I've been getting auto work done at this company for a couple of years now. and I always get treated so well. They're quick, very thorough, reasonably priced & professional. They go by a 'first come, first serve' basis (no appointment needed). You can wait in their lobby or drop your vehicle off and they'll give you a call after they've diagnosed the issue(s). I highly recommend.

I drive a 2014 Chevy Cruz that needed an oil pan replacement (I cracked mines that morning).I sat in the lobby for 20 mins before the mechanic gave me an estimate for the repairs. The mechanic informed me it was going to take them 6 HOURS worth of work to put into the car and 1,200 to get it FIXED! Moral of the story ladies/gentlemen; Please understand everyone intentions are NOT GOOD! Please always do your homework. This will be my first and LAST time at "Autotect Clinic."

I didn't actually have any work done, but they began checking out the car quickly and the guys were very upfront about the issues with the vehicle. They were very reasonable with the quote too. I would definitely go back.

Called and scheduled to bring my car in they said have it towed there which I did. When it got there they called and told me they don't work on those types of cars anymore even though they did an engine replacement on it a few years before. They refused the tow and told me to take it elsewhere. Their quality and customer service has fallen off I will not go back.

Came in and Amine dropped everything he was doing to assist in getting me a new set of tires on the first snowy day of the season. We rode down to uncle Sam's and were able to get me 2 new tires in an hour and a half and I was able to go on with my Saturday - not to mention for a good deal. These guys also fixed my tie-rods a few weeks early for a great deal and was able to get in and out extremely fast as well.

They do the decent job only when you are knowledgeable enough about a car. You are not suggested to visit before you are confident about the problem. Otherwise, they would replace parts that work well to enlarge their profits. That was my experience. And thanks to them, I have gained a lot of knowledge and been able to make my own judgement since my last visit. Generally, some technicians there are good enough to diagnose and solve your problem.

You need to prepare to pay a lot more than it is deserved. Of course you can query multiple technicians at different clinic shops and summarise their opinions if you have time.

Don't waste your time. I went to have my oil changed and THOUGHT everything went well. Days later, my car started smoking and my gas mileage was horrible! Checked my oil level and it was overfilled by a lot!. I called them and was instantly met with a attitude. I went back up there to then be told I'm "over thinking it". They wouldn't listen to me when I insisted the car has to sit 15 minutes to allow all the oil to drain back into the pan before checking (as the manual stated).

They argued with me for a solid 15 minutes before they saw it WAS overfilled. They drained some and NOW it's how it's suppose to be. SAVE YOUR MONEY! If they can't do simple maintenance, I definitely wouldn't trust them doing anything else!

Firstly, I'd like to start out by saying I originally came to this auto repair shop for a minor repair. My check engine light had come on, and I took it up to AutoZone and the code read something about PVC or PCV valve. I took it up to auto tech clinic where the diagnosis was confirmed by, Nate. After that costly minor repair my check engine light had come back on shortly after getting my repairs.

I went back maybe a couple of weeks later to notify AutoTech that my check engine light is back on and the codes are coming back the same. After waiting. and waiting. and waiting, Nate finally tells me that it was the hose and not the valve cover that he originally replaced at $200 just a couple of weeks, prior resulting in the hose being replaced for "free." Ok "free".

Second part, Now that, Nate knows that it was the hose he had to order the hose. I believe I arrived at AutoTech roughly around 9AM. He didn't have that hose on my car until 4PM. Of course I'm getting frustrated so I asked, Nate what's going on. He proceeds to tell me that he is waiting for the dealer to drop it off, because it's a dealer part.

So I reached out to the Chevy parts dealer and found out maybe around noon that Chevy had ordered the part and they were waiting to get it so that they can send it to AutoTech. Nate, literally told me "it'll be here in 15 minutes" after I found out Chevy still had not received the part that my car needed. 15 minutes pass then 45 minutes. Now I'm frustrated. again!

While I'm going through the motions with, Nate, other mechanics involve themselves in the situation for the worse. None of the guys offered a solution. Just deflected and fast talked and double talked. At some point I began to get upset because here I am waiting hours for a hose to be replaced that you're telling me that's on its way and by Chevy's own admission it wasn't. Continuing the conversation outside with, Nate he continued to try to get me to believe his lies.

I do not mind waiting. We are at a repair shop. Some repairs take all day. Just be upfront and tell me what's going on. The fact I feel that this place is hiding something with me does not sit well. The only reason I continue to come back is because of that first repair not being done correctly and having to have AutoTech correct it and wanting to give them a chance cause they're in the neighborhood.

But no more chances. I have had it with the double talk, over talk, fast talking shysters. Last, but not least I had my p0420(catalytic converter) code come on and I took it to autozone where AutoTech confirmed the code reading. Again I arrived roughly around 9AM. Nate, confirmed the code around maybe 10AM. Nate, then proceeded to tell me that his warehouse is closed, but he might have a catalytic converter in stock, which I found odd. An hour or so goes by and Nate, proceeds to tell me that he don't have it in stock but I can leave a deposit for the repair cause he don't wanna be stuck with a part.

Then after chewing him out about having me wait all this time and reminding him of last time now all of a sudden he knows where to get one? If that was the case why not have it ordered and on it's way once you confirmed the code? There's a whole lot more to say quite honestly. I'm just gonna reach out to the Michigan SOS and report this place. They're business practices are shameful to say the least.

There really is more to say. Nate, raises his voice at me when he got irritated. His brother rolled up on me extra tough like "oh well, it is what it is" type of posture and tone. Just too much! Side note*** I have a 2011 Cruze and these cars commonly have these problems.

This is the second time I repaired my car at this place, and I love their services. Very professional organized fast and reliable. Also very very friendly staff. My son Salah went there first and recommended this place to me. First I hesitate because it's far from my house. but it's ok. Nice clean waiting area with fresh coffee. I love this place. Again I am happy to drive my car

Terrible service. They use inferior quality and or used parts. They will say that you get a warranty but it becomes useless when you have to constantly return for service on repairs that fail extremely prematurely. They are a big waste of time and money. Save yourself the hassle and runaround. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely awesome! I was here just for an oil change and I knew I needed an air filter but he revealed something else. a secondary filter that was behind the glove compartment and it was filthy and molded fifty shades of black. The AutoTechs were so kind, they showed me everything that needed to be done immediately. No upselling, just the necessities. Hands down, this has got to be the best service ever and my new place for all my vehicles.

I left with oil change an air filter, the hidden compartment filter and a transmission flush under $200. Gave me three free wiper blades, awesome! Not to mention every last one of the techs are so very polite, it was a pleasant surprise great to feel like they truly appreciate my business especially when you're up early on a Saturday morning, thanks guys!

My car was finished at 3:22. They decided not to inform me my car was ready until 4:10. They even said "you looked so comfortable there." They literally wasted my time and they thought it was funny and laughed about it when I confronted them on the issue. This is completely unprofessional behavior.

I have been coming to this location over 10 years. They have good customer service and try to work with you on price if you let them know your budget. When possible, I would recommend shopping around if you know the problem, because even though their prices are good, I have found some repairs cheaper at nearby establishments. All in all, this is a good shop with pretty honest practices.

The front staff can be a bit abrupt on busy days, but it is understandable when the shop is jammed packed. If you are short on time, I highly recommend arriving early, before they open, as there is usually a crowd waiting at the door, especially on Saturdays.

Drove 20 minutes to redeem an online purchase I made for an oil change. Was turned away because "they aren't doing them today and I had to make an appointment sometime next week." Who does that for a 10 minute oil change? Horrible business.

Outstanding and honest customer service and very reasonable rates. While visiting my parents I had a problem with one of my doors (wouldn't close). Other mechanics suggested I take it to a body shop or a dealer but Hassan and his team took care of it right away. I was able to continue my trip home and not miss work and my kids didn't have to miss any school.

They could've taken advantage of my semi emergency but did not and I commend them for that. It's rare to find both competent and great customer service in a mechanic but these guys made it happen.

If you don't have sound knowledge on vehicle repairs & their cost please use common sense & extreme caution before you have any service done. If you do know what needs to be fixed & afford the prices they charge please go for it. they do a decent job.

Very unpleased with this place. I've taken my car here before and the SERVICE from the mechanics is great but for the second time the customer service at the front desk isn't. I was inconvenienced today when I called to set an appointment for an oil change and told by the receptionist I didn't need one and to just get ther by 1:30 pm. Arrived 30 mins later at 12pm and was told they weren't taking anymore customers today and to go next door to the other oil change place. I felt it was rude and dismissive seeing as that I had already paid for services at Auto tech (via Groupon) and drove 30 mins just to get there. Never will I go here again.

Our car crashed into the ground on the street, minutes after driving out of auto tech clinic for a simple routine maintenance. It turned out that a wheel just flew out because mechanic at auto tech clinic forgot to put nuts on the wheel. Police showed up promptly and police report generated. We had to negotiate with Hass, the boss, outside of their office in cold wind when there were other customers inside. Hass initially promised to fix everything, but eventually reneged on that promise after learning that it will cost him too much with original parts. He told us to just go to our insurance, he's not repairing it. And he will talk to his lawyer in case we find him more trouble. Wow, just wow.

BUYER BEWARE! First, my husband took his 2010 Fusion (which he bought from the dealership a few months ago) in for an alignment. The shop did the job, no issues, better alignment and steering when he picked up the car. We dropped off my 2006 Malibu yesterday for an alignment because we had replaced a number of suspension parts and wanted to be sure nothing was moved out of place in the process.

This morning, my husband got a call telling him that "We can't do an alignment because you need new lower control arms." Maybe they thought due to the number of miles on the vehicle, we would just take their word for it and pay them to replace the parts. However, since my husband (automotive engineer) replaced these parts himself less than a year ago, we KNOW we don't need these parts.

You are taking your chances when you use this shop. You might have a fine experience with no problems, or you might have someone try to sell you parts you don't need in order to boost the profit margin of the shop. If you do have this shop do any work, be sure to ask for the old parts from your vehicle back. If they can't deliver them to you, you can be sure they didn't do the work you were promised. You should actually do this for any shop you do business with, just to keep everyone honest.

I brought my car in for an alignment recently and can't recommend this shop. Although I was given a print-out showing the specs after it was done, the car still pulled to one side and the steering wheel was off center. After calling to see if someone could look at it, I was told to come in again - which I did. I waited for 2 hours for them to find time for it, only to have the tech come get me from the waiting room and claim everything was right on the machine.

When I mentioned that it still drifted pretty significantly, his reply was to "just keep your hands on the wheel, " claiming he didn't notice anything on his test drive. Thankfully I found another shop that agreed it wasn't right, was able to align the car correctly and resolve the issue.
