Drove all the way to this gas station cause there gas was supposed to be cheap got there and they didn't have cheap gas just failed to change there pricing online. Wasn't to happy at all.

I continue to be completely satisfied with the quality and price at Bobby and Steve's in Columbia Heights. I trust mu service advisor Jeff B completely. I have been able to steer a couple friends and neighbors their way and will continue to be so. Thanks Jeff and Team! Free carwash too! BE CAUTIOUS- Not all Bobby and Steve's are created equal! I am recommending Columbia Heights only here. FYI

I stopped in to get a quick bite to eat for breakfast I had the honey biscuits the cashier said they were new Mine was very good very delicious and I enjoyed them I want to thank whoever made them they were perfect

So I stopped to grab something to eat and got this undercooked biscuits with honey. Honestly this is Unacceptable! How hard is it to make biscuits? If this is what's served here then just quit and have cold sandwiches. Or nothing at all.

When I came in, there was a gal with a small child waiting at the cashier but nobody was there. By the look on her face and the fact she was looking around saying "Hello" she had been waiting awhile. The bathroom was not tidy, with wet paper towels on and in the sink. I haven't been here in some time, was looking forward to slice of God Father's pizza. Sadly, they are not here any longer.

I'm sure the new place "Roman's Grill will do well at this location but did not eat here today. They still have he Classic Car booths, so that's nice. And of course, Bobby's Classic Belair is still on the spinning display in the upper level Lounge area.

DO NOT USE UNLESS SUNDAY EMERGENCY! THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE! I brought my car in for an alignment on sunday because I wanted it done for spring and I have a busy work week. I asked them to inspect the rear bearings as well, as I had purchased a bearing and was waiting until warm weather to install, since I had a humming in the rear and wanted to know how fast I had to move on it.

They did only the front alignment, and then told me they would not do the rear alignment as I had both bearings and both control arms needing to be replaced. I paid 150 for half alignment, and then they quoted me at 2400 for the other repair and said they couldn't do anything else until that was all replaced. I have heard horror stories about B&S, and didn't notice any of the symptoms that would have occurred from their "problems", so.

I brought my car to my oil change guy. He said it looked good, but recommended I do my clutch replacement, since my transmission had a bad pilot bearing, and have my primary mechanic inspect when he does that. So I go to my main mechanic, and ask him to both inspect bearings, and he calls back and says that not only are all four bearings in good shape and with acceptable play, but that the rear control arms actually looked like they were replaced within life of vehicle before I purchased it. Bobby and Steve's knowingly lied to me to get me to act quickly on an unnecessary repair that I could do myself, by trying to complicate it into something only a shop could do.

The humming I thought was my bearing? My transmission was low on fluid from a faulty output shaft bearing. The ONLY time you should have ANY service done at a Bobby and Steve's is if it is a Sunday and you need it for Monday's work day, as most other shops are closed. Anything other than that is asking to be lied to directly to your face, and to have HALF of a service done with the lie as justification. Fortunately my main mechanic said he would finis the job they POORLY started. Absolutely despicable, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have an older car (2001) and went in to have them install two front tires that I brought in. They did this while I waited and it was done at a reasonable price. However when I drove off I noticed a couple of tick sounds on my dash board and let it go. I only use my car about once or twice a week. The next time I used it I noticed the battery was sounding week.

It's only two years old and my car is in a garage. In this last week my car won't turn over without a charger. It's fine after it starts and charges itself but when sitting a couple days it drops again. I can't prove it but I suspect they sabotaged my car (maybe stripped the insulation off a wire somewhere) so they could get repeat business. Electrical problems are the worst and most difficult to track. I won't go to this place again.

The crew of the Bobby and Steve's Auto World Service Center (3701 NE Central Ave, Columbia Heights, MN 55421) are an A+ crew. No matter what i have going on with my vehicle, they are always open, honest, and upfront about everything. No games or B.S., just straight talk. Not only that, but their prices are more than fair, their work is top notch, and if there are ever any issues they rectify the situation with haste! This is the reason that 95% of the work I have had done to any vehicle I have owned over the last 4 years has been done by Bobby and Steve's! Yall are greatly appreciated!

Had an overall good experience. They had preorder the parts for my vehicle, but when they've got them off, parts whereby correct. They scrambled around got the correct parts and still charged the agreed part. Vehicle performing perfect. Service: Steering & suspension repair

The starter motor failed while my wife was visiting her mother. They towed the car to their facility. $72. Reasonable under the circumstances. They diagnosed, correctly, that the starter motor had failed. We asked them to fix it, and they did. The problem is the cost of services. They asked my wife if she wanted a new battery. She said yes. $173. Plus additional for reclamation fee.

Normally you get a $10 credit for the battery core, not an additional charge. Then the starter. $231 for a reconditioned starter. $42 at NAPA, new for $155 at NAPA, $36 at Walmart. Some difference. Then of course, if you browse the web, you know there is labor, which if you google it, is between $110 and $138 one or two hours. But, no, the labor comes in at $333.48 PLUS a manifold intake for $51.85 plus $37.97 in shop supplies.

Net $979.64 between double and triple a fair cost at any other shop. This place is a rip off. Since it was a credit card transaction, I'll contest the charge. I'm willing to pay half of what was changed. I note the "owner" comments. I look forward to his response.

I took our team ambulance there to get an oil change. Cost us $152, but they also wanted to charge me and extra $1,200 for upper and lower ball joints that they told me needed replaced. I just paid for the oil change, and took the ambulance to two different mechanics. They both said that the ball joints did not need replaced. One of them asked, "You went to Robbers and Thieves?" A play on Bob's and Steves.

Vince was great! He was super patient, informational on what my car needed now and what could wait, very honest with price and time frame in which it would take to fix my car. He even went the extra mile for us in a time of need. I will never forget his hospitality and would highly recommend this place if any auto work needs to be done.

Phantom repairs suggested twice. First time they said I need new front brakes and the next time in they said they were fine. Second time they said I needed new ball joints. Got a second opinion and nothing wrong with them. Not going here again

Big thanks to Vince who gave us great advice on our Hyundai Sonata. Although Bobby & Steve's couldn't fix our engine, he mentioned that we should check with Hyundai on our warranty. It turns out that Hyundai has lifetime replacement on their engine, and we are getting a new one at no cost. Thanks for the great advice, Vince. I will definitely bring my car back to Bobby & Steve's in the future because they helped us get a really positive outcome.

The price was only slightly higher than expected, but I've gotta say they were very professional and timely! I was impressed. I've gone to other places that charge the same rate with nowhere near the same service. They got my oil changed and tires rotated in just short of an hour! I would recommend and come back again. I am so happy with the work Bobby and Steve's in Columbia Heights has done for me. Have used them twice for two different vehicles and the experience was the same.awesome! I find them to be honest, thorough and do a fast turn around. Most important, the work is done well. Couldn't be happier.
