Absolutely nightmare. They threw my roof rail in trash and scratched it severely then reinstalled on my car. The pdr company trashed the inside of car scratching the new windshield. Damaging my panoramic sunshade left parts out and punched hole in my back seat. I would been better to take it to a high school auto body shop to get it repaired. All this was found on third attempt to pick my car up but first two times were just as worse.
Customer service and work ethics was that of a ghetto chop shop couldn't even mount the bumper correctly or reinstall the head light back. This work was done by caliber colison that sub-contracted to Solution works that refused to fix anything even though I took and documented everything 5 min after picking the car up. The woman was highly un professional and showed no concern for poorly repair car. Also stated by both that they didn't verify the working condition of anything before or after the repairs.
