Brian and the guys are honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They will find the problem fast, and get it fixed quickly. Been coming here since I started driving, highly recommend!

The guys at Baker's are very professional and they do great work and they get you in and out of there in a timely manner it's the best place to go for alignments, brakes, etc they'll treat you right and they'll do a great job at a great price.

Went in to have my rusted brake lines replaced. Had an additional service performed but not requested. This shop removed my fuel filter. Why? They were EXPECTING repeat business. Their plan worked, but the timing was off. I could not figure out why my truck would not start. Was not the fuel pump. I crawled underneath to see if my fuel filter was bad.

It was not only bad. It was missing. I thought this was strange. That shop removed my fuel filter. Why? I found out why. The fuel injectors were clogged with garbage because of my missing fuel filter. This shop sabotaged my truck, thinking that I would be back. To get it running again. I never brought it back. I replaced the fuel filter and the fuel injectors and it started right up. This shop is crooked as can be. Do not give them your business or you WILL BE SORRY!

Had a good experience with the gentlemen here. Brought in my lowered WRX and managed to get an alignment done. Kept me up to date during the process and informed of the snags that were run into. Would recommend! If I need anything done I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my cars in.

Wonderful Auto Shop, very caring and mindful of customers. Always willing to recheck if any problems occur after leaving.

Very honest shop. Took my truck in expecting an expensive brake line replacement job. Mechanic put it on the hoist, looked everything over and said all looks good. They could have just done the work and I would have just had to trust that it was necessary and paid almost $1000. Definitely going back if other issues come up.

Coming from out of state to pick our trailer up, Baker's was most accommodating in ordering the tires and installing them on our trailer in a prompt and professional manner. Normally I perform my own repairs, but when the labor isn't worth it to me, I'll take it somewhere local. I have gone here quite a few times, every time being treated as if I'm annoying them and wasting their time. I continually came back because it was conveniently on the way home from work but now I realize that's a mistake. They are slow when no other customers are there, regardless of the time of day or how many employees are there.

Everyone walks around like they are in space, slamming doors, and giving you dirty looks. Asking them a question on the status of your vehicle gets you nowhere. Basically a nice, friendly environment to relax while you quickly wait for your vehicle! I hope some of you can understand sarcasm. Needed suspension work and they quoted me a price for labor.

Upon coming back a different day to perform the work, they raised the price without my prior knowledge and held my car "hostage", being very rude, threatening me, and claiming I'm getting GREAT customer service. Oh gee, sure thing. Definitely going elsewhere and recommending people to stay FAR away from here. EXIT: I see the owner responded, saying I leave bad reviews for automotive shops as his defense hahah.

You know your business model has failed when you have to defend yourself on google reviews. I havent even reviewed another automotive shop. I'm sure you "don't remember" something that happened two years later when you're high on prescription drugs all day long.

Top notch service. Bakers did an excellent job of replacing my tires with a new set of Coopers (which I love). They also did a thorough safety check on my alignment and checked the shocks and brakes. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (much appreciated). They worked with my schedule, were courteous, and very professional. When I mistakenly didn't check my lug nuts after leaving Bakers, they became a little loose.

I went back and they were very helpful in checking the lug nuts, studs, and wheels. I believe they went above and beyond and their customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend Bakers Alignment!
