I always have a great experience at Blackwell! I was concerned because two of my indicator lights came on. I brought my car to Blackwell in the later afternoon. They were very busy, but assured me they would check my vehicle. They drove me home. Shortly after I got home, they called me to let me know the status of my vehicle. They told me they would call me in the morning and pick me up to retrieve my vehicle.
I was very impressed because they don't charge for this service! With gas prices being so high, I felt that was very generous of them to offer this service to their customers. Leo has been my mechanic and has always done an exceptional job! I have had other mechanics there and they are all very qualified! Blackwell is very good about only doing services that are truly needed for your vehicle. I highly recommend Blackwell to my family and friends!

Needed a wheel bearing for my 2018 ford f150. Like everything else they're in short supply, all back ordered. They had a contact with a local Ford dealer and were able to score one. Got me in the day after I called them and were able to get me safely back on the road that same day. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Really good group here. I needed help finishing off some things on my 1969 Camaro that has been a nearly decade long restoration. A few times they asked me to come to the shop to show me the things they found and wanted to improve. I appreciated this as I know my car inside and out and the time Steve and Jeff took explaining/showing what it would take to get things right was very much appreciated.
Some things were my fault as a car hobbyist, not a pro, and they treated me professionally even when I said some of the issues were just from my inexperience. Project cars are never really done so I know I'll need help in the future and this is where I'll go along with now bringing my daily driver cars in for service as well.

I brought my RV to Blackwell Automotive because I was referred to them by a dealership. I was impressed with the shop and the customer service. The shop looks well equipped as a high end shop would be, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. However, I was a little unsatisfied because after picking the RV up, I found that the speed control was still not working properly. I'm driving from across town, so having to drive back and fourth is a little frustrating.

My car failed the vehicle emissions test. Blackwell Automotive was listed as one of the approved repair facilities thru the Voluntary Vehicle Repair Program (VVRP). This program paid $900 towards the cost of emissions-related vehicle repairs. I was able to schedule an appointment and bring my car in within a week's time. The staff was very friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable.
Because they would have my car for at least the entire day, I was given a ride home. I was called a couple of hours later and was told that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced and I could have my car back the following afternoon. I was given a quote for the repair. Later that afternoon, I received a call that my car was done. Not only did they complete the repairs, but they also took it back to have the emissions re-tested. I was very happy with the service and will probably use them again for other service related repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was my first visit to Blackwell Automotive on an acquaintance's recommendation. I had them do an oil change in order to feel them out for professionalism and was truly impressed! They recommended several fixes and were very upfront and honest on how to proceed. I will use them again in the future for my regular service and repair needs.
