I was in an accident and needed repair to the entire driver side of my KIA Stinger. no other shop could get me in for MONTHS, BJs was helpful and courteous right out of the gate. They were recommended by USAA and im so glad I went to them. They communicated with me consistently, and took great care of my car. I picked it back up today and it's clean, and looks as good as new. They even took care of returning my rental car for me! 10/10 Would recommend to anyone!

BJ's used to be a great auto body shop, unfortunately that is not the case anymore. Work quality has gone down as well as customer service. I recently had my 2021 pickup there for work and am not satisfied at all. After having my truck for over a month, they scratched my aftermarket front bumper, when we picked it up they said they would take care of it.
Then called 3 weeks later and said it wasn't them and there was nothing they could do. There are defects in the paint job. I have had my truck back for 6 weeks and still need work to be completed but they won't call with an update. I would strongly recommend you consider a different body shop for your work.

BJ's was really great to work with during a time that was pretty stressful. I was in a rear end accident in February. Couldn't get on their schedule until May due to I think the current labor shortage and parts being back ordered but my car was drivable so that wasn't a problem. In the mean time my car got stolen and then recovered. Got the car towed to BJs and they got me in for the rear end accident and car theft repair 4 weeks earlier than expected.
The repairs for both incidences took about 6 weeks. Every Friday they called me with an update. I really appreciated that. They worked directly with insurance which was confusing with 2 claims happening at once. They were great all around and I would for sure recommend them to friends and family. They were professional and the work they did on my bumper, lift gate, ignition, starter, and door locks all turned out great.

Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful pleasant and knowledgeable. From our initial inspection and walkthrough with Drake after our stolen vehicle was recovered, the woman at the front desk and Robert, who handled our entire claim, so I hate to rate low, but there were a few issues throughout and after the process. The work itself took almost 3 months to complete and communication was pretty lax until I continuously began calling to ask about the work.
For 8k worth of work, I genuinely expected a lot more! I was told it was detailed very well and yet under the seats and the sides of the seats still had the crumbs and whatever other messes the thieves left in my vehicle. Also at the initial inspection, I specifically pointed out to Drake that my radio screen was scratched up from the theft and was assured that it would all be taken care of and that they'd go over everything inside and out in great detail.
That definitely wasn't the case and the radio didn't even get fixed after all that time. We ended up having to take the vehicle back for another day job to replace the radio. The techs just weren't good and were also not at all careful about my personal items in the car. When we took the vehicle back the second time for the radio fix, after we got it back we noticed that the radio wasn't even put in correctly and the front housing was left popped out, my phone charging cord was caught enclosed underneath the center panel and pinched to the point of needing to be replaced and my wheel lock was thrown in the backseat and part of it broken off.
No regard at all by the techs for my personal belongings. Along with the radio, the black rubber seal on the driver side door was also never fixed and it was in the same area where they fixed my door frame where they told me it looked like they tried to pry my door open. So they fixed the door frame but completely missed the torn rubber seal in the exact same spot.
No attention to detail there. There was also a white residue left all over both the inside and the outside of the vehicle that wouldn't come off on the outside even after several trips through the car wash. We also got the vehicle back with my back center seatbelt tucked so far under the seat after the seat was put back in, that I again had to return for them to get the seatbelt back out.
I will say the two things I was impressed with was the body work and paint job and the repair of the steering column. Otherwise we were pretty disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, cleanliness of the "detailed" interior, disregard for my personal belongings, poor communication and disregard for damages I specifically pointed out at the very beginning.

Unfortunately, our son's 1998 Jeep Cherokee was stolen out of our driveway in July 2021. Shockingly it was recovered 4 months later. It wasn't operable so we had it towed to BJ's. Everyone from the receptionist to the auto body repair guy, Drake, were so professional, knowledgeable and kind! We were so impressed. Sadly we had to say goodbye to our Jeep (needed new motor) which we have had since it rolled off the lot in '98 but at least we were treated well by those who we trusted to help us along the way. (Also big recommendation to Den Towing in Henderson, CO!) Thanks for helping, BJ's!

They repaired our vehicle after it had been broken into they cut the ignition wires and pull down the paneling from underneath the steering column, BJ's did an awesome job of repairing it can't even tell it was ever broken into they got it done before they said it would be done they gave us back our car clean and spotless they were awesome and I would recommend them to anybody five star service all the way!

This company is top notch! Professional, compassionate and helpful. Answered every question I had about how my stolen/recovered car would be handled. Made a difficult situation, pretty easy! Clean shop, and their work is excellent. No wonder they have been in business over 35 years! Use BJ's Auto, you won't regret it!

I was so impressed with BJ's. They did excellent work on my car! Additionally, the communication was amazing. They had my car about a week an a half (less time than I was originally told) and I received a phone call about every 3rd day letting me know how things were going. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have been treated any better! I highly recommend BJ's! I will definitely use them myself in the future!

This shop was amazing! I was in an accident in September that left my jeep a wreck. They were able to get me in ASAP and did an excellent job. This shop is awesome and the staff is very nice! They did a great job of repairing my company van and in a timely manner. They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my van, which surprised me because I'm the one that had it super messy. I will definitely use them for future needs, and I would highly recommend them.
