There was a lot of delay (7 months) due to labor and parts availability but they did a good job on the repair.

I just wanted to thank Bel Red Auto for providing first class customer service and making my experience with them better than expected! My car was damaged while parked on the side of the road so I brought it to Rich so I could get an estimate for the guilty parties insurance company, since I wasn't at fault. They worked with the other drivers insurance and repaired the damage to my front bumper without any problems and made the whole experience seamless.

It now looks brand new, even though my car is older and definitely not as nice as some of the other vehicles I noticed in the shop getting fixed. It's good to know that I was treated the same as someone who is bringing in their Rolls Royce for repairs, they really impressed me and I will be back next time I need some body work done. Hopefully not anytime soon though!

Greatest experience I have ever had at an Auto Body shop! My Lexus Hybrid got involved in a hit and run accident. It was immediately appearant that the whole thing needed a lot of work. In the past it has been hard for me to find a Bellevue auto body repair shop that I could trust. After searching online for auto body repair Bellevue I came across Bel-Red Auto Rebuild.

The reviews seemed genuine and they had an excellent 5 star rating. I was reassured that fixing my car would be no problem and that they would be obliged to do all the work with the insurance company! I was overjoyed to hear this. Fast forward to when I came back to pick up my fully repaired car. It was looking better than ever before! Thank you so much Bel-Red Auto Rebuild for your professional service and dedication!

My vehicle was extensively damaged and I had worked with Bel-Red Auto rebuild in the past so bring it back here was a no brainer as I was happy with their service previously. But due to the extent of the damage this time, I needed to communicate more often with Kyle and the shop. Kyle was very professional and easy to talk to about my concerns I had with the vehicle repair.

His response time was within 1 business day and went out of his way to provide additional estimates had I decided to go with a different route in the repair. Although the repair did go past the estimated completion date- it was understandable because you cannot rush a quality job. I did have to bring the vehicle back for minor adjustments which was a bit inconvenient but Kyle and team made up for it by making me feel prioritized and that they would ensure that I wouldn't have that problem again.

If you care about your vehicle, then the level of service, care and attention to detail that Kyle and this shop provides is outstanding. Although I hope I never have to come back to Bel-Red Auto rebuild (cause that would mean my vehicle is damaged)- if I ever find myself needing a body shop again- the service alone has made me a life long customer.

I am very pleased with their excellent high quality work. I had a big deep scratch on bumper of my new alpha. Their repair and paint job was excellent and matched very well with the rest of the body. I was very happy with professionalism of the entire team. Car was ready as promised. Highly recommend them and I am glad I chose them amongst many other body shops in the same neighborhood.

My escalade is always getting a dent here a dent there and I can always run it down there for a good fast fix. Great shop for high end cars, one of the best auto body repair shops in the Seattle area.

Bel-Red Auto is amazing! My car was rear ended and needed some auto body repair work. I looked everywhere for the best auto repair shop in Bellevue and Bel-Red Auto to be one of the best reviewed shops around. I brought my car in and was reassured by the staff that there would be no problem fixing my car. I was able to pick up my car with no further issues, the paint matched and my car look good as new. I will definitely be coming back here any time I need repairs done on my vehicles. Shout out to Bel-Red Auto for their professional auto body repair!

Few things are worse than being in a car accident. I called Bel-Red solely based on some good Yelp reviews and the fact that they are nearby. Emilio answered the phone and thankfully agreed to take a look at my car the day it happened, close to closing. When I arrived, I was relieved to find Emilio honest and helpful. Rich was also very kind and went above and beyond to provide good advice for my situation.

They even let me borrow an old shop van for the night so that I could leave my crippled car at their lot. My insurance deemed the car a total loss (I guess that is happening a lot lately, even though damages weren't that bad) so I didn't end up doing any repairs. But I would 100% come back should I ever need to *knock on wood*. My friend went to ServiceKing on Bel-Red and they messed up her engine cooling system on a common car (Corolla). so they are a definite "no." Support local businesses, especially when they provide good service.

We purchased a new Lexus UX250H F Sport 4 days before driving to CA to visit our kids. on the 5th day, while stopped at a traffic light, we were rear ended! OUCH! We nursed the car 1200 miles back to WA but, on the way through Tacoma on the hottest day in years (115 degrees), a rock hit the windshield and put a big gash in it which began to expand out in front of our eyes! ARGHH! Fortunately, we decided to take our rapidly depreciating car to Bel-Red Auto Rebuild after being referred by our car mechanic! WHAT A WONDERFUL Experience.

We met Emilio, our estimator, who examined the car and wrote up the order. While we were talking with him, Maggie (in the office) contacted Enterprise Car rentals and, within 10 minutes, a gentleman showed up to give us a ride to the office. Emilio worked with Jeremy from Geico (our insurance) to make sure that everything would go smoothly. Emilio stayed in touch with me by email to keep me appraised of the progress.

Although it took a month to complete the work (mainly because of parts being backordered due to the pandemic), the car looked MAGNIFICENT! In fact, maybe better than when we purchased it! We couldn't be happier with Bel-Red Auto Rebuild! Maggie, Emilio and Stephanie were so amazing and provided OUTSTANDING customer service! We'd recommend Bel Red to anyone!

I had a great recent experience with Rich and the team at Bel Red Auto Rebuild. They did some work to repair scuffing and light denting around the rear area of the car. The car now looks better than ever, with none of the affected areas showing any signs of the scuffs or light denting. They even vacuumed the seats and did some cleaning in the interior of the car, which is a detail that I appreciated. I would use this business again for any further auto body issues.

I took my brand new car in after my toddler drew smiley faces on the side and front with a rock (insert 4 letter words here). Rich was incredibly friendly, explanatory, fair and reassuring. He supported my decision to just buff the scratches since removing the parts and painting would be far out of my current financial ability. Unlike other body shops he never pressured me into more expensive services.

I dropped my car off and it was completed within the time he had said. The work was exactly as he explained it would be. I will be coming back for all my, pretty certain, future body work needs.

I brought in my BMW 530i for body work. Emilio was upfront with me on the estimated cost and Maggie was very professional in scheduling the job. I had a high expectation of their service going in and they certainly met it and more. The quality of work was absolutely over the top and I could not find any flaw with their work at all. I highly recommend this body shop even if you live within the 100 miles radius (Its really worth the drive to the shop.) With that said, there's certainly room for improvement particularly in the area of timely delivery.

The work was completed two days later than the estimated completion date. At the end of the day, I was not too bothered by the delay as long as they were able to deliver the level of quality that I'd expected. They certainly performed above and beyond. I will totally do business with them again.

Very happy about this place. I've previously taken two of my cars there for repair. Excellent result. Recently, I needed to take my new care there for repair and my insurance informed me that they were not n their preferred referrals. I was worried, but Bel- red happily worked with their rates and I was able to get my care fixed. The tech detailed my car so nice, that my son keeps saying how nice my car looked.

And in fact, each time I leave from work to get into my car, I am taken by how nice and new my car looked; never seen it so pretty. This is a great place, with great customer service. I'll will be returning there if I have any more car problems.

This place has always been my family's go to for repairs. Not after today. I picked up my car from being repaired and my rear view mirror was unattached, which I get accidents happen. The issue is that the repair guy came out and lied directly to my face, saying the only way to fix it was to get a new mirror. This was absolutely false, and when challenged he walked away and sent an adjuster to talk to me, who miraculously knew exactly how to fix it.

A shoutout to Kyle and his crew at Bel-Red. Their attention to detail and hard work really showed in the final product, my vehicle! They were tireless in battling insurance to provide OEM parts and not the cheap aftermarket parts insurance wanted to use. They communicated as necessary throughout the process and were relatively quick to reply to any questions. Yes, they are busy (what would you expect from a quality shop), so don't expect instant replies to emails, but they will reply in more than an acceptable amount of time. Secondly, quite a few other reviewers don't really seem to understand how car repair works.

Until your car is torn apart, they won't know the full extent of any damage that needs to be repaired. So, yes, there is a high possibility that the initial quote may be low and they will have to submit supplemental to your insurance company. If you can't handle the delays that may cause pay out of pocket or don't crash your car because those delays aren't the shops fault.

These guys do great work and stand behind the work their people do. So chill out and let them do their thing, they are going to take care of you and you're going to be happy with the final results!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy when I needed splash shields replaced under the front of my vehicle. Emilio gave a quick honest estimate and stuck to it and got the job done fast. Clearly they know what they are doing which is a pleasure when you want your vehicle fixed right and even brought back clean! Thanks.

The guys at Bel-Red Auto are fantastic. I did an inquiry on their website to see if they'd install brake caliper covers on my new Acura RDX, they responded quickly and we corresponded over email a few times and once my covers showed up we scheduled a day to get them installed. Greeted warmly at the front door. This place is super professional and they did a really nice job.

They do things right, as even when I told them they could get the covers on without taking the wheels off, they wanted to take the wheels off anyway to do the job right! I will be back in the future for any other upgrades I decide to do on my RDX! Thanks Bel-Red Auto!

I was referred to BelRed by Jeff's Autohouse (they were honest in saying they'd have to charge me for parts they'd send out-and highly recommended this company). I was greeted with an amazing smile and warm personality with Chelsea as soon as I walked in. She is amazing with Customer service! The owner Rich immediately told me he could easily repair my "part" and have it painted on-site without having to replace the entire hatch. He saved me a TON! I really respect and admire people who are straight up and don't take advantage of insurance systems etc I would give 10 stars if I could. AMAZING!

My car need some simple body work after a hit and run in a parking lot. I was referred to Bel-Red by my dealership, (Audi of Bellevue- best dealership I've ever worked with and highly recommend). Bel-Red not only made it easy for me to get an estimate, they worked with my insurance company to make sure payment was smooth. Hats off to Emilio at Bel-Red who managed everything from start to finish and kept me informed about the progress.

Finally the work was impeccable, they made my car look brand new and they even did a small interior detail which was an awesome surprise. The repair was done a few days early too. I highly recommend Bel-Red for any body repairs.

Called them Thursday evening to see if they could get me in to put on lowering springs for my Jeep. Rich (the owner) answered all my questions and said he could get it in immediately. Worked with me very well on drop-off time and price. Made the process a dream. My Jeep is lowered and looking great wishing 24 hours of contacting them, they even had it detailed!

The owner is a straight shooter. He is about making the customer happy and doing excellent work. I wish I had more cars to take them to him. If I ever need more work done I'm calling Rich first. Thank you for taking great care of my car.

I am 40 years old and this is the first negative review I have ever left about any merchandise or shops so far in my life. I would feel bad if anyone has to repeat what we have experienced with Bel-Red Auto Rebuild. 1. Cheating/false estimation again and again. Estimated to take around 1 week. Eventually the repair was done in week 6. 2. Extremely terrible communication.

No update from them unless we call them from week 2 as they estimated to finish in about one week. From week 2 to week 5 multiple occasions they say they will call me back but never did. I guess maybe they have many other high-end cars and high-end customers to attend, maybe we have an out of state license plate. I feel they have been ignoring our requests just at their will.

No update, No explanation again and again. They can do whatever they like as you can do nothing once you hand in your car to them. Super frustrating! 3. Good paint job (exterior has been fully restored to like new condition), plus they fixed a minor scratch on the front bumper as a bonus for one star. But bad assembly (see the pics). They still cannot fix the door lock stud after I revisited them. 4.

The repair cost they charged is double of that quoted by the body shop that my insurance company suggested, and 1.5 times of another reputable body shop nearby. They finally charged $6096 versus their initial quote of $3620. So my insurance and I paid much more money for a much more unpleasant and frustrating experience.

This place just looks out for customer and does the right thing, my bumper moved a little out of place, they looked at it right away and fixed the issue. They were awesome team of people to rely on. Thanks to Rich for making a quick decision on my situation. I'm book marking this place for any future problems.

I went to five different places to get my H1 Hummer repaired and I cannot believe it no one would work on my truck. Every place had a different excuse, some said the paint could no longer be ordered, or they don't work on exotics, or they don't know how to take an H1 apart and some just said it was too much work. I went to Bel - Red as a last ditch (because its in Bellevue) and they were very nice to me and totally hooked me up.

While it did take them two months, my HUMMER looks amazing like it was brand new and it glows driving down the street. Some guy there did a clear coat so sweet that it looks wet! The bid came in 4500 cheaper than the place in Renton and when I noticed a spot here and there I just took it back and they would fix it no issues. Great place that is very professional. They have paint rooms that are huge and off the shelf best gear. They let me watch as he painted my truck and he hit it 3 times all day. Great place.

I was hit in my new 2018 Honda by an uninsured motorist. Fortunately I had coverage for this type of accident. The employees at the shop were up front and honest about repair time, working with insurance and any mishaps that can happen due to additional parts, etc. My car was a day later than expected but it was worth it. I got my car back like it was brand new! No one likes to going to the body shop but I equate it to seeing the dentist. Hopefully it's fast, painless and looks good.
