Omar was extremely honest and helpful. He saved me >$1,000 for my repair as other locations told me I had to paint my damages and Omar was the only one to say we can get it fixed through PDR. Bavarian Collision repaired my vehicle. The repair was done in a timely fashion and it looks great. The staff was very responsive to my needs and answered any questions I had. Hope fully I don't need them again but if i do need anymore body work done I will definitely use Bavarian Collision

Warning very dishonest owner., I took my Porsche to this shop attempting to support a black business. It was an insurance claim, so I could've taken it directly to Porsche. Initially the customer service was great. They picked my car up the next morning. However I never heard from them again. After two weeks of trying to be patient, I called to find out my car had not been touched.

All I needed was a diagnostic and two tire and rim changes and a headlight bulb. I wSs frustrated and was put in direct contact w the owner Jabari. He contacted me to tell me my car needed a transmission and a fuel pump which exceed more than 10,000. He submitted it to my insurance co all while ignoring the simple repairs I came there for. After having my car for over a month, close to two I called on a Sat and demanded I need my car back!

I picked it up w a broken window switch, missing one of the tires my insurance co paid for and without a engine light being on to indicate the damage Jabari informed me of. He said my car wasn't safe to drive. I took it to Porsche being they also couldn't fix the headlight and thank god I mentioned what I was told. They did a free diagnostic and told me car has no codes.

Also reminded me that if what Jabari told me were true, my engine light would be on. He is a very polite con! Don't trust him! I had to call the police because he refused to respond to my emails. Today the police officer Abnel personally met me there to retrieve the missing tire and window switch and jabari the owner acted as though I was mistreating him and asked that I not come to his shop again. Lol.

You think? It took me over 4 months and the police to get that tire my insurance co paid for and he attempted to commit fraud by holding my car hostage almost two months while he submit fraudulent claims to my insurance co. The experience was unbelievable. He's a very polite con. Go elsewhere!

This place is awesome! Alfonso and the staff provide exceptional customer service, with a personal touch. They care very much about their customers and don't price gauge either. Other places I've been to really overcharge in sneaky ways, so this place is a breath of fresh air. That can't be beat. And they do a great job too. I definitely recommend them. I'm fixing up my whole car here, they are great.

Fully recommend: If I could give 10 , I would. I came in with a deep dent (not as visible on the image below) and several scratches on my rental. I have been going to Jabari for over 5 years for ALL my body work needs. I hadn't been by in awhile since I got rid of my previous car (4 side-swipes in 15 months! That car was cursed!) but I knew exactly who to go to when my bumper started coming loose. The young lady at the front desk helped me get a quick fix so I could get back on the road while she got me a quote on a long-term repair. Also hooked me up with a quote for window tinting which was extremely reasonable so I'll be back soon!

Loveee this place. Was rear ended by someone and chose here to get my car worked on. Very convenient as i live in midtown It was close to my house and the rental car place was right across the street. The guys here are all very nice, welcoming and know what they're doing. Big ups to Alphonso who helped me directly and always kept me in the loop. I now come here for my car to be serviced and really appreciate the hard work these guys put in. you cannot beat the service and price! Thank you guys so much

What a save of money! These guys are legit with the best quality and service. Jabari Hayes was extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations. I got a new mudguard for my Hyundai and Other body shops were charging me 125 just for the part. I paid 25! Yes 2-5 with Jabari's help. I didn't have an appointment and they worked with me to get it done the same day I got the part. Jabari has deep connections in Atlanta and was able to connect me to the dealer. The team here was great and got me out the shop in 10 minutes.

Staff was amazing! Omar was extremely helpful and kept me informed about my vehicle. It took 10 days for my vehicle to be returned, but that was not an issue given how long it takes to acquire parts. Upon arrival to pick up my car, they had washed inside and out and cleaned my foggy headlights. Super grateful for their hospitality!

Husband scraped up my rims. The guys in this shop did a great job fixing them. The job was done in a timely manner, as promised, and the price was very reasonable. The staff was polite and pleasant. Neighborhood was iffy, but we had no issues.

I love this place and Jabari! I have been in 3 accidents since living in Georgia and Bavarian has repaired my car every time. They have honest and reliable staff members. They give you a tour of the place and let you meet the mechanic that will be working on your car. I have NEVER had any issues with this business. They are awesome, honest, and provide quality work. At this point, I would NEVER take my car anywhere else.

My car was hit in a parking lot and I took my car here to get a quote and eventually got the damages repaired here as well. The whole process was very simple and everyone I worked with here was super attentive and helpful. They worked with the at-fault party's insurance to get the quote settled and my car was ready in about a week and the work looked awesome. I definitely recommend you check this place out if you have any damages that need repairing.

I took my car to Bavarian Collision thinking that my brand new baby would never look the same again. She had gotten hit so bad I new a scar was certain after being fixed. I asked Jabari Hayes and his crew to take there time and do the best they could. It was a long three weeks and when I got the call my baby was completely finished. On the drive there I set my Hope's low, but when I saw my shiny full in her glory car pulled around, wow i was in awe.

I looked her up and down and not on sign of the way she looked when I brought her in. I give major props to Bavarian Collision for every second, hours they put in to make her brand new again. If I get a Rock dent, door ding, anything. On time, efficient, great, no awesome work, bavarian will be my first stop. Awesome job. I couldn't be happier.

I went to Bavarian Collision because someone vandalized my truck. It had bullet holes and it was completely trashed on the inside. Bavarian Collision painted my entire vehicle and detailed it. I get so many more compliments about my new paint job. I love the color! The crew was super polite and whenever I had a question or popped up at the shop they allowed me to check their progress.

I've had a couple of minor scratches recently; I took it right to Bavarian Collision and they got my car looking like new. They are affordable and the service is top notch. If you need any work done to your vehicle, take it to Bavarian Collision!

I have been to Bavarian many times. The last time I went was like it was a totally different shop. I took my car to get my bumper repainted. It too over 30 days to complete. They never answered the phone, and when they did, they just kept postponing. The manager ended up compensating me for rental car fees. When I got my car back, the bumper paint was cracked, and the finder and bumper paint was scratched and chipped paint where they tried to replace the bumper.

The manager looked at the car (pics attached) and said he didn't see anything wrong with it. A different manager agreed to replace the bumper and repair the scratches. They told me it would take a couple of days, but it took over a week. When I went to pick it up, it still wasn't ready. I sat in the lobby for them to clump paint on the scratches (pics attached). The manager refuses to respond to my calls.

Alphonso took wonderful care of my car and of us. They did a superb job at a fair price. The daily updates with photos was a nice touch. I hope I don't need them again soon, but if I do, I'll know I'm in good hands.

I had a vehicle Of mine stolen, then recovered with some body damage outside and the interior, I thought anyway; was destroyed. I took the car to Bavarian Collision on the recommendation of a friend and not only did they do what I thought would be impossible, which was get the weed smell out of the car and clean the white leather back to white, the exterior looked brand new again, like nothing ever happened to the car AND Jabari, the owner, and his staff were the most honest, kind, professional and skilled people I've ever done business with at an auto repair shop. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I took my 2015 X3 into Bavarian after not being satisfied with another company's customer service. I saw they had 5 stars so I said why not. Although my insurance quoted below the value of the repairs. Jabari was great in attending to my SUV and following up. I recommend Bavarian Collision for all your BMW repair needs. I have had my truck back now for almost 2 months and have not had any issues.

From the accident the entire passenger side needed repair and leaked when it rained. I had to apply tape to prevent leather damage. I have had no water inside the truck since the repair and all runs smoothly! I have my Ultimate Driving Machine back! PS. I will post pics once I wash her up again. Didn't take pics when I picked her up. as she was fresh and clean then also! Bavarian Collision and Alphonso are the best. I have been coming here for years to have work done on my car. They always do an amazing job and make sure that they coordinate with you and your car rental to make the process seamless. They have very reasonable costs for out of pocket repairs. They recently repaired a few scratches on my bumper for me and it looks better than new. I would highly recommend coming here. It is worth waiting to get on their busy calendar to have work done here. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car!

These guys are great. Was in a minor accident recently with other party at fault. Discussed my terrible working hours with them, and they allowed me to drop my car off on a holiday weekend-which apparently they don't usually do. Got the car back looking great. No trace of any damage to the impact site. Paint matched. Gave the car back to me after detailing. Jabari was friendly and even gave a tour of his shop. Disclosure: I can't really judge the prices since the other party's insurance handled it all.

Received excellent service (quality work, efficient, provided timely updates) in repairing the car as well as excellent customer service. Alphonso was excellent! Explained everything being done. And when they forgot to remove the paint that was being used to match the paint color, they were sincerely apologetic and were efficient in completing the job. I truly appreciated all their hard work. I would take my car back there in a heartbeat (but hope not to need to!)

Not only did they return my car looking like I had picked her up for the first time from the car lot, they also restored my headlights, detailed the inside and outside of my car and provided an alignment for free! I can't say enough about this place. First and foremost, Jabari is one of nicest guys in the city of Atlanta and a pleasure to work with. My BMW 328i was unfortunately hit in a restaurant parking lot while I was having lunch. Luckily, the responsible driver did not vanish. So, under these frustrating circumstances I ended up at Bavarian. These guys knew how to handle a situation like this from start to finish. They gave me advice in dealing with the insurance company and etc. Now to the work.

The beautiful work. These guys are artists and craftsman. My BMW looks better than it did the day I bought it. I will elaborate and post pictures soon, but wanted to go ahead and give these guys the recognition they deserve. That's my word and I'm sticking to it.

Top notch! I had a fender bender in my new (3000 miles) BMW and after an estimate at the dealers recommended body shop I came to Bavarian. The entire experience w/Bavarian was dare I say perfect. The estimate was easy, the repair was fast and as far as I can tell perfect. They dealt with the nightmare that is the insurance company and did it all with a smile. On a side note the car was returned to me washed and detailed better than most local car washes. Solid service all the way around
