Had the worst experience ever with autowerks nw. Want to get estimate for repairing my car, but guy so called estimator M Bogdan refused to estimate my car till get my insurance shop estimate price from different shop. Basiclly autowerks want to make sure they gonna get your car repair at there shop so they can suck money from your insurance. Warning people! Do not go there cause they are not honest with their estimates. And not professional also. Insurance scammers.

I recently had Autowerks repair my car after a parking lot accident. When I picked up my car after the repairs, I was so pleasantly surprised. Not only did they repair the door damage but repaired a few other dents on my car as a courtesy. The other thing they did as a courtesy is wash inside and outside my car including the floor mats. I looked around my car inside and outside and was amazed. What an excellent, over and beyond wonderful service from Autowerks. Thank you!

I agree with a previous comment that these guys are the best Auto Shop that I have ever worked with. Not only are they competent in every way, they went over and above what I would hope for. This is the 3rd time I have used their services and my car came out looking terrific. Having your vehicle get hit can be stressful but these guys are the people to see to make everything better. Michael is a pro, and I thought everyone I met there was an outstanding person that gave excellent customer service.

They know how to fix your car and repair the damages. My car was not a Mercedes, and it does not matter. This is one place where it pays to be patient and wait however long it takes. You can be sure they are the best. There is basically no chance I will ever go anywhere else and all my friends and family will continue to be customers in the future. Thank you Autowerks NW. Brilliant!

Just a great place to take your Benz to when it gets hurt. They were quick to give me a fair estimate and book a repair day. The day of the repair they were prompt, communicated well and came in just about what they said it would cost. Highly recommend. No hassle at all!

Awful, scammed the insurance company out of money they shouldn't have by charging for items that were pre existing and not supposed to be part of the claim. Also said they took my car to the dealership for an alignment but actually took it to Les Schwab, who messed it up even worse. I had to eventually cut them out of the whole process and deal with the insurance co myself, which meant paying for everything then being reimbursed, but between them having my car for 38 days ultimately because they didn't order my tire before going on vacation (tire is odd size only available online and was on backorder) and the unbelievably rude customer service-it was worth not having to deal with them again. Sadly this is just the tip of the iceberg, there is more, but who has time to write a book? -long story short, my interaction with them was the worst and personally I would say do yourself a favor and find a place that isn't all about the money. Letting them milk the insurance co doesn't do anybody any favors when you think about the ripple effect that has on the damage amount reported, the cost to us in the long run etc.be part of the solution not the problem. I wouldn't even let them wash my car if they paid me.

I have used Autowerks NW before and was pleased with their work. I attempted to use them again for damage to my daughter's truck. Got the estimate. Was supposed to get a call from the lady at the front desk. After 3 days with no call then I called her. She said she would call me that afternoon. The next day I called her again. She said she had to talk to her boss about getting our vehicle in and she would call me as soon as he returned from an errand. This lady is overwhelmed and doesn't have any follow through. I'm getting the truck fixed somewhere else.

Quickly took all my information and built out an estimate for repair work so that I didn't have to wait around long. The only down side these days, and this extends to almost all repair shops, is the wait time before your vehicle can be repaired. My wait time is a little over two months. We've had Autowerks repair out cars in the past and they have always done a very thorough job.

This place is the best, hands down. They've painted three of my beloved older Mercedes Benz cars with very difficult colors to match. All came out perfectly. Honestly, it's amazing! (You should see some of the cars coming in and out of this place ) Customer service is spot on as well. They even play good music in their lobby Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Autowerks NW enough. They are Portland's premiere bodyshop for high end vehicles. I've sent friends and clients to them, as well as have them do work on my personal vehicle. The end product is always top-notch and extremely satisfying. I know there can sometimes be a wait to get your car in but trust me, it's worth it. The cars always return spotless and you know the work was done right the first time.

Betsy greeted me and continued to provide great communication during the whole process of repairing my vehicle. Michael met me when I had further damage and was able to provide estimates almost immediately. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, and my vehicle was repaired to almost perfection and in a short amount of time. Cannot recommend this business enough!

Outstanding work and excellent communication. Friendly staff and great customer service. Michael B. and Ryan L. had made the entire process seamless despite their already overloaded workload. I would hope to not have to look for any more body work due to accident collisions in the future but will not think twice about bringing any of my vehicles here for repair should they be needed again. They are clearly the best shop in the area.

These guys never bothered to get back to me. So I went somewhere else. I know Covid is everyone's excuse but give me a break. They just didn't do a good job following up at all

I came in after an Amazon van took out my bumper, and my car is my pride and joy so it was devastating! But Lenny assured me I was in good hands, and he was right! In two weeks my car was back to it's shining self! They only order the best quality of parts that are always brand new, and took careful consideration of account concerning what needed to be done. My repair also came with a warranty which is one more perk that makes sleeping a little easier. I'll never go anywhere else for repairs. Thanks Autowerks!

This is the 2nd time I've used Autowerks NW for repairing my Mercedes (neither were my fault. just saying!). 5+ right off the start! This company is timely, responsive and knowledgeable. They do excellent repair work. I couldn't be happier. Drop off was soon after I contacted them and they provided regular updates. I'd like to call out Ty specifically. he kept me in the loop and checked in several times with updates. And they finished earlier than expected. I am completely satisfied with every step of this process.

These guys are the Best Auto Body shop I've ever worked with. They worked directly with Geico, who tried to lowball the repair of our Mercedes. they got the correct estimate approved and repaired in the time they quoted. They called us every step along the way to keep us informed. We never wondered where we were in the Process. Ok, the best part.

They basically detailed our car in and out when we went to pick it up. A Sales Pro was there, asked questions, made sure everything was to my High standards and boom. Off we go. We Will never Go anywhere else.

Clear communication. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great quality work. They used all OEM parts which was important to me. My car looked refreshed and new again after they were done. It felt as if they had taken care of my vehicle as if it were their own and ensured that things were done properly to restore it to its pre-existing condition prior to collision.

Just recent had my wife's 2018 GLC300 Coupe repaired by Autowerks Northwest after being rear-ended. I was advised by friends to take my wife's vehicle to Autowerks Northwest since they are Mercedes-Benz certified collision shop. From parts to paint everything was done OEM and strictly Mercedes-Benz standards. Results were magnificent and I couldn't be more pleased with Autowerks Northwest.

Use at your own risk. My wife's Land Rover was hit, and this is the shop I was referred to. Waited a month to get in. They fixed the fender fine, but when I showed up to collect the car the dash was damaged. The stitching was split in two places, and the leather was peeling. When I asked they tried to tell me it was like that when they got it.

I called BS as I detail the car every week and would have noticed the problem long before it got that bad. Their response was, "well, we're not buying you a new dash". My word against theirs with no before pictures so they basically told me to pound sand. I would sooner use Crazy Eddy's Discount Autobody.

Awesome paint job on my wife's Escalade. Initially just wanted to do the rear bumper as my wife scratched it pretty good a few years back but I decided on the spot to also do the front one. The price was good which is why I changed my mind the last minute. Will definitely recommend this service!

I was told this was a great body shop, so I waited over two months to get in. The repair took longer than expected. The email updates we erroneous. I literally called 10 times to ask questions, only ONCE was my call returned when I picked up the vehicle as scheduled, the extra worked that was agreed upon for an up charge was not completed. Within 24 hour the back up sensors in the bumper they had replaced quit working an an error was sent to my control panel.

When I called them and informed them of the issue they told me it was likely a loose connection. When I arrived they acted as if they didn't remember talking to me. They REFUSED to check the connection and denied having replaced the bumper. I was told, "This is not our problem, if you want help call your insurance company". They lie and do not stand behind their work.

I took my vehicle to NAPA Auto repair where I have my oil changed. They fixed the problem in less than 25 minutes at no charge. NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere with a better reputation.

Went there with my car a few years back and they made the whole process seamless and stress free for me! Great service! Went back because I could not open up some bolts on my car and they where very helpful and took care of it almost immediately! Great service! Keep up the good work!

Outstanding work on my Mercedes C250 after being rear ended on freeway. Wonderful customer service and attention to detail.

Was referred to Autowerks by another shop. Went here and immediately got the feeling that I was inconveniencing the receptionist. The guy whom was to assess the damage and write up an estimate kept saying that his quote would be pointless and that my insurance was only going to write their own making his useless. Everything he said had a clear annoyed tone about it.

As he handed me the estimate he reiterated that the quote was useless. I asked if he would take photos of the damage and send those with the quote to my insurance and he said "No." That I had to as my insurance was going to undercut him anyway. Ok.what? Why is this man so irritated about something that has not and may not happen? He did not smile even once and was not engaging me when doing the assessment. I didn't expect that we become best friends but come on. They lost my business and any future business today. I'll find another shop to go to, thank you very much.

I have never had such poor treatment from a car body shop. Ever. I was originally told the fix would take "3-4 days." Over a week later I was still driving a rental car. I asked where the delayed part was and was assured it was "in transit" from Germany to Mercedes Benz in Wilsonville and that the Autowerks guy had "just spoken with the Parts Department Manager over there" and that the delayed part was "in transit." Oddly, I had just been on the phone with the Parts Department Manager at Mercedes Benz Wilsonville and was told they had not received a call from Autowerks.

The Parts Department Manager at Mercedes Benz Wilsonville (MBW) told me that according to HIS computer, the same screen all the people at MBW can see, the part had not even shipped yet from Germany. It was back-ordered. According to the protracted schedule the Parts Department Manager at MBW and I worked out, based on the actual availability of the part, my car would not be finished for another 2-3 weeks!

I called AutowerksNW and told them I wanted my car back immediately and that I would take it to another shop to get the work done. When I went to pick up my car from AutowerksNW, they held my keys captive and demanded my deductible. I felt I had no choice. They would not let me have my car back unless I paid them. I paid him the $500 that was my deductible and the AutowerksNW guy said, "I have to get paid something for it." I took my keys and I will never EVER go back there again.

These guys are unbelievable, great service, kind, and do spectacular work. Also, Pete (First Service Spot) is a magician! :)

The service was terrible, front desk ladies are not the nicest, actually kind of rude. Lenny the person assigned to me NEVER returned calls. Constantly had to call to get a status on my car; I was told it would be ready on a specific date then something would happen and Lenny "Let me check with my parts guy" and of course would never call back. Had my car in the shop for almost two months, about 7 weeks (to be fair, lots of car accidents because of the snow storm). The work looks good, but I expect good service and good work. I would not take my car here again nor would I recommend it.

The insurance company told me to go here and I have had a bad experience. After repairs were complete, I had to take the car back in for repair three times. The trunk was filling up with rainwater after they returned it to me. It took 3 seperate return trips for them to fix the trunk leaks. Each time they said the leaks were fixed. Their fixes consisted of putty and foam tape so we will see how long it lasts. Go somewhere else if you value your time.

Autowerks went above and beyond when fixing my bumper after a fender bender--took care of small details they didn't need to address, handled everything with my insurance, and gave the car back cleaned and looking great. Many thanks.
