The crew at Benchmark RV was awesome. They fit me into a very busy shop schedule so that i could still make my trip. They diagnosed and fixed a problem with my electrical system and i had 3 of them take the time to walk me through how it all should work when i picked it up. They were great. highly recommend for all services.

Just ended my 15+ year stay with Benchmark.sold my RV. My rig was always ready when requested. A wash was available (except during the draught). After each trip I would leave a list of needed repairs and they were always done when requested. I actually had a few requests for special services (nothing major just things that made my life easier) and they were always ready to oblige.

The rates increased every few years, but what rates don't. I enjoyed my stay at this facility and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks to Robert and Edie for their customer setvice.that's what is important.

I didn't know that the storage contract minimum was 6 months, and No one explained to me when I signed the contract. I just lost my $300 deposit today because They said I don't meet their minimum stay. I've never thought "parking lot has a minimum stay contract" in the USA. I wanted to talk to Janet, a part of the owner and accountant, but it was not allowed.

Nothing but positive experiences at Benchmark. Robert has gone above and beyond with customer service. Always takes time to answer questions and offer advice. Very happy we keep our RV there.

Terrible customer service on the phone from Mike the General Manager! He obviously hates his job and is terrible at customer service. I just called to get a quote and he was the rudest person that I have talked to in a very long time. If this is how they (the general manager) talks to people on the phone, can you imagine what the service would be like if you stored your RV here? I will deter friends and family from ever calling or using this place. Mike, get another job that doesn't lead with customer service!

I called and talked to Robert about replacing the fabric on my Girard electric awning. I told him the model and that I had the fabric. I also stated what happened that tore the fabric and he was aware of that happening. I told him that I read how to replace it and informed him what was involved. He said yep I know exactly what to do and it would be about 3 hours at $150/hr.

I told him great I will bring it down and we agreed on a day. I went there today after getting the rv from storage and driving it there and unhooking. He then tells me that it will be 6 hours and about $900. He said he told me on the phone he would need to see it, which was a complete lie. He also stated that the end caps usually break and that I would need those.

I said what are you talking about I removed the end cap and they are metal. I then called Girard and they told me they were crazy that two hours is plenty and the end caps don't ever break as they are metal. Needless to say I told him what a liar he was and that he baited me down there. I ended up leaving. I would highly stay away from this place as they completely changed their story when I got there and didn't even care about the time I spent getting there.

They have been absolutely awesome, Edi, Who runs the show is on top of everything. He took the time to explain all the ins and outs of my coach, things I did not know. Highly recommend benchmark. Another terrific thing about benchmark, they they have a terrific service Department, I had issues with my slides they replaced all the internal parts and got them working again.

I was lucky enough to land here at Benchmark RV with my first motorhome purchase, these guys are awesome to work with if you can get in! As a newbie, my learning curve is pretty big but I've been treated with care and respect here. Robert helped navigate me through getting my coach road ready and continues to help out in making this a great experience. This is absolutely my go to spot for RV everything in the Los Angeles area.

Stay away. Benchmark unnecessarily replaced a piece of equipment ($150), saying a part was missing. But the manufacturer's schematic says otherwise. Benchmark replaced another piece of equipment for $4.95 and charged $75 for installation. A Youtube video shows it can be done in about 5 seconds. Twice I requested a meeting with the GM to discuss the repairs. Twice he ignored me. Thus this Yelp review.

Over-priced! I'm at another store right now and can see the difference in pricing. At Benchmark I ended up paying for a motor and a fan the same amount of money I would've paid for the entire unit brand new!

Our vent on our pop up camper came off on a recent trip south. Benchmark didn't hesitate to replace the vent and get us on our way.

Had them service my generator along with some other punch list items. Service was Very pricey but sometimes you get what you pay for. What I got was shotty work. They had to pull the generator out to service it but did not mount it back correctly. Generator was very noisy from vibrations that where not there before. After getting home from our trip I had to properly fasten then generator to the frame. Found that the secured the generat with only one screw. POOR WORK BENCHMARK.

Called to inquire about getting my camper van serviced. Person I spoke to on the phone was hella rude and condescending, honestly hope for their sake that they take a vacation and get in a happier mindstate.

These guys are great! I had a propane issue with my food truck and heard everything from a broken regulator (replaced 3x) to needing to replace the whole tank! Took it to Benchmark and their resident propane expert diagnosed the issue as being a severely over filled tank within minutes. They were able to fix the problems in a couple of hours and I was out of there. I've since been back for minor issues and they've been great. So glad I found them!

Started storing my RV trailer here a couple months ago. So far my experience has been excellent. The process of pick up and drop off is easy. Great to have an easy access dump station. Great to know I have access to repairs if needed. Staff has been great whenever I've needed some help or special accommodation. There's no better option if you're located somewhere in this part of the city.

As I am learning, older RVs are difficult as far as finding parts go. Difficult often equals more expensive. I kind of expect it. What was unexpected was a business suggesting that I not do a repair and instead work out a different solution (for leveling Jack's) due to this expense. So instead of charging me thousands they encourage me to go a route that is financially worse for them. Long term it's a better business practice that they apparently understand.

Great experience. Went to get an estimate for a trailer repair. The guy who wrote the estimate went over and beyond even though it didn't make sense to fix it. Thanks.

We love Benchmark. We have stored our RV there for 3 years. They take care of all of our servicing needs and do an excellent job. Makes it so convenient. They are easy to work with and do everything on a timely basis. They go out of their way to help us out.

Best RV parking and service in Los Angeles, hands down. I have two RVs here and I had an issue with one, Edi took care of replacing the A/C and saved our vacation. Robert up front handles the parking process and helps me get my RV out on last minute requests. Having parking, dump station and a service depot on the same lot is pretty useful. There's even a tire shop at the end of the RV lot.

Not the greatest place. They know their stuff which is good. I was unpleased due to the fact that they were charging me 135/hr to fix my rv but not giving me a 100% certainty that whatever they are doing will fix the problem.

Edi, has handled my repairs and he's excellent. He can eyeball damage and come up with a ballpark figure pretty quickly. Their execution is fantastic - the rig turns out better than it was (to be fair, my rig is a 2000 so it could use a bit of TLC). My two experiences: - Having my rig crunched by a drunk driver. The repairs were extensive, totaling a bit under $20k and these guys did a beautiful repair job.

Any parts that were not available were recreated in house including a lot of fiberglass and steel work, and they rebuilt the electrical cabinet and contents. As I saw the work coming along and looking so good, I asked them to make some other smaller repairs and they were all perfect. - Having a tire blow out while on the highway. Mine is a class A so if you know about these big tires, you know they do a significant amount of damage in just the few seconds it takes to drop from 60mph to the side of the road.

After Benchmark fixed it up, it's as good as new. I'm really psyched to have these guys as a go-to for whatever needs to be done (they're replacing my starter batteries and taking care of some paint issues right now). In my experience, Edi improves the reputation of the RV repair industry.

Called here to get a quote on having one day night shade in my RV repaired. Here's how it went: 3 to 4 hours to remove it and repair it at $130 an hour. $20 part kit. So in reality that would be $540! Are you kidding me? I am still laughing. Five screws total remove it the blind! I called around and was quoted $75 (total) at one place and $120 (total) at another. Good luck down there!

Stupid or Liar? I use my coach for work, I rent them out to clients for photo shoots. When I first bought my coach, I knew very little. I quickly learned that these losers were not the people to trust. Especially Eddie, what a piece of crap human being Broken electric jacks - first he told me that the warranty company wouldn't cover two at a time and I had to bring the coach back a month after they replaced the first one - LIAR.

Second he told me that it took an hour to take off and put on each one - LIAR Broken AC unit - I brought my coach in on the Thursday before Labor day weekend, telling Eddie that the AC unit was broken. He charged me an hour to "diagnose", when I returned he told me that it wasn't the AC unit at all and that it was the generator and that they couldn't fix it for a couple of weeks.

I jumped on the phone and tried to find a place to repair it right away. Before I left, the mechanic came out and asked me to come back into the shop. He showed me that he had discovered that it might not be the generator at all, it seemed that the $110 "diagnoses" consisted of plugging the coach in to shore power and holding his hand up to the AC vent.

Since it's a ducted system, there was airflow from the one working unit, and assumed that it wasn't the AC unit, but must be the generator. I shared this discovery with Eddie, who never apologized for misinforming me or over charging me for a diagnosis that MIGHT have taken 5 minutes. He told me that there were no AC units to be had anywhere, there had been a fire at the factory and that was that.

He suggested that I just tell my client that it was working, since one of the units actually was and blame the outside temperature on the fact that the unit couldn't keep up. I'm not a LIAR, so I jumped on the phone and started calling places all over the country, found a unit in Oregon, had it shipped down air freight and installed it myself, the next day.

The hardest part was getting it on the roof. As I learned more, I found that what Eddie had told me was impossible to fix and instead required the replacing of the whole $1200 unit (plus labor), was a 10 minute fix with a $26 capacitor. I'm going to go STUPID on this one. (probably a little liar too) So I think we have found that rare combination of a person who is both STUPID and a LIAR. DON'T TRUST HIM OR ANYONE AT THIS PLACE!
