I'm always getting the run around about my car and its needs because I'm a woman. However, coming here, everyone treated me with dignity and fairness. I won't be seeing anyone else for my car.

5 stars all day long. We have been bringing both of our Honda's to Ryan since 2015. I feel like we get great value and customer service. We do oil changes and regular maintenance when needed and at their recommendation and have never felt like we are being taken advantage of.

We took a car here many years ago. They were great then and great now. Honest with what needs to repaired. The cost is better than paying dealership repair prices. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

These folks are awesome, very kind and genuine. Quick and effective service at reasonable rates. I would recommend anyone needing service to least call to get a quote and see for themselves.

If you have a Toyota, Honda or Nissan then AZ Auto Doctor is the place to go for maintenance on your vehicle. They do great work at a fair price. I have been taking my vehicle to them for a few years now. I can honestly say that I have had nothing but positive experiences with them every time.

After the dealership's service dept. informed me that I needed a new drive belt and tensioner, I was shocked at their estimated cost. I called AZ Auto Doctor based on their location and all their positive reviews and scheduled the repair. Best decision! My vehicle was ready when they said it would be and their price was reasonable. I'm so glad to have found them and I'll definitely use them for all my future vehicle needs!

I've been coming here since I got my first Honda back around 2005. Ryan has always been the epitome of quality customer service, and the work is always thorough, reasonably-priced, and done in a timely manner. Even when it's just a question, they're so helpful and never make me feel like a burden. I even referred my mom to them when she moved out here in 2017 - and a mom referral is the highest honor a business can be given! I don't live close to them but will always go out of my way to bring my car to them for its care. Could not recommend these guys enough!

I only wish that I had more vehicles to entrust to Ryan's care! He has been tending to my elderly CRV for the last 14 years, and my Dad's Pilot for the past 13 years. We just bought a new vehicle today and one of the things I was concerned with was getting a Honda so it could still go to AZ Auto Doctor (although I'm seeing from reviews that Acuras and Toyotas also go there!) I called this morning to see if they'd be able to take a look at the used Pilot we were considering and Ryan was able to get us in right away to check it out. Getting Az Auto Doctor's stamp of approval made me feel 3587237592 times better about buying another used car. I was aghast to realize I'd never taken the time to leave a glowing review. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Have used Auto Doctor since 2001 and have always been totally satisfied and impressed without exception. Ryan and the crew give superb insight into what is required and never try to add service items that are not necessary at that time. They use genuine Honda parts and the price point is very reasonable.

They did awesome job with my Highlander, I'm lucky to have found such a great mechanic. Working with Ryan was easy, he kept me updated on the car throughout the process. Highly recommend AZ Auto Doctor!

I found this shop on Yelp, I decided to trust the reviews and I am glad I did. Instead of calling I drove over, I was greeted by the service manager and he set up a time and told me to come back the next day to drop off my Nissan Frontier. I dropped off my truck and got a call about two hours later after they got a look at it with options, the technician suggestions, all options with prices and explanations. I've always been worried about mechanics getting over on me, but Arizona Auto Doctor was completely transparent. Had I not been able to afford the technician recommendation, there were still options available.

The following day after the parts arrived, I got a call before noon that it was ready for pick up! I have not had any shop able to complete services so quickly in my experiences with other shops, I had my power steering pump and hoses replaced. The shop is clean, the service manager was wearing a mask and the explanations were clear, and open to questions. I will choose this shop again and again.

These guys run an honest business. From scheduling your appointment to assessment to advising services their honesty will allow you to make an informed decision on what your vehicle needs.

Coming here is a real family affair. Ryan and his staff are very personable, ready to tell you like it is, and I never worry that they're trying to upsell me or overcharge. I moved out of town a few years ago, but still take my car to see him for a tune up whenever I'm in town.

I recommend AZ Auto Doctor to anyone in need of mechanical work on their vehicle. I needed my control arm etc replaced really bad on my tundra a while back & these guys did a great job on it. I spent around $2k for everything & saved quite a bit from the dealership of course. Ryan is honest and trustworthy and will try to save you money if he can.

I have since moved out of state & miss having this shop to rely on if I need mechanical work. Finding quality mechanics that are honest isn't always easy. I have been using Az Auto Doctor for Honda service for many years. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. They have diagnosed and repaired any issue promptly and never did I find the price to be anything but fair. Ryan is simply the best! This is one of those rare places which never fails to live up to it's impeccable reputation.

Far and away the best place in the Valley to take your Honda, Acura, or Toyota. In addition to prompt service and reasonable prices, Ryan is realistic with you on the urgency of repairs that need to be done. Unless absolutely necessary, there is never pressure to get a service done. I always appreciate Ryan's transparency and the quality of work done. Although I no longer live in the area, it is worth the trek to know I am getting the best service available.

I have been bring my Honda's and Acura here for 15 plus years, and had nothing but the best in repairs and service! Kudos to Ryan and team!

My A/C went out in my car in August, so I needed to get it fixed fast. I bought my car (pre-owned) about 18 months ago, so I had was worried of how severe the repairs could Start to get. I was concerned about getting gouged in pricing, but found AZ Auto Doctor on Yelp and I'm so glad I took my car there. I needed a new motor for the A/C unit, and Ryan and his team handled it the next day for cheaper than I had been priced elsewhere.

They even checked out the rest of my car and reassured me that apart from getting new tires (which was on my list of upcoming maintenance) that everything else was doing great. I'll definitely come back if/when I have any other issues.

I found this place through Yelp and was extremely happy with their service and pricing. I saved quite a bit of money compared to a different place that gave me an estimate on the repairs on my Honda.

The team at AZ Auto Doctor have taken care of my family's Honda vehicles for over 10 years, and there is nowhere else I would take them for service. They use genuine Honda parts and make accurate recommendations about upcoming service. If you own a Honda, this is the place to go.

Best mechanic shop in the Phoenix area. I have been going to them for years with no problems and so has my brother. And they have Saturday hours! Their prices are reasonable and I have never had a problem with them trying to talk me into repairs that I didn't need. When I went to sell my car, they told me exactly what I should get fixed in order to sell it and never once tried to talk me into all the repairs it actually needed. Go there and you won't be disappointed. Ryan is always personable as well.

I have an Acura RL with 296,000 miles on it. I know my car pretty well. These guys just did a second timing belt; the first one was in 2008 or so--by them as well. By the way, their timing belt price was hundreds of dollars cheaper than anyone else. And, they fixed an oil leak for me. But the oil leak continues. Just today, they said they would have to have the car for a day to get it straightened out.

I am writing because these guys are honest. They stand behind their work and their word. They could easily be telling me stories about what's going on with my car. but they don't. I can live with bringing the car back; I can live with whatever the problem is because they are honest. It's a big deal and hard to find. A bit inconvenient. Sure.

But being truthful goes a long way. and they will pick up the rental when I drop it off. Turned out great. They are responsible mechanics. PS I am now at 301,500 and no oil under my car!

Nothing's changed. These guys still do a great job at a reasonable price. Ryan is outstanding to deal with. Ryan also can recommend people in the neighborhood who do specialty work. I just got my front end aligned at Performance Automotive, a few blocks away, at Ryan's recommendation. It was $50, out the door.

These guys are great. I have been going there for over 10 years for all major repairs on my car and van. They are usually significantly less than the dealership and are honest with what needs to be fixed. No upselling or unnecessary fluid changes like my Honda dealership. I happily drive from South Chandler. If only they had a shuttle.

Honesty and integrity pays off, even when the news is not quite what you hoped to hear.

I had some work done there a couple of months ago, they replaced a leaky power steering pump, belts and water pump for me. It did take longer than anticipated but they saved me money on the long run. I appreciated their honesty on what needed to be done and what could wait. They made a customer for life.

I love this place. They don't half assed their jobs and they get everything right the first time. Their prices aren't too bad as well. I went to go fix my front breaks and it was only 160 dollars compared to the 260 dollars the car dealership wants to charge me. I always recommend this place to friends and families. The one thing I like about going to this place is that if I have one car problem, that's all they will fix.

They don't recommend stuff for me to fix unless it's necessary and worth the money. They don't lie and they also don't overcharge anything. Will always come here for anything that's related to my car.

I've only been to Az Auto Doctor 2 times but I've been to dozen of auto service shops all over the valley & this is by for the most quality service I've experienced. Ryan and his staff are beyond helpful and extremely knowledgable. Everyone is alway pleasant, the customer service is top notch from how they answer the phone to face to face.

I feel valued & my car is valued. The only issue I have is that they are constantly booked & I have to be protective to schedule ahead of time. However, they have reasonable pricing and tailored services specific to Acura & Toyota type cars. I drive here from Mid-town Phoenix and I have zero problem making that commute for the quality of work & pride they show.

I haven't really 'yelped' until now, and I think this place deserves my first review. I was having issues with my car, steam started to come out of my engine when my car turned off. I took it by AZ Auto Doctor because I needed to look into getting it fixed, and the mechanic looked at it and informed me that the part I was having issues with was in fact recalled by the dealer.

He told us to take it and get it replaced for free, and we did just that. This mechanic could have just lied to make me a customer but he was honest and told me the truth. I was very pleased to come across an honest mechanic without even giving him a penny. Whatever my car needs from now on, I know I will take it there. They are to certainly be trusted.
