I am so happy with my new Mitsubishi Outlander! It is such a beautiful, safe, and reliable car! The 10 year warranty and free Roadside assistance it comes with alone are priceless. The car has so many safety features and the latest technology. It drives like a dream and looks even better! I think it's the best SUV in the market and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase.

Mixed feelings. I've had mechanical work done here in the past and never had a problem, so the dealership gets full points for that. Recently, however, I've had a lot of issues with customer service and just basic communication of info which has been frustrating. Not a bad place by any means, but definitely needs improvement in some areas.

I had a Mitsubishi package coupon for service that expired and asked if it could be honored. The agent said No. however, the following day in the mail, I received the same type of package coupons which are set to expire before my next scheduled service. He should have honored the coupon knowing new ones were out to be delivered and perhaps with mail delays I hadn't received it.

Very upset & disappointed in this first visit! While the Kendall Mitsubishi service department provided excellent service and honored coupons in that situation. I wish they would have still been opened for business.
