Bob's is the only place I take my vehicles! They get my car in quickly and always give me a full breakdown of what the issues are. They are courteous and very knowledgeable about my wide variety of cars. I've used this service twice this year for Towing. Each time the same young man serviced my vehicle. Each time he was warm, kind, extremely professional and always let me know (with photos!) that my vehicle had been towed/delivered safely to the dealership. When you are already stressed, kindness and professionalism mean even more. I would recommend this business to others based on this young man's willingness to do a great job.

My roadside assistance sent Bob's Main Street Towing for my disabled vehicle. I was told I can leave the keys and they will tow to our requested destination. When the tow arrived I was called because my "ball joint was broken, they had to use a special tool". When the car arrived at the shop I was told my ball joint was fine. I contacted Bob's and was told, adamantly that it was broken.

She proceeded to argue with me, finally saying she must have misspoke about the actual issue. There was no alternative reason for this extra fee, no refund and no apology. Extremely unhelpful, un knowledgeable, and unprofessional. I'll also be contacting my roadside assistance company in regards to the poor and extortionest company.

Was blessed with the opportunity to use roadside assistance and work with Cece a tow truck driver for bobs auto around 3 am on a sunday. Arrived 20 min earlier than ETA. Friendly, empathetic and understanding. 10/10 WOULD RECCOMEND Service: Tyres

I bought a used car from them, and as the paperwork was being processed, the alternator went out. They made me pay half of it. Fast forward barely 2 months, the air conditioning unit goes out. I called and was told these things happen and a diagnostic will cost between $150-180 just to find the problem. Do NOT buy a car from them. Limit any service from them. Update: the response below is gold and should further confirm my warning to those considering.

Bobs replaced a turbo on a truck in April that I purchased later in June. The turbo failed within a week and needs to be replaced. They advertise a 3 year/36000 warranty but wont honor it because I am not the original owner. A major repair that they did failed in 2 months, and they wont honor the warranty on a technicality. Its says a lot about what their warranty is actually worth.

I've also been waiting for service records on the truck and they have not gotten back to me. I would not recommend using Bobs since they don't actually stand behind their work.

Great Service! Great Timing! Called for a tow because my car wouldn't start, tried jumping it didn't work! Said the tow would be there from the time I called to an hour! Tyler showed up 10- 15 mins! He took my baby hour away and he got it there in one piece lol! Tyler took a picture of my car when it dropped it off at the shop and sent it to me! That was awesome! Highly recommend!

I had my 2011 Jeep Compass die on me after work last night. Within a matter of 15 minutes of calling Progressive for Roadside Assistance, Phil over at Bob's was already full steam ahead on taking care of me. Additionally, he actually picked me up from my apartment and took me to my car. After riding with him for over an hour, I noticed how much pride that man takes in his work and how he wants to reach out to help.

It matters not that it is his job, because he went above and beyond explaining how my vehicle could have a series of problems, and how he was able to pinpoint what it was without actually looking at it. Excellent service and more than appreciated pricing for the distance. Thanks again!
