Same day diagnostic even though they were busy and I hadn't scheduled an appointment. The receptionist Diane was polite, and explained what the problems were with the car. The repair cost was reasonable for the service and performed and a timely manner. Also provide additional information about future repair. I have found my new automobitive maintenance shop

Recently moved here from Chicago. My brother's a Master Tech and the only one who worked on all my cars for over 50 years. I had some issues with my Tahoe and needed to find somewhere to get it fixed. I found Tim at Autosmith. He has been fair, reliable & honest on his work & his pricing. I had an excellent experience at Auto Smith Premium. They do the work that needs to be done and they don't charge you for unnecessary work. They are honest and operate their business with integrity. I went there because the dealer reported that I needed to replace the front axle on my vehicle. Auto Smith Premium checked and did not find any problems.

They obviously could have replaced the axle and charged me for the work but instead they were honest and reported they did not find a problem. I will definitely be taking all of our vehicles to Auto Smith Premium for future service and repairs. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

I can not say enough amazing things about this place. Let me start by saying I've been going to a local place here in Hendersonville and just got done putting over $2500 in work in my vehicle with that company. 1 thing after another needing repair since. After being quoted a astronomical price for yet again another thing. I called AutoSmith. Explained exactly what needed to be done. Tim quoted me half the price.

I quickly picked up my vehicle & dropped it off to Tim. Not only did he quote & charge me exactly that. but even with his busy schedule - he got my car back to me in a hurry. Called about an appt for an oil change and to check out a strange new noise my 22-year-old Camry was making. They had me drop it off the next morning and fit me into their packed schedule. Car was done by lunch and was a relatively minor and inexpensive fix. I know nothing about cars, and they could have easily claimed it needed a lot of costly work due to its age and high mileage level and I wouldn't have known any better. But, they didn't- they were forthright and honest and did a remarkable job. I'll only take my car here from now on. Excellent service, fair prices. Both of those are hard commodities to find in a mechanic shop these days.

They did a great job replacing my oil cooler and at a reasonable price. I first went to another place down the street and they quoted me an exorbitant amount of money. I then took my car here and they were able to fix it at a much more reasonable price. They were very nice and the repair got done quickly. 5/5 would recommend. I later had to take my car back to get the turbo fixed and they did a nice job on it. Not only did they fix the car but they provided some instruction on how best to maintain my car and turbo.

Ok, I just deleted my negative post that I sent in. I received a call from the owner and he listened to my issue and resolved it. In fact I'm bringing my car in on Friday for AutoSmith to diagnose another issue with the car. I am very pleased that the owner reached out to me for resolution. Shows me he cares about his customers. I would recommend this honest shop to anyone.

I called this shop as soon as they opened Monday morning. I was able to be seen 15 minutes later. When I arrived, Tim, the owner, rode with me to hear the sound my car was making. He wanted to be sure he knew what the issue was. I waited about 45 minutes and saw Tim go on two test drives with my car after working on it. Turns out it was just some loose clips that needed to be screwed in on the panel under my car. Tim ended up not charging me anything for his time or the service done! Incredible customer service, will definitely be taking my car back for all it's future needs!

We had a mechanical issue with our vehicle. We took it to the dealership and had it diagnosed and repairs quoted. A family member suggested going to AutoSmith and getting it quoted for repairs so we did. This was the best decision! We had our repairs made with an OEM parts, another small service performed, and it was still much cheaper than the dealership. It was completed on time and we were notified about some upcoming maintenance needs but not pressured into anything. Overall, a great experience. Thanks.

AutoSmith is the only place I will take my Import vehicles. They do incredible work and they are good, honest people. My Audi SUV was leaking oil and I was worried about major issues, turned out the oil pan drain screw wasn't tightened all the way at last oil change from a place out of town I went to in a pinch. They called me back and let me know that was the issue, the mechanic drove the car to make sure it was ok and completely cleaned all the draining oil of the bottom of my vehicle for about the price of an oil change. They also do my Porsche oil changes and service as well for a fraction of what the dealer would charge, and did I mention they do great work?
