Got 335i December 20. Drove it for 90 minutes before it started leaking coolant and overheating. The dealership tried to fix it, , but the mystery leak remained until I found Bergmans! Thanks to Steven, yesterday was the first time I was able to confidently drive it. This is a FIRST-RATE shop. Excellent communication and price! You've got a customer for life. Thanks guys!

Had a plethora of lights come on the dash of our BMW, took it to this shop fully expecting to spend much more than what they charged. Ended up being a few sensors. They even got my car in much quicker than originally told. Would definitely come here again, you can put your trust in these guys. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance

My BMW was showing a number of codes and AC was not blowing cold. Bergman's was able to work my car into their schedule quickly and finished the work on time. Steven was very helpful, informative and willing to work with me even though I added a service request to the agenda after our initial discussion. I believe that the service was worth the price tag as well. I definitely plan to use Bergman's in the future.

Oil levels 3 weeks after oil change. I had a great experience with their customer service. Great staff but I got this warning that my engine oil levels are at a minimum. Went ahead and opened the hood and noticed oil all over the engine and there seems to be a leak. Too bad this happens going into a long weekend. Took it to a shop and oil filter gasket seems like it wasn't replaced.
All of this has caused the oil to get on the belt as well which will need replacement. Definitely not a great first impression for this shop. Too bad they seemed real nice and professional but quality of service is not there.
