Barry is one of the sweetest people when it comes to getting your car back after an accident. It was a bad experience the accident. But, the people in the rental company both Hertz and Enterprise were the most caring people to help me through this horrible experience. There are still nice people out there. Thanks again Barry.

Worst customer service over the phone I've ever encountered. Needed help with towing a travel trailer, I didn't have the answers fast enough for him and he became belligerent and condescending. He ended the call saying that he never has luck pulling travel trailers, that he just didn't feel like doing it and that I wouldn't want to pay what he'd be charging me. Happy to not be working with these people.

We needed 2 motorcycles and a car loaded onto a shipping container. He came through and got the job done without a hiccup. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Barry's Service Center!

Really great towing service. One of the drivers towed my Dad's Harley when it broke down last year and was very considerate and caring when loading it into the flat bed. Recently they towed my car that had been into an accident and when I went to talk to them about getting it towed to an auto body shop they tried to save me some money by letting me know it would probably be totaled and not worth the money to move it. Unfortunately the insurance company demanded it and sent one of their companies to tow it away but I really appreciate the honesty here!

Never expected to be friends with a guy I had to pay over $500 to in order to retrieve my vehicle from, due to a BS police impound while visiting from out of state - but Barry is one cool dude. Looking forward to returning for vehicle service.

Helped me out once when I had a flat and charged almost nothing. So, I came back when I had a new issue. They were very nice, prices were extremely reasonable, and they showed and explained everything to me. Work was also done very quickly. I'll definitely be returning.
