Came in with a rattle that I thought was coming from my clutch. The tech came back and found it was an exhaust hanger from my aftermarket exhaust that are through the bushing. They recommended fixing it permanently so this doesn't come back again by re welding the hanger arm into the correct position. They quested me three hours but came back as two.

Always good to hear! The shop could have charged for three without me knowing, honesty is always appreciated. Shop rate is sort of high but you get what you pay for! Great work!

Most professional and skilled BMW mechanics in the Bay Area. Period. I have a rare 335d diesel and almost every independent BMW shop is afraid to touch it. Even the dealership hates working on the great and unique BMW diesels. Not Bavarian Professionals.they always know their stuff and are great work with over many years from Eric, Nat, Marta and now Nino.

The minute you walk into the place you know the team is a cut above. Finally I have never gotten the "our next open appointment time is in 3 weeks".I have never waited more than 2 days to get my car into the shop and they invariably hit their estimate and if they don't you know exactly why. Just no BS all the way around.

My first time coming to them and they did a great job with my 328i. Fixed my front right turn indicator and brake pad sensor. Turned off airbag and seatbelt light. Came back to all my lights off on dashboard. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto interior vacuuming, General repairs & maintenance

Brought my mini for shifter repairs and they did the job well within quoted price. Also, my car was returned washed as Ms vacuumed. I like their service but you pay a good amount for the work. If you drive a BMW or Mini Bavarian Professionals are a fantasy resource.

The finished product was very high quality. I used to take my car to an official BMW repair service for repairs, but it was very expensive and required many repairs. So this time I chose Bavarian Professionals because of the high reviews. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am an international student and my English is not very good yet. I also do not have much knowledge about cars. However, they taught me slowly and carefully, using gestures, and I am very satisfied.

While they were working on my car, they constantly emailed me about the progress and the status of the repair. When I asked questions, I received very thorough answers, which made me feel very comfortable. I was very surprised that the total cost was less than I expected. I was also very excited when I got in the car, as the exterior and interior of the car were very clean and well maintained. (This is like a brand new car!) I recommend Bavarian Professionals to everyone if you are wondering where to send your repairs.

Bavarian fixed my BMW for less than my neighborhood mechanic, with better customer service and communication. They'll be my go-to from now on.

I had real problems with a broken mirror on my 2004 BMW M3. I took it to four other shops and they could not fix it. BavPros was able to fix it perfectly and also did some other repairs. Nino was most helpful and Marta always takes great care of the customer. Plus they wash the car after each job! A ++ all the way. I will be back.

Nothing but a solid 5 star rating for Bavarian Professionals. My husband I take our 2000 Z3 here and have grown to completely trust them with no hesitations. Let's be honest, there is no such thing as cheap service on a European car. With that being said, the work they do and what they suggest is always within the spectrum of reason and always makes sense.

They communicate through the entire service, and I always feel like we are informed and making sensible decisions. The work is always perfect and prompt. On top of that, the car just runs so SO GREAT. We are so glad to have this shop!

Great people, great work, and as friendly as can be. Got a tune and spark plug change to go along with it. Waiting for the ecru to get fully adapted to the tune but can already can feel the extra torque which is significant. It's refreshing to see nothing but BMW's in their shop. Puts me at ease knowing that my car isn't a learning tool. Plus they gave my car a great wash when they finished their service! Definitely going for any future needs for my car and I suggest the same to anyone else

Bav Pro I'm ok care of my car when it need some major services. Their team was responsive and transparent with providing a quote. Their prices were competitive and they are my go-to shop for anything BMW related.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I've been taking my car here for over 10+ years and the service has always been impeccable! It's hard to find an "honest" auto repair shop but these guys are the best! They break everything down for you so you can understand what's wrong with your car and the pricing for service is so much more reasonable than a dealer would charge!

The mechanics who work on the cars have been there for years along with the front desk folks who do the intake when you bring your car in. The owner of this business has to be doing something right to have so many loyal employees who stick with his business! Everyone at Bavarian is very professional and responsive. Best car services I've ever had. Definitely 5 stars! They won't recommend unnecessary / extra works if you don't need it. My wife's 2003 325i had two years of repeated cooling system issues, leaking coolant, getting fixed, and leaking again. It all said: don't trust this car. She had a solo drive to Morro Bay coming up after the new year, and a week before her trip I cold-called Bavarian Professionals asking for help. Marta fleshed out the list of what to do, and assured me they could get the parts and do the work in the two days that were available.

They replaced all the major cooling components and made the car shiny and beautiful before the end of the first day, and their professionalism and clear communication restored our confidence in the car. My wife made the trip without incident, and the car is again a member of the family. We're looking forward to working with them again!

I would not hesitate to use Bavarian Professionals again. Eric and the team quickly identified the electrical/body repair issue and set expectations about the cost/duration of the repair. In addition to providing frequent updates, Eric took the time to find a used hatch that significantly reduced the cost of the repair. This company knows how to build trust: fast and efficient investigation, great communication.

Highly recommended! Eric is a friendly and professional expert who took great care of my X5. He took the time to explain my vehicles needs, prioritized the issues, and provided me a loaner while my vehicle was in service. Additionally, my car was washed, vacuumed and detailed at time of pick up. You can expect a high level of service, and superior communication from Eric. Lastly, their fees are unbeatable. About time to give BP another shoutout as it's been a few years and I'm still a regular - they've gone above and beyond on multiple occasions and I couldn't be more grateful to have them on my automative team. Thanks for all the great experiences! More detail: It's easy to see why BP has so many glowing 5 star reviews - I've been coming here for over 4 years now, and have seen many ins and outs of BMW ownership, including (proudly and gratefully) 3 different M cars of 3 different generations. I've also been to a handful of shops in the area, some specializing in BMW, others more general, and while I've had mostly positive experiences, BP is definitely a cut above the rest, and that's why I've kept coming back over and over.

The front of house team is super professional, very courteous, and great with communication, and the back of house folks really know their stuff and do great and surprisingly fast work. I've had most minor and some major repairs here - oil changes, multiple sets of tires, oil pan gaskets, AC system, fluids, etc. Because the M series stuffs huge engines into normal size engine bays, the processes for even simple fixes are sometimes elaborate, and BP has always been very transparent about cost, and deals with my after market warranty company directly which is awesome and very convenient for me. BMW owners have a reputation of being all kinds of not so great things, and while I hope I don't typify the worst of them, I'm sure I represent a good number of them very faithfully hahaha.

The team at BP has always been extremely gracious and I am very grateful for that. Very comfortable lounge if you want to wait / work (plenty of seats, outlets, wifi) for your repair or oil change, Whole Foods a couple blocks away, and loaner cars if needed (I recommend calling as far in advance as possible if you need a loaner as the place is popular). Also, the car always comes back 'feeling' better, fluids topped up, washed, etc. Overall, a very premium experience at a very fair price, especially compared to dealerships.

One of the main challenges of owning high performance cars is getting them serviced properly - I can't recommend BP more in terms of overall value, speed of service, and customer experience. Thanks BP team!

I highly recommend Bavarian for any BMW, but especially (in my case) if your car has Dinan equipment/mapping. Marta, who works at the front, was very clear and friendly, and the communication during the whole process was above and beyond. I had an array of different issues that needed to be addressed, a couple of which were the result of me doing DIY repairs.

In retrospect it would have been a much better idea to have just brought the car to Bavarian in the first place, and well worth it. I found them to be fairly priced, thorough, and a place I can rely on in the future. They do not try to sell services, they know what they are doing, and I hope to be able to bring my car to them for all future repairs.

I have gone to a few shops previously, some of whom were quite good, but the fact that the Dinan stuff is no issue to Bavarian is one of the differences. Protip: If you call ahead of time (something I forgot to do) it is possible they can provide a loaner car.

Highly recommended! I found Bavarian Pro on Yelp for brake fluid and oil change for my e92 M3, and I am so glad to have found them. It is difficult for me to find mechanic shops that I can trust and is familiar with M cars but Bavarian Pro specializes only in BMWs! They already know my car and what I needed when I called to inquire about their services.

They really are professionals from start to finish; responsive, transparent and knowledgeable. I scheduled my appointment via text messages, and they were super accommodating with my schedule. They have a lounge for me to work while I waited for the car and offered a loaner car if I needed to be somewhere! They even washed and vacuumed my car at the end for free. The best part, I did not pay anywhere close to what a dealership would have charged. I highly recommend Bavarian Pros to all BMW, especially M car owners.

Bavarian Professionals performed the kinds of service you wish the dealer gave you. They did a great job outlining the cost of the repairs. Had a loaner car once the deposit was paid. And got right to work as soon as the parts arrived. In about a week they replaced the timing chain, oil pump and relevant parts for a stretched timing chain that skipped a tooth.

The timing chain guide was replaced and they found chunks of the plastic timing chain guide in the oil. They also replaced a leaking radiator that the dealer missed on a coolant replacement. Replaced the oil filter housing gaskets. And the oil pan gasket. While the motor was dropped the xdrive fluid was renewed. A new oil change and filter. All done to bmw specs.

The xdrive fluid change in the front makes this X3 steer like a Lear Jet. It wasn't THAT smooth before. The budget was very close to the number predicted. It is always nice doing business with Professionals. They alerted me to any extras so I could approve the charges I was able to afford. That is what want from your service team! The information you need to make an informed choice.

I added a new belt tensioner, and put a new water pump, front brakes and rotors, and future 02 sensors on the back burner. Bavarian Professionals also replaced the rear rotors, pads and sensor. They put a new vacuum pump to brake booster connector in for me. Recharged my battery. Service and sales was top notch! Bavarian Professionals deserve their top ratings from BMW customers.

True Professionals! A few of the suggested repairs will have to wait. for my purse to replenish. However I will gladly take my money to BAVPRO for their informed sales and professional service! I give them 10 stars. Though 5 stars is the top. They will have all my future BMW repair business.

My experience with Bavarian was so good that I'd think twice about driving a car outside their area of specialization. These folks are the definition of professional. They're deeply knowledgeable, with a genuine passion for the car you drive. They communicate clearly and personably. They follow through. They undercharge the dealership by a considerable margin. I have not had any work done here. I wish I had, and will remember them in the future. My X1 has a simple but expensive problem. Seized engine. Yes, it falls under the class action settlement BMW agreed to, except the pandemic had me driving 3 times the miles in the last 15 months, pushing me over 100k. Weatherford was no help as they charged me $470 for a diagnostic but told me nothing. Contacted these folks and got straightforward answers and advice quickly.

I haven't paid them anything. They didn't ask. Nowadays it's hard to find a shop that will take the time to help someone out. So, if the help I received today is an example of their work, I say this shop would be a great choice.

Bought a CPO m235i from BMW that came with a broken parking brake bracket. Dealer told me the service was covered under CPO even though it wasn't. Charged me 300$ for a diagnoses and another arm and leg for the repair. The people here a Bavarian motors addressed the issue promptly at a very reasonable price and left my car in mint condition. Seems like everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable. Will definitely come here again.

I've been here a couple times with this car (2014 X1) and my previous car the E39 540i. I've owned several BMW's over the past 30 years and I'm meticulous with service and care. This place is like going to the Doctor's office. Totally clean office and waiting area, free wi-fi. They don't try and sell you unnecessary procedures and parts, rather suggest what you have coming up or, over due for.

Eric is awesome, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I come from Marin to see Eric for my BMW. This is my second visit for basic oil change, brake fluid drain, and a cabin filter replacement. I did my work in their comfortable waiting area and car was washed cleaned and service done in about 1.5 hours, very fast and accurate. My first visit was for Dinan upgrade parts, Eric did some custom work on a midpipe that was unexpected and did not charge me more.

Honest and legit. Once a year maintenance for my BMW that I rarely drive. I trust whatever services Eric recommend to be necessary, he doesn't upsell or come up with services that is not needed at the time as I have heard from actual BMW dealerships, and those dealership prices are usually higher. Just got a new Mini for my son, will be bringing it to Eric when time comes.
