I called because I needed a very specific trailer. Charlie took my information and said he would call back if he had something for me. This is one ONLY trailer dealer who lived up to their promise. Charlie called back the same day and I took it home the next day. Fair prices and a great staff. Love my new trailer. Highly recommend.

For the second time in a row a price listed and agreed upon changed within minutes of our arrival. Bait and switch, anyone? Also for the second time, an agreed price was reached and then suddenly someone else was holding it waiting for financing. But mysteriously another same type of trailer was available but for $800 more. Seriously?!? Never going back! Suggest people shop around and find honest salesmen/owners to purchase from

Excellent experience. I needed a replacement skylight vent cover for my Legend Thunder 7x29' trailer and a side door hold. Would highly recommend this company as they were friendly and prompt. Great service for a small sale. They say the small things matter to earn the large opportunities. If i buy a new Legend trailer it will be from Big O's Trailer sales. Kudos! P.S.

I called the Legend dealer I bought the trailer from (outside Green Bay) and this was to much of an inconvenience to ship me parts for aftersales service. They even made up an excuse that the cover could break in shipping. The moral of the story was i was willing to pay whatever they wanted to charge for shipping, handling and the product as i am located almost an hour away.

The staff was very knowledgeable about all things trailer. Drove 3hours for a very unique trailer that met our needs. Not disappointed! Left with a new trailer and all our accessory needs. Great people, great products and customer service that cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

My husband and I came to Baraboo to camp for the weekend. Literally five mins from our campground our tire on our trailer flew off. Big O stayed open past their closing hours to allow us to come in to buy the parts we needed. They were super super nice, good priced and had great knowledge. Highly recommend! Over the last 25 years I've bought a number of trailers from Big O's. I wish all businesses ran like this one. The owners care about their customers and always have time to help. These are top notch people with great products and they stand behind their work!

Worked with Leroy and Sue on ordering and purchasing a Legend enclosed snowmobile trailer. I gotta say, if I'd been on the other end of the phone with myself, I'd probably have thought that the sale wasn't worth it. Leroy and Sue went above and beyond to accommodate all my questions, requests, and even allowed me to change from the original trailer I ordered to a different one on the lot!

Just bought a utility trailer from Big O's and I was very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. I was able to look around at all the trailers without any sales pressure and when I finished looking at them, Leroy took the time with me to explain the differences in the trailers and help me decide on which models we thought would work best for my application.

I was given a fair price and decided to go ahead and buy the trailer that I thought would work best. I then decided I would like some extra tie downs and stake pockets put on and the service dept. had time to do it while I waited, so I would not have to make an additional trip back. The welding done was flawless and looked great. Leroy helped me get hooked up to my truck, explain a few things about the trailer and even cleaned my light connection for me. I am very happy with my purchase and also with the service I received from everyone there. Thanks!

To all those that read reviews please understand that there are two sides to every story. big o's trailers goes above and beyond what normal business people do for their customers when treated with respect! i know there are many customers that appreciate what we do and have done for them. in the preceeding review the customer was 2 years out of warranty and would have been taken care of if he would have saved the profanity for another time. we even had the parts for him for free (not knowing to him, we went to dexter and they were so kind to offer this to us to take care of this problem) but the customer started swearing and yelling (recorded if you would like to hear it, ) and we left it go at that. bottom line is treat people like you would like to be treated and things in life will work out.

Brought my snowmobile trailer in for new tires and bearings service. Customer service is top notch here and they are very friendly from the girls answering the phones to the service manager. I wish more businesses ran themselves like Big O's does. Will be back for sure and will recommend them to anyone needing a new trailer or trailer service.
