These guys are excellent. They are service oriented, professional, efficient, and competent. The dealership was unable to fix my issue with a steering lock, and Benz Elite explained the problem to be so well, in a way that I could understand it. They accepted the vehicle to try to repair it, when the dealership had given up and told me I need to junk the vehicle, and they had me back on the road in 2 days. I'm so grateful for their work!

The Benz Elite group is awesome. Recently I took my 2014 Mercedes Benz GL 450 to check on a check engine light situation. They diagnosed the issue and told me I could pick the car up the next day after running a bunch of other tests to make sure nothing else was wrong. When I asked Emile what I owed him, he said $0.00! I said no brother, you diagnosed it and there should be something I owe and he said Nope!

This may seem like not a big deal, but it is. He had every right to charge me. However, when you treat people as clients and not transactions you always do what is right. Great job team. I will be bringing the car back for all the servicing requirements and anything else that comes up (hopefully nothing serious). By the way, if something does come up that is serious, I know they will take care of it in the proper way and at the fairest price.

In February 2019, I purchased a 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet that needed repairs and service that had been ignored. Benz Elite diagnosed the problems, provided a realistic estimate, and completed the work in 3-4 days. In between oil changes, they are always available to answer my questions. The 911 is my daily driver and has been running smoothly and reliably ever since.

Expectations are everything. We had an appointment at a dealer and brought it there for service. For 5 days, they did not look at the car. We called multiple times and never received a direct answer. We decided to look elsewhere. I call Benz Elite and spoke with the owner. He was kind and helpful. He tried to save us money by looking at our warranty. Amazing!

Our engine light went off so we have not brought the car to him, but I have no doubt that he is the first person we will call for service. When expectations are met, you are happy. When they are exceeded, you are grateful. I truly appreciate the time and effort spent with me despite not yet being a customer. He exceeded my expectations and I am grateful for his kindness. I found BEA to be timely, reliable, and thorough. I was nervous trying to find a new shop in a new area, but i put my faith in these guys, and expectation was exceeded! TYSM y'all!

This place is amazing! Super professional work and one time. Emile and the staffs were very friendly and worked on installing a complex OEM AMG brake system upgrade on my 2021 Gle 53. The result was simply top notch. Highly recommend this shop for all you simple to complex Mercedes needs.

Emile, Eddie and Greta are a beacon of excellence when it comes to the servicing of your vehicle. I found their shop on a Mercedes-Benz forum. I have a CLA which I wanted to do several mods to. From my first call they were immediately helpful, taking the time and patience to talk to me and discuss things. Keeping me updated in real time as there were nee developments. I would highly recommend Benz Elite Automotive for anything related to Mercedes-Benz, BMW or Porsche, they are the best in town!

I have been taking my vehicles to Benz Elite for years since they were at there old location. They have serviced my 2002 ALMS Audi TT, 2012 Porsche Panamera 4S, 2013 Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid and 2015 Porsche Macan S. The service and quality of work exceeds my expectations. The technicians are knowledgeable and honest. The prices are better than the dealer and any other service facility I've been to.

The quality of arts they use are OEM or better. I knew about this place because I was referred by my brother that takes his Mercedes here for service. Trust me you will not find a better place to service your car. This is not one of those shops you saw Barbara Walters do a special on 20/20 where they break something on your car or BS you into spending thousands of dollars to fix something that isn't broken. I will be taking my cars here until Jesus comes back and the work blows up.

I have been bringing my cars (Porsche Panamera and Macan) to Benz Elite since I moved to VA over 3 years ago. The service has included oil & filter changes, hitch installation, new tires, new water pump and drive belts, etc. The work has been done promptly and perfectly and at 1/3-1/2 cost of the dealer. In addition, the advice provided on the new tires was excellent as my car handled much better after changing brands! They have my highest recommendation.

Friendly shop, with more than qualified Mercedes Mechanics. Had 2016 E63 and they fixed everything the way the dealer would at a better price.

They are enthusiasts first & mechanics after! Great people & great prices. Top notch work! Just one example.they saved me almost $7-8K on a side step & fender replacement quote on my G55 from a MB Dealer by repairing the one i had bent for free. Yes i said FREE!

Took my E350 Mercedes (The Beast) here a few times. They do really thorough yet fast work. The prices are fairly reasonable also. I wish they were still in Alexandria, but I will still take it to the new spot near the Mosaic district for the near future until I move this Summer.

Not Good, I took my GL 450 Mercedes wife car there for the engine light and spend $2300.00 after 4 days the same light came out and this time to fix the same problem they wanted $3000.00 if you take you Mercedes they say they use to work for Mercedes! I f you tale your any other European car they say they use to work for that company! Anyway they do not stand by the repeat repairs even after 3 days

Just bought my cayenne for an oil change this morning, this shop is by far one of the best indy auto shop for Porsche. From the front desk to the owner super friendly people. While doing oil change the owner actually found oil leak from the valve cover.and they immediately recommend me to take it to the dealership since its still cover under warranty. Amazing service and quality work!

Great shop with the best prices. They work quick - I've never been disappointed. The lobby is clean and a nice area if you need to wait for your vehicle. Highly reccomend!

Took my Cayenne diesel in for its 120,000 servicing and was expecting to hear about all the major work that would be needed to drive it for say another 80k--like a rear engine oil seal. Emil changed the oil, replaced filters and top off the add-blue tank--that was it. After a comprehensive inspection nothing major? I really trust Emil and Eddy to give me a no bullshit assessment of my Porsche everytime I take in. Can only imagine what the dealer would have told me I needed.

UPDATE 4: recently I hit a massive pothole in MD, breaking the mount on the of rear driver side shock. When I looked at my receipt from Benz Elite for my newly replaced shocks, I noticed no warranty provided on labor for the work, likely due to providing my own parts. Unfortunately this was not made known to me at the time of pickup and payment for the prior service.

The repair to mounts for all 4 shocks/struts was nearly $500. I will have to deduct 1 star for lack of warranty on labor on the original repair, and failure to notify of such policy. UPDATE 3: last week, I ordered the parts needed to replace all shocks and struts plus lower control arms, online. Took the car and parts to the shop and received it back the next day.

When picking up, I asked to take a look under and despite being pretty busy, they obliged without hesitation. I was impressed with the phenomenal workmanship. They even cleaned my springs which were covered by the oil from the blown shocks. The front sway bar links also needed replacement, and the aftermarket pair the shop ordered seem to be better than the OEM pair. Overall, a great job fixing the suspension. Took the car for a test drive, and it rides like a dream again! Received ride to/from Eisenhower Ave Metro station when dropping off and picking up. Upgrading review from 4 to 5 stars. UPDATE 2: took my car in to the shop today for Emile (business partner) to take a look.

He confirmed the work that needed to be done, the parts that I ordered on my own, and found 3 more problems, showing me exactly the issues; the problems are 100% legit. He has provided a very good quote. I'm awaiting parts from another vendor. Upgrading review from 3 to 4, and will update yet again when the work is done. UPDATE 1: within hours after posting this review, I received a call from the one of the owners of this establishment, making a genuine effort to make things right by providing a realistic quote; he did not reference this review.

I am upgrading my review from 2 to 3 stars. Should I choose to use this establishment for my shocks installation, I will update my review yet again. Had a hitch installed here years ago. I had the parts; only needed an installation. When I took my car in to get a quote, the owner claimed they needed to bend a part of the bumper mounts to make the hitch mounts fit, but after I received the vehicle back with completed installation, I noticed there would have been plenty of room for the installation of the hitch mounts without any modifications.

They charged an enormous amount of money for this installation; 3 times other quotes I'd received. I had decided to take it to this location because of reviews. The job was done very well, but was it worth the over-payment? Recently I called them to get a quote on the installation of a shock kit that I will purchase on my own, and they quoted me almost $1,400 for installation only. This quote is too high.

The worst experience i ever had with a repair shop.overcharged me by at least $300.car was still unfixed. Never again.

I can't say enough good things about this shop and Emile. I bought my 2008 E550 about 4 years ago. From the first day I bought it I would hear a noise when pulling into a parking spot. The car has been to only Benz dealerships including, MB Sarasota (FL), MB Austin (TX), MB Alexandria (VA). None of the dealerships took notice to the noise, I considered it a normal sound.

When I went to Benz Elite, Emile drove it 20 feet and knew exactly how to fix it. He also replaced brakes, rotors, oil case, belt tensioner, spark plugs, and flush for about half the price I could have gotten it done at the dealership. The car was starting to cost me money and I was worried I was going to have to sell it. Having Emile I know I can keep the car and will save a ton of money not having to buy a new one.

I have worked at two car dealerships and they play all kinds of games. Emile is a small business owner who will listen to you, walk you through the issues and really cares about providing the most valuable service he can to retain you. I would never go anywhere else. A sincere thank you Emile. I love my car, and now because of you, I can keep it.

Love Benz Elite Automotive. We were traveling from CT to FL and stopped to visit our daughter in Alexandria. Our check engine light came on in our treasured 1995 E320 Cabriolet (only 70,000 miles!). Obviously this could have been a big problem, but Mercedes of Alexandria Service had no interest in helping us or even evaluating the problem for a minimum of 5 days. Benz Elite did not hesitate to help us, took the car in immediately, ran diagnostics and assured us that we were ok to continue on our journey to FL. Can't say enough nice things about them!

Through out my experience with this organization, they have exceeded all my expectations while continuing to make me feel "at home" working on my 2006 Porsche Cayman S. Both Eddie and Emile have your best interests at heart and are trusted individuals in a business where that is hard to find. After taking my Porsche in for its recently scheduled maintenance, Emile had me out in the garage bay getting my hands dirty and learning the craft of working on Porsches.

This was invaluable lessons learned for me to pick up basic maintenance requirements. I will never go back to the dealership again as they are rude and way to expensive. They wanted to charge over $2,000 for a major service interval versus $1,300 at Mercedes Benz Elite. Same parts and exact same process. The dealership will try to snake you if you look like a "fish out of water." I highly recommend the young lady Glenda that takes care of scheduling. This place is a must if you own a high-end car.

Love Benz Elite Automotive! Local family-owned business that is well organized, honest, straightforward and really goes beyond the norm to take care of your automotive needs. I consider myself a bit of a sports car enthusiast. I used to go through new or slightly used mid-level sporty cars every few years. Over the last decade I have become fond of one car in particular.my MB CL 55 AMG and haven't looked at getting another car since. Referred by several coworkers, I came to Benz Elite Automotive seeking some very specialized work needing to be done on my car.

I was pretty grouchy the day I came to Benz Elite because I was annoyed at having to tow my car into the shop --just after having some displeasing work completed by another shop a few months prior. This shop quickly changed my attitude. They were polite and straightforward with me. From the moment I arrived and being greeted by Greta -- the Office Manager.to working with Emile Khoury (Shop Owner).the experience was exceptional! Emile quickly identified the issues with my car and walked-me through them while in his shop.

We both were underneath the car while on the bay and he pointed out my problem. I was able to see the issues myself, first-hand, and not feel like I was being mislead or suckered into paying for work not needed. How many mechanic shops actually have done this for you? Few or far to none. I bet. I was able to really see and get to the root of my problem.

He gave me a fair quote far less than the dealership. They repaired the car in no time at all and the work was top notch! The workmanship was far better than the dealer. Benz Elite knows their stuff and the reviews don't lie. Emile was very friendly and knowledgeable about MB makes and models too. He tolerated and answered a slew of questions and all my calls during the process. Greta was very friendly, helpful in keeping me informed on my car status and offered great customer service.

I will definitely take my car back here, with much less grump in the future. Overall, this is the kind of place you want to deal with when looking to trust your vehicle with someone.
