trust and recommend them to anyone. I don't typically leave reviews but I just had to you guys are great! I'm adding to this review again this place is excellent! Very friendly and open to answering questions. Did fast and wonderful work on rebuilding my transmission. And gave me a 18 month warranty on the job done.

I called them about getting a transmission put in my Daughters car. They gave me a quote. When I called them to tell them I wanted schedule with them. The transmission was on back order, they didn't have an ETA. Jodi kept me in the loop called me with updates. If I called her to get an update, if she didn't have the answer she would call to get it and ALWAYS returned my call as promised. That alone is worth 5 stars. My daughters car is fixed and she has not had any issues. Thank you Bobs.

Bob's rebuilt the transmission in my 2003 f250 about 6 months ago and it has been working flawlessly. The guys are knowledgeable and even included new ground straps so I wouldn't run into issues in the future. I highly recommend Bob's
