I've been with Bob's Repair since he was on Chili Ave. in the city. I was impressed that he could describe in great detail what the issue was with my then 1979 Jeep over the phone. I was elated that he was moving to Hilton. Another encounter with my Dodge van after an oil leak following service. I left the vehicle with him when I was on vacation. The next day I got a call.
We crinkled a gasket on the previous repair. Its on us. He could have told me anything but was totally honest. Old Bob, and New Bob have have always treated me well with honest, friendly service since 1980.

I've used Bob Kaiser since i was 16 and continuously go back if i have car troubles. Every time there is a problem, i go to them and i don't even ask for a price anymore because as all as they have been is honest with me every time i have been there and i know that when they do repair the problem, i won't have to take the car back. i repeatedly go back for oil changes and have them check things over to make sure everything is fine.
Recently i haven't been going as much because i haven't been using my car and have started a business so have been using work vehicles which are serviced by dealership but every time my personal vehicle needs work, they're the guys to call.

***After seeing my review Bob called to address what happened. He was very professional and kind. My recall issue is being taken care of by the dealership but I greatly appreciate how Bob handled this situation.** Brought my car in because it was stalling out. Three days later I was charged $240 for recharging my AC, was told NOTHING was wrong with the engine. My car broke down the same day on the way to work. Found out from Google there was a recall issue, not sure why a mechanic couldn't figure that out. I'll never go back.

I have been a satisfied customer for over four years now. Everyone is pleasant from Kevin at the counter to all their service technicians. I can make my appointment and wait for my vehicle to be serviced and I have never waited for more than hour. Mr. and Mrs. Kaiser are wonderful people to deal with.
