Bill Tyson Auto Repair

I recommend Bill's Tysons auto repair 100%. My 2011 Ford f-150 AC was repaired 10 months ago. The expansion valve was replaced back then but started leaking freon. I took my truck back yesterday, the valve was replaced and a/c was recharged all under warranty. I was not charged a penny! This is the kind of experience you want and expect from a reputable establishment like Bill's Tysons. You can take your car to Bob for repairs with confidence, he will treat right.

I'm a car guy. but I know my limits. So I called Tyson's because I was in desperate need of an AC repair in my CRV. It died, I just got back into town, and we had to drive to Jupiter that evening for family photos. So I needed in done that day (limited hours on Saturday, and closed Sunday). Sure enough, this shop came and picked up the car from my house, fixed it, and dropped it off just as they promised.

The AC worked great again, and the day was saved! And all for a fair price too. While I hope my AC doesn't go out anytime soon, I would certainly recommend and use these guys again.

Mike was very kind and honest. I dropped off my car this morning and by the afternoon my car was complete. The service was very professional. You can tell they have been in the industry for years. Classic family owned business which is desirable these days because everyone is just after a profit. I will certainly be using their services again.

Great experience from start to finish. Joe picked my car up promptly at 8 AM using their concierge tow truck and Mike called with my estimate a couple of hours later. Work was done and my car returned to me by 1pm. I work and if I get into my car in the morning and it's doesn't start (has happened in the past many times) I can leave the car at my home, get to work, and Tysons will come pick up the car, repair it and return it back before I even get home. Prices for work were very fair. I got a much higher estimate from dealership the day before.

Bill Tyson's Auto Repair in Wellington is the best! Someone told me that Mike treats you like family - I think he treats you better! All of the help, great communication, but no guilt! I needed a trustworthy and capable auto service in order to have worry-free rides wherever I'm going - road trips, work trips, errands, etc. A friend recommended Bill's and I've taken my car there for oil changes, service checks, power window repair, etc. I am a loyal, lifetime customer and will never take my car anywhere else.

This fine establishment requires you to leave your vehicle in an unsecured location and place your keys inside of a drop box. Since there's absolutely nobody manning the front office, that leaves the possibility of theft wide open. Every other repair shop in the area has returned to normal, while Bill Tyson's Auto is still stuck in 2020.

What a great experience. The pick up/drop off service is so helpful and convenient. Mike was incredibly nice, explained everything my car needed in detail and for the first time ever, I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. It's always a little nerve wracking to deal with a new repair shop when you're someone that doesn't know a lot about cars, but these guys made me feel totally at ease and had my brakes, oil change, tires and air filters done and my car back to me within 8 hours. Thank you!

Absolutely stellar service. They have gone above and beyond my expectations of any automotive service I have experienced. I also appreciate they are very technologically advanced in terms of text and online communication. Don't expect this, but they did tow my car for me to another shop for FREE. I'm a busy person and that alone was Very Cool and helpful. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and I intend to if anyone asks for a good local auto repair shop. Call them. You will not regret it.
