Make sure you research features carefully on used BMWs from Yark BMW (BMW of Toledo) or you could be disappointed. The build sheet for the car I purchased included a wireless charger which both the salesperson and I thought meant the vehicle had an integrated wireless charger. After discovering it does not have one when I picked up the car, the salesperson suggested I should discuss with the dealership near my home because some vehicles from the model year 2020 didn't receive a charger due to the chip shortage.

I talk to the dealership near my home and they immediately recognized the item on the build sheet was an accessory wireless charger that plugs into USB and sits in the cup holder. I asked Yark BMW to cover the cost of the integrated wireless charger since both the salesperson and I thought it was included but they will not due to "the price the car was sold to you". We're talking about a $200 part on a vehicle purchased for over $50k.

Very disappointing that they don't know the features better on their own vehicles and won't stand by their salesperson to cover the cost of the part. When I picked up the vehicle I discovered a chunk of window tint was torn out. They stated the person who leased it did the damage and they couldn't replace the tint. Looking at the listing pictures, I'm confident it was undamaged when listed and adhesive from their window sticker pulled away the tint upon removal, causing the damage.

This would be difficult to prove with the low quality listing pics. It's annoying to have to retint a window immediately after picking up a CPO vehicle. Check the sales tax on purchase orders as well. If I hadn't caught their mistake I would have paid thousands more in taxes than I should have. Besides these instances of poor customer service or errors in the purchase process, things went pretty smoothly.

They agreed to a reasonable value for my trade in. Staff were polite and helpful in person when I picked up the car. If they had fixed the tint before pick up or at least informed me in advance, that issue would be eliminated. If they understood the wireless charging feature or would cover the cost of the part that would be satisfactory. If not for those two issues it would have been a 4, maybe 5 star rating.

Best experience. Stephen and the team were very friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable environment. Ended up purchasing a beautiful 2016 5 series. The process was quick and they accommodated me with a same day appointment and stayed later than closing time with no complaints. Very pleased with the experience and my new ride! Highly recommend.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It's the only place I know that sends a video of the technician showing you problem areas under the hood. They do typically have my car for a few days but It was done sooner than originally quoted. I do feel I am paying premium prices but with the warranty and knowing they are genuine BMW parts makes it a little better. This is the only place I will bring my BMW. They are great!

I had tried several dealerships to find me a car, but In today's climate fairly difficult task. I talked to Steve and he said just order one and get exactly what you want. I think yeah right that will take forever. I was so wrong ordered on March 23rd and drove it off the lot on April 28. The entire process was so smooth and easy and when I went in to get it the entire staff were great and treated us so well that we actually enjoyed ourselves.

We bought our 430 xi convertible at BMW Toledo about a year ago. The sales experience was one of the best I have had in several decades of car buying. So my expectations for service were high. They did not disappoint. They greeted me quickly, reviewed what they would do, the cost estimate, assuming nothing new was found during service, and showed me the waiting room.

The service person that met me upon arrival kept me up to date on what was happening and the service tech texted me a video of what he was doing and what he was finding. very nice. End to end, I was quite please with my experience. Keep it up folks!

I Just purchased my first ever BMW and the experience was like no other. Steve (Kiz) was so knowledgeable and helpful. He provided the best customer service experience I've ever had with a dealership. And My car shattered my expectations even though I designed it myself :) It truly lives up to the title of The Ultimate Driving Machine. Very difficult to schedule covered services like an oil change, needed a Saturday appointment because I work Monday-Friday 6:30 am-4pm and needed a loaner, Refused to provide a loaner on Saturday because the "loaner department isn't in on Saturday", no accommodation to drop off car the evening before on a weeknight, dealership not interested in providing a solution. This may be because a centralized operator is making the appointment and not the service people? Just very poor.

Leased a BMW i3 from Yark BMW. Sales process was excellent but we ran into a challenge after delivery. Went from 5 stars to 1 for inconvenience post sale. Drove all the way from Indy and the electric car only had 70% charge even though we finalized the deal two days before I picked it up. Made the drive home difficult and inevitably longer than it should have. That's a single star deduct at most, the worst part occurred days after we purchased.

The sales guy texted me and told me they forgot to remove our key from the database and asked for me to ship one key back. He said he would toss in a hat so I picked up the shipping there; about $5. Somehow they lost the key yet promised to make it right once they worked out the insurance. Nearly a year later we still only have one key. When I asked the dealer about it they claimed to have never promised the key.

After speaking to a manager they decided to send us a new key. After giving them my address TWICE they still sent it to my old address. Somehow UPS lost it and after multiple trips to the pick up center we still do not have a key. Update: Key finally arrived to my home after taking a round trip back to Toledo. After management was made aware of the issue the process moved along efficiently. Ross kept me informed until I received the key and successfully programmed it for my i3. Currently working a deal on a 2020 X3M. Will update again if we strike a deal.

I recently purchased a used (2018) 430iX Convertible from BMW of Toledo. I purchased this vehicle from my location where the nearest Dealership is at least 4-hours away - they did not have what I was looking for - that's how I ended up at BMW of Toledo (12-hours away). During the process of purchasing the car Steve K. communicated promptly and the purchase process went smoothly.

Upon the car delivery there was one issue that, when brought to the attention of the dealership, was handled quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall, the process of purchasing the car without seeing it first was a positive experience.

Purchased a 750i xDrive from Steve M. at BMW of Toledo a few weeks ago. I recently switched from BMW of Ann Arbor to BMW of Toledo based on a recommendation from a good friend that has been using the Toledo dealership for years. (while living in AA) I haven't used the service department in Toledo yet, but I was not disappointed with my switch to the sales department. I worked with Steve Kizewic and he was fantastic - very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and responsive. It's a much longer drive for me, but it's worth it for the service.

Ok. so I made the switch from Erhard BMW because of the lack of service I've received from them and Being this is my first experience with BMW of Toledo I'd thought I'd document the experience. Being an owner of my BMW X6 and getting to the point of higher Mileage I'm starting to see myself back for minor repairs. I called to book my appointment on 11/21/17 the soonest appointment they had was 11/27/17 which I can't fault them for that because we were falling on a holiday week.

I called to request an appointment for my airbag replacement as a recall item. I requested a loaner for the day and the service tech was happy to accommodate. * more to follow* so far I will rate it a 4 Update* Dropped my car off for warranty work and the service team was amazing from the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up. Finally found a dealership who takes care of there customers and doesn't treat them like garbage. John was outstanding with communication and picked my car up and it was washed and vacuumed. Great job bmw if Toledo!

Bought a car here from Donaven. He's nice even though I'm "quirky". Went back to get the car serviced a few months later and we ran into Donaven as we were scoping out the new i3s. He remembered us which is nice. I like this dealership mostly cause I like Donaven's no frill, honest, and polite service. Didn't feel like we were haggled or pressured into a sale. I appreciate that.

Bought 2 BMW's 9 years apart. Worked wit Steve M both times. Very professional and helpful. Made the experience as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend yark So, developed a small crack in my windshield. Yark looked at it and determined it to be a defect. Ordered a new one, gave me a crazy nice loaner (guys if you are trying to sell me an X6 mission accomplished) and fixed my car at no charge. These guys are amazing as is each of the yark dealerships.

From the initial very fair purchase price 10 years ago, I have been coming to Yark BMW for service since then. I cannot speak more highly of their professionalism: Excellent timely service and best prices in the Northwest OH/Southeast MI region. They have a very knowledgable friendly staff. Become a VIP, receive discounts and also a free loaner. I have never had an issue or unresolved question. I highly recommend Yark BMW to anyone in the region.

I have purchased 3 BMW's over the past few years from Yark. I've always found their sales and service team to be very professional informing me quickly of any issues. At times when I needed a loaner car one was provided quickly with little paperwork.

Poor communication. Car is for sale online. Drove 60min the next day (after speaking with someone & the car was still available) because of a recall they can't sell any of the cars I asked about. Waste of my time. Very poorly managed dealership. "Right hand doesn't talk to the left hand" I would not do business here.
