Horrible customer service at the front desk. (Tim) Did not install correct part. I brought it up to his attention to the front desk associate same day I dropped my truck off. In addition, he stated vehicle was not yet worked on. "They look similar" we're his exact words about the part. Spoke with owner of business, he did not want to reinstall correct part. Horrible way to do business. Will not recommend this place.

This shop is very friendly and honest to out of towners. A family member was driving my vehicle, it broke down and I was able to make all arrangements with this service facility and the tow truck over the phone from 200 miles away. The shop gave me updates often and got my vehicle repaired and I made a trip down to get my vehicle and gave a hand shake and BSed for a while and was on my way. I would use these guys again anytime, just wish they weren't 200 miles away lol.

** Update** 07/26/21 It's been about a year since my last visit, and still the best experience I have ever had dealing with mechanic shops! I swear this is the best place to have your auto repair and maintenance done! Thanks again, Bay Auto! Aside from fast, friendly, and overall great service, I was so impressed with how professional yet personable all employees were at this shop! Met the owner and he treated me like more than just a customer. I will definitely make this my regular shop for all my vehicles maintenance and repairs! Great job guys!

After having a variety of services done at other shops around town we found Bay Auto and wont go anywhere else moving forward. We were disappointed with brake service at a brake specialty place. They couldnt find an issue we were having, Bay Auto found and fixed it. A different automotive shop performed some repair work on my truck after my driveshaft broke.
Several months later Bay auto was doing unrelated work and discovered that the previous shop had sent me down the road with one strap off the gas tank and the other nearly failing. Jason and his crew are attentive and really mind the details. They are very knowledgable and I can't recommend them high enough.

Bay Auto staff were honest and up front about the timeline for diagnostics on my truck, they are a busy shop (must mean they know what they're doing). They called me once they found the issue, and were able to order the part and get it installed in a quick and reasonable timeframe. Services are provided at a fair price and they have earned any of my future business.

I had issues with my Mercedes S class and the competitors kept messing up my alignment. I was told the only way to fix it properly was to take it back to the dealership. I was referred to Bay Area Automotive as they not only had the correct equipment my car needed, they were able to fix it properly and on a timely manner. I highly recommend these professionals. No wonder they can afford be closed on the weekends. I would give them 6 stars if I could

My vehicle had broken down in the early evening so I called Jason at Bay auto services. They quickly had my vehicle towed to their shop and the following day had an estimate prepared, parts were order, and my vehicle was done by the end of the day. A big thanks to the guys at Bay Auto service for getting back on the road at a reasonable price.

Trust is a hard thing to come by these days, you have to earn it. Bay Auto Service has earned my trust in them in repairing my vehicles throughout the years. Jason and his staff are incredible and customer service has always seemed to be a priority for him. I am on a scheduled maintenance program for my 2007 Toyota forerunner and on track!
