Jim was honest with me about what was going because he was understaffed the days that I brought my wife's car to it had 2 transmission codes we waited a day and a half so I went togo talk to him about the codes he gave me an option of going somewhere else to change the transmission fluid and I went to have it changed that day so thanks to jim

After being left with a car that wasn't running right, and taking it to a shop that couldn't find the problem, and a car insurance company that didn't want to pay for the rental car I needed because my car was out if commission for 5 days, I found this place, Point S. So grateful! They not only made my car run like new again, but after hearing about my issues with the rental car, they gave me a loner car to use, for free, until they fixed my car.
Such good people, honestly, I was truly amazed at their compassion, understanding, and abilities as far as an auto shop! I will never take my car anywhere else again! God bless you guys!

Came recommended by my honest mechanic, Dropped in for a look at my Jeep. They tree it up on a rack and had all three of them looking at it. We chatted about what the causes and possibilities might be and he gave me a worse case scenario estimate. Said he was too busy to take it on for a couple weeks but to call and drop it off for a proper diagnosis.
So far, so good. Follow up on the job* Finally got the Jeep in and it wasn't as bad a news as initially thought. Parts and labor were under initial estimates due to simpler issue. It did take about twice as long as initially estimated due to high demand, mechanics out sick, snow storms, parts delays. Jim and his team took great care and were communicative through the whole process. Highly recommend. But be prepared to possibly wait a bit for an opening as they are very busy.

Jim at All Transmission is a honest, dependable professional. I was referred to him from Sorin at All Automotive and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He was honest about my issue from the get-go and said he didn't feel right sending me on my way or charging me if he couldn't fit the problem. He fixed the issue I was having and was professional and personal the entire time. Would highly recommend!

Jim was very friendly and was straightforward with expected costs. They were able to service my vehicle within one day and get it back to trail ready quickly. They did a full transmission service to find a leak and also went out of their way to tighten a loose radiator hose and topped off the coolant. I absolutely love that they didn't try to sell me on services my car did not need. Great shop.

Amazing shop. Jim the owner is respectful, sweet, and amazing. They fixed my truck within a week and a half and that's with a holiday time in there too. They did so much for me it's incredible that they got it done so fast. They looked at my transmission as well to find there wasn't really anything wrong with it like other companies kept saying there was. These people are honest people. I recommend using them 100%. Thank you again Jim. You guys are amazing and I am forever thankful you fixed my boo (my truck).

Very, very good people! Our go-to auto mechanic recommended that I go to this place for our suspected leak in my 2016 RDX transmission. Jim, the owner, was really good at listening and providing honest opinion and recommendations as well as having his technician do a thorough examination and evaluation. In the end, it was not leaky seals but transmission running a bit hotter, causing a bit of overflow.
As the car is still under warranty, he recommended to go to the dealer, especially as the car has only 34K miles. I would highly recommend this place. A honest, trustworthy auto mechanic is one of three key professionals to have in the family (the other two are a doctor and a lawyer ). Thank you Jim!
