No one is permitted in the yard without having the Tow Slip from the police department and a valid State ID. If the owner of the vehicle has full coverage, they need to contact their insurance company and have them contact our office.

Vehicle was towed. Quoted multiple prices to retrieve car from yard. Wouldn't let us retrieve personal property from vehicle. When we came up with the first amount quoted we were told we had additional charges. Feel as though we are being mistreated and taking advantage of by a business that is now not releasing our vehicle because of their added extra charges we were not quoted on from our first contact.

The staff at this location are extremely rude and condescending to the customers. My car needed to be towed off the road and when we called the staff members were unhelpful over the phone in trying to explain to me what are the best options for if they could help get it towed to a mechanic. We decided to not use this company to get the car towed from them to the mechanic due to the unpleasant experience we were having and decided to use another company to tow the car.
After signing in and paying for my car to be retrieved they followed me and my mother around and were making rude comments. I warn everyone to avoid and consider other towing companies before using this one.

This company used everything in there power to up charge me. My car was towed around 3:40 and they didn't have my car in the system until 20 minutes before closing time. They charged me 50 bucks for less than 30 minutes and 50 bucks for the next day. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! I will make sure to report them to the BBB and my attorney general.

We were on our way from New York going to Miami and somewhere on the Jersey Turnpike something hit our windshield and cracked it really bad! It was all broken! After a couple of phone calls to various places that couldn't help us out, we found B and G auto body. They told us to come right away and they'd fix it up. So we get there, they knew who we were and what to do. The job was finished and we had a new windshield in under 10 minutes! Everybody was super nice and friendly too! Highly recommended!

Used Betts towing this past Sunday. Would recommend their service. I was given the price on the first phone call. The driver called back within five minutes advised me where he was coming from and how long it would take to get to me (approx 1/2 hour). Betts was timely and professional and did not have to look for an ATM since they take credit cards.
