I love their waiting area. They made the place very comfy. The service was great, as usual. They always have time to answer my questions. They even gave me some recommendations for other businesses I could check to fix my car seats and redo my radio (they do not provide those services). The prices are fair and they never surprise you with unexpected additional work.
They always ask before to fix something that may come up during the inspection or maintenance work. I have recommended this garage shop many times to my friends and I will keep doings go.

First time customer and I was very impressed. We had an older Audi A4 and they did a thorough inspection with details they send you, great communication, and on time repairs. We had the turbo replaced, power steering flushed and replaced along with some various seals replaced. Happy customer. Finding a trustworthy auto repair facility can be a challenge when you're 300 miles away but your college-age daughter needs service work in town. Luckily I found Beckley and after using them twice for various vehicle ailments she was experiencing, I can happily recommend them to anyone in the DMS area. They could have easily suggested more expensive options that weren't needed but instead, found solutions that were appropriate and fixed the issues. Convenient pick-up and drop-off as well. Top-notch people!

Went in because our turn signal and wiper switches were broken. They were very friendly and quick with the repair. They were able to find parts and though we couldn't leave our car, they even offered to find us a ride because the vehicle needed to stay overnight waiting on a part. I really appreciate this business and their honesty. I feel most comfortable going to Beckley for all future repairs.

They are always honest and fair. It is hard to find a car mechanic you can trust, one that actually cares about you and that is not just out to make the most money they can. I am so glad that I discovered Beckley and feel confident that I will be treated fairly. They are always friendly and provide great customer service even letting me use their shuttle when the normal shuttle driver wasn't working. That is beyond what is expected!

Jon is awesome! I have got my oil changed here for a few years and stopped by on a subzero day as I was headed to Colorado and my tires were all reading low. Jon checked and filled all my tires and topped off my wiper fluid for me so I would be good for the trip and then set me up for an oil change when I got back. Highly recommend this place they are far better than the dealer in town.

I will not go into great detail, but the shop had my daughter's vehicle for 2.5 weeks or so. They had changed the head gaskets and upon reassembly and trying to start it a party failed and caused major damage. So they had to take the engine out again and proceed with repairs. They knew I was frustrated at the end of 2 weeks. I went there in person and the service manager talked through everything with me, showed me the failed part, the engine, and said the cost would be no more than the original estimate.
They in fact made the cost less than the original estimate. While I was frustrated, I knew Beckley's would make it right. They normally get my major work on this particular vehicle and a closer shop gets the oil changes. I think they will get all my service needs now. Hopefully they can change oil in GM products as well : They have earned my business for years to come and I find comfort in the fact my daughter can take her car their and not get ripped off.

This is the automotive repair shop you always hope you will discover as a hidden gem and return to it as your go-to repair shop. Locally owned and run by a team that takes pride in their work. They were thorough, patient and fair. They prioritize repairs and let the customers know what is essential and what can wait. Inspections include photographs which is that little extra touch that builds trust. This is now my favorite repair shop.
