I've bought two cars from great falls suburu, and had a great experience both times. The sales team was accommodating and had great customer service. The buying process was the easiest and most enjoyable process. They are always friendly and helpful when I come in for service and I would recommend them to my friends and family!

Christopher Holla was super helpful when I called in and made my experience before even coming into the dealership awesome. He helped me pick out a car while I was sitting at home so that I would be more comfortable coming in. Once I came in to look at the car and actually met with Chris the buying experience was flawless and amazing! Honestly you're better off going anywhere else every time I turn around it's been sold! The system can't keep any information. Now I have to go to a different location to get the oil changes that I paid for. Basically I'm just absolutely disgusted by this location at this point there is always a issue like the fact they like to tell u something is wrong that isn't tried to charge me 1000 to replace my backup camera that did not need replaced that I had no issue with til I went to them then it had moisture in it.and the fact that they never notify that they are being sold is ridiculous horrible service.and they are the ones that sold me the car but you lost all the service records good thing I keep everything but still horrible service!

I was so impressed with the service department! I was traveling from PA and they were able to get me in and conduct my 6K service. What really impressed me was how they helped me out when I was traveling back to PA. I picked up some rocks in my brakes and they took me right in and got the stones out so I could get back in the road with no delay! You all Rock! (pun intended!) Thanks guys for the AWESOME customer service!

I was able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule, the staff got my vehicle into the shop ahead of schedule and my vehicle was finished quickly. The staff walked me through the check-up on the vehicle and gave me an additional coupon for their car wash. I was impressed with the treatment I received and will be happy to go back.

I originally left a five star review. My original experience was excellent the vehicle is a Great Vehicle. However since then I've had a huge amount of problems from the dealership specifically the finance manager. I bought a bunch of extended warranty at the time of my purchase and then canceled it a month later. It has been over three months and today I found out that he hasn't even processed any of the paperwork.

Almost $3000 has been held from me and held against my credit because he was too lazy to process the paperwork. I can only assume that he was too lazy because the other options are that he was stealing money from me by not canceling it and giving back his portion of the commission. I feel like if this was anywhere else I could call the cops and have him charged with theft but because it's some dealership here in Montana I have very little recourse at all other than leaving this honest review.

I would suggest that you find a Subaru from a different dealership either in Helena or in Bozeman or Billings because the dealership here in Great Falls is staffed by lazy disrespectful incompetent management. Thank you

The only dealership that can't give a rough trade in quote using a vin number, mileage, and vehicle specs through text or email "it has to be on our lot for verification". 30 seconds of mentioning this to Bryan and he showed me the door, before I could even mention that this deal was not contingent on a trade. Keep in mind the Subaru dealership in Bozeman was able to give me all the info I needed in four text messages(just like every other dealership I've dealt with since covid started). I tried keeping my money local but apparently Brian doesn't need local money
