This is the most unresponsive dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'm in sales and customer service dealing with large capitol projects so I understand the relationship and responsiveness that it takes. They obviously don't care if they sell cars or not. Which if I'm not mistaken is what keeps them in business.

After being on hold for 45 minutes, someone then took the phone off the receiver and just laid it on the desk. I got the message, so I hung up. I will admit I tried calling 5 minutes later, thinking there may have been a logical mistake. LOL No same process. As I was looking to buy a car I will now go to another dealership. It may not be a bad idea and just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else right from the start.

**update: Got an immediate response from dealership today to clarify everything concerned by me and my family caused by misinterpretation on the full disclosure for purchasing car. It is great that they are responsive on this review and willing to resolve any unsatisfation and miscommunication even after they sold a car. I am looking for receiving the floor mats soon which was not in stock because of the pandemic as well as the retrofit for heated seat later this year.

Thanks to Steve who reexplained everything again being patient with me and my family. *update: It was my mistake to neglect two things missing in the car, floor mat and recalled heated seat. Though Steven did disclose, I just felt these two things are minor and bought it. But now I feel like I should have not bought it. because I am regretting, I change this rate until I fix these two issues with the dealership.

Will update this rate depending on their follow up service. It was my best experience buying a car with Steven. He gave me really great advice and transparent explanations. Definitely recommend this dealership and do any further business here later.

I loved how welcomed we felt as soon as he opened those doors to let us in. I am totally bad with names which i forgot the name of the sales man. He was so professional as being funny at the same time, offered us drinks. He made our day go by so smooth. Our worried was of not being accepted, he made it possible got us approved with a good deal. He's amazing at what he does.

I will highly recommend him in the future to family and friends! Teddy was also great to us surprisingly i remembered his name, he made sure we were properly taken care of. They both made sure our information was correctly with no mistakes. They were so amazing. We are also very satisfied with our purchase. Thank you guys.

I brought our commercial vehicle into the body shop to repair damaged done to the drivers door. The damage was not much just cosmetic. I told them this was our only service vehicle, and we'd be shit down without it, so please turn it around asap. I made this appointment weeks earlier and dropped it off the afternoon prior to the appointment. After 3 days passed I called for an update.they hadn't started at all and it was just sitting outside days. THEY HADN'T DONE ANYTHING BUT RIP A MOLDING OFF!

I had them stop and went to collect it immediately. They promised to call and make it better but a week later, just like my vehicle, absolutely nothings. So if you have no pressing concerns about when you get your vehicle back, I'd give them a call and thus be happy to get to it whenever the hell they feel like it. I don't understand companies that make appointments that don't mean anything.

I could have drop it off at a later date if they got busy and I'd have really appreciated knowing they were too busy to work on my truck. No courtesy whatsoever. 4 days of a rental car wasted as well

Called me repeatedly about turning in my lease vehicle. I brought it in they made me an offer. When I went into the dealer to turn in the vehicle the deal changed Even after they assured me that the deal was valid. Watch out for their negotiating tactics, they are brutal. Not only did they lose the trade in they lost a new car sale.

I drove 140 miles to fulfill a lifelong dream today. I researched c7 Corvettes for the past month and found my car here.it started with a call to Stormy who set up my appointment and I met Mike Molloy when I got there. Mike was super knowledgeable on Corvettes and was great with questions.he took the time to show me everything about my car.and was super patient with me.he showed me around and I got to meet the entire team that helped me.from the owner (who gave me an awesome history about the car I bought) to Chris who did an amazing job detailing this awesome car to Teddy (Timmy.lol) who handled the crazy out of state paperwork.

This was the best day of my life and the entire team made this happen.thanks guys.you absolutely rock! Oh, and anybody buying a vette from here.there are TWO certified vette techs that the engineers call for help! ALL my future vehicles will be bought here. I don't care how far I have to drive. Pics coming tomorrow. Again, thank you to everyone at Stasek! Had it a full day now.and wow!

So I finally decided to purchase my first new truck and Steven Nedanovski was our salesmen and I have to say he made the process feel like a breeze. When I say he was very patient and super knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in. Recently purchased a brand new Chevy Trailblazer from this location. The gentleman that helped me out, Stevie, was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable and not like your average pushy sales guy. My experience there was wonderful thanks to Stevie and I will definitely be spreading the word. I highly recommend this dealership and I suggest you request that Stevie is the man to help you out with your next purchase!

Very happy with the purchase of our new car! Steven Nedanovski was great. He was patient with us and made sure we understood what was going on. Where do I begin; talk about the ole "bait & switch" routine that dealerships do, they are no exception. I have been in contact with the sales team for a few days to look at a car and as I finally get there, the car "just sold" this morning. But you just opened and called me a few minutes before I arrived to see if I was on my way, I said yes, is the car still available I ask, yes sir it is.

I walk in and it was sold. I should have known 2 days prior when the car was no longer on their website and the lady said they were having website issues. The day before I arrive, they call me to see if I am coming in, yes I am. Needless to say, they try and sell me on a car I had no desire in. What a shame dealerships are so hungry they stoop to tactics like this.

So on November 18th my new Ram (4000 mile on the odometer) was rear ended and was severely damaged. I took it to where I bought it and they sent it to Bill Stasek Chevrolet because they do the body work for them. I went to pick it up on December 17th and a porter hit it with a Tahoe, No really I'm not making this up! The owner came out and basically bought my truck and gave me a crazy deal on a brand new Blazer RS.

This day could have easily went off the rails but they just handled the impossible situation with style and grace. At no time did I get aggravated or angry my salesman Bobby just wanted to make this as painless as possible. These are great people, they are stand up guys and I would highly recommend that you give them a chance if your in the market for a new vehicle!

Went in today and got a quote on an appraisal. Gabe helped me was very thorough and professional. He spent about 35 Mintues with me and didn't make a dime. Was very through and appreciates his excellent service. If there on the market I think he would be the man to help. Thanks Gabe and Bill stasek for having such an asset to your team.

I called to book an appointment for service. Receptionist transferred me 7x to a phone no body answered. Had to email a salesperson to schedule a time. Asked for a loaner and told no problem. Show up on time and in a rush and told that there is no loaner "but we'll put you into the next shuttle van and you can rent a car at Enterprise." When I asked to speak to the manager- he denies they ever have loaners ("new policy"). All this and I have the top of the line Corvette. Just horrible service. There are too many other places to go.

Buyer beware. This dealer adds a "certification" fee ($2000) to the final price so their advertised price is false. Keep driving and head to Arlington Heights GMC/Buick for a honest, professional experience.

I just experienced pain free car purchase at Stasek Chevy in Wheeling. Steve Nedanovski greeted us at the door and I felt like he was genuinely glad to see us. We discussed our truck needs and Steve guided us through the product line to ultimately lease the vehicle that met our needs. Five star service. Give them a try. Thanks Steve!

I had my 2017 Corvette in for service. The car was taken in on time and the service was completed as expected. There was an issue or two that required additional attention and I was approached for my approval after the issues were explained. Very professional. Stasek Chevrolet service has always been on top of things. It makes my service visits spree free.

I just come for oil change they not busy I had been waiting for three hours I'm still waiting also people came after me they gone! What's wrong? No one come tell me updates what updates for my car! Oil change for three hours waiting! Ridiculous!

Real bad experience. I went in there to purchase my first vehicle ever. Shopping with Bill Stasek was one of the worst experiences ever. I was looking for a vehicle they didn't have but promised me to get one transferred over from another dealership. After hours of negotiating and running my credit a total of 13 times (which I didn't known until after the fact.) we finally reached an agreement and finalized everything.

After signing and paying my down payment I was told my vehicle would be there no later than 3 days. After a week of not hearing from my sales representative I decided to go in and find out what was going on because I was having a hard time reaching them by phone. They had me going around in circles. After finally reaching the salesperson I was told they were having trouble finding a vehicle that they already said the transfer was approved on.

Their excuse was that they had a hard time finding a vehicle that met my needs because I "picked a color that was hard to get". I was super frustrated and asked for my down payment back when I was told i would have to come back during the weekday which I did. Which when I showed up I was also denied because my sales guy was off that day. It took a total of 2 weeks just to get my money back.

They wasted my time and took my money knowing they weren't going to be able to get me the vehicle that they sold me. This dealership is unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them at all.

This is a solid dealership, but this review is for Natalia Rafalik and the service advisors at Bill Stasek. Natalia is the best service professional that I have ever worked with. On every occasion that I have brought my car in for service, she dedicates herself to making the experience nothing but positive. She takes the time to explain my options, introduces me to the technicians working on my car, and utilizes her years in the automotive business to provide the best solutions.

She treats both myself and my car with respect. I trust her, and that's a word I don't take lightly. I am now brand loyal, and my next purchase will be from Bill Stasek, due in large part to Natalia.

Buyer beware: they use two common scams on used car buyers (especially those paying up front): first they add a "VIN engraving" service to the bill. This is a completely unnecessary service, costs $400, and they insist on doing it even if you don't want it. They literally refused to sell us the car unless we allowed them to add a $400 service that provides nothing we want. Second, they try and hit you with a credit check to get a look at your finances, even if you're paying up front - this is unethical and unnecessary.

Just say no. Finally, when you call them on this stuff, watch that friendly sales demeanor change and the pressure start. They actually told us we "better be ready to buy" if they got the manager to drop the bogus VIN engraving charge. (They didn't. We walked. They called back later and offered us HALF of the bogus charge removed but nope. This is scam city.) Long story short: maybe buying new is a better experience, but buying used here is swimming with sharks.

They said I'd get $7,000 for my trade, when it came to paperwork it was revealed that amount had changed, the payments rather than going down were kept high with a bunch of stuff I didn't really want, like some vehicle vin etching, a warranty which when I read the fine print doesn't even cover hybrids or electric cars, and they tried to push gap coverage and I wouldn't bend on that because my car insurance offers that. Needless to say not ONLY am I unhappy, I can't wait for that new car survey to come so GM knows how much this company is a Stealership!

The Icing is they were supposed to pick up my vehicle to do the exterior & interior protection package. Stayed home all day to nothing. So this is basically the 6th lie in a week with this deal they've given me. Just remember if you buy an EV, you never need to see these guys again unless it's warranty or recall. They need wipers, tire rotations and cabin air filters.

My husband, Ryan and I, were looking for a SUV. Ryan scheduled an appointment. When we came in Mike was the salesman that helped us out. We just moved to the area and didn't know where to start. Ryan wanted to look at a vehicle he found on their website. We both liked it but not practical for us. As we were walking around I found a white suv that looked amazing just from the Appeal.

After pointing it out to Ryan he really liked it as well. We test drove it and Mike shared the details with us. We started talking about numbers. We actually got 1k dollars off for being Costco members, 500 off for a promotion they have going on. Besides the amount the already brought down. At the end of it everyone was great! Amazing service! I wish the car dealerships can figure out how to minimize the time you are there. It took us 3 hours to get everything figured out.

They suck. My $140 "diagnostic" fee was $224 and they couldn't even tell me what caused the issue. Initially, I was told it would cost a lot more to determine the cause of the issue. My Chitty, sorry Chevy, Cruze's engine blew up out of nowhere. I'm still battling GM (but thats more of a GM complaint, not this particular dealership) Anyways, when I called back and said I'd pay to have them determine the cause.

They said there was "absolutely no way they could determine the cause. " This is a Chevrolet dealership specializing in Chevrolet vehicles, folks. The guy named Mike on your block can probably do a better job assessing your issue. I can't wait to here their reply on here about this being my fault and me being a Sh%$ty owner cuz that's what they Initially alluded to. I wouldn't trust them with my '99 Buick Regal. Stay away.

Several of my friends have purchased Corvette's from Bill Stasek. They told me about the new Stingray being on display at the dealer today. I drove 50 miles to the store to see the car. I had cash in hand to put down a deposit and place an order. When I arrived and went to the sales desk I was turned away and told the viewing was by invite only.

I told them that my friends had received an invite and told me about the event, but that made no difference. Was this a smart business decision? Word of mouth was earning you a new customer. Now I will take my money and business elsewhere. Furthermore, when I posted this experience on their Facebook page, they deleted my comment and then blocked me from posting on their page or leaving a review for their business.

I messaged them on Facebook inquiring about this. Kevin B. acknowledge my message and who I was, and then blocked me on messenger. I'm glad I didn't buy the car from here. I can only imagine how the rest of the ownership experience would have been down the road
