I was just thinking while driving home late last night via the interstate just how much I owe the confidence I have in my 16 year old vehicle to the expert servicing it receives regularly from the team at Auto Pro. The business came highly recommended when I first moved to the area in 2017. The Auto Pro team has serviced my 2006 Chrysler T&C bumper to bumper ever since; general repairs, maintenance, tires, electrical, and lots of other things that have come up. Auto Pro is the best. They give me the best advice and spend so much time attempting to diagnose issues. They text me every so often to check in and when I respond, even after hours, they follow up with a call to schedule. It is sincerely amazing service.

I've used AutoPro twice now and I was satisfied with their work. My first visit had issues and returned the vehicle to get it fixed again. Their repair warranty is pretty impressive. Very precise details provided about what needed to be done for my car to be in drivable condition. Unfortunately, my own financial situation prevented me from being able to have the work done with them. But they were very honest about what I could do without for some time and what needed to be done now. When I close on this house I will be back to have the work done!

First time I've been at this shop. I had an oil change and it's really great that they do a thorough inspection while doing the oil change. It turns out I was told I need a water pump. I'm a senior citizen and I know water pumps can go at any time. I sure don't wanted to get stranded with a broken water pump. I plan on making this shop my choice now for getting any repair work done. Outstanding customer service

The best. I always shop around first and always try new places to see if where I am is overpricing or scamming so I give this review based on experience, research, and fact. They have always exceeded my expectations with regards to quality and level of service performed. Price has always been around average, but my friends who go to cheaper places have recently had to go back for other repairs including NO WORKING BRAKES!

Just 2 blocks from my home. I went there to have my AC serviced and found them to be very informative and quick in repair. As they inspected my vehicle, they notified me of some things that should be thought about fixing sooner and some that can wait but I should be aware of. They are not pushy at all, just very informative so I can make decisions.

Customer service is superb, better than any shop I've ever been too. They even follow up with me after every service to make sure my vehicle is running okay. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I've since gone back 3 times with other vehicles I have. I work on my own cars but there are certain jobs I don't feel like doing or don't have time so I have these guys do them. Brett is a great help when I go in. Highly recommend!

Since I made the appointment, I was treated in a professional way with much respect and politeness. They were ready for my appointment. Even when the estimated time was the following day, the repair took place on the same day. My car is running smoothly. They do offer warranty on all their works. They even had the kindness to call me days later to assure that they were no further issues with my car. If you are a AAA member, you will get a discount!

Brett and Darren are the BEST! As a Realtor, I drive a lot and have to have a trusted vehicle for my clients. They make sure my vehicle is always up to the best condition and are honest about EVERYTHING. When they do inspections, they send you a very detailed report that goes over everything with photos and priority rating for repairs and services. As many of these reviews have pointed out, their customer service is fantastic. We actually had a dead battery down the street from the shop the other day, and an employee was kind enough to walk over and help us charge it up. Great people! I also appreciate that during oil changes they actually inspect your car and do things like fill tires, washer fluid, etc. versus some other shops that seem to check it off their list without actually doing it. Finally, really appreciate that they closely inspect your vehicle during oil changes and walk you through any needed maintenance or repairs. Great overall experience!

Have had front end work, brakes, 4x4 hub and bearing, and recently a fuel pump fixed on my 2003 Ranger. These guys have been right on with the diagnostics and repairs, and at a good price to boot. I get in my truck and it works like new every time they fix it. They go the extra to make sure all the related items are taken care of, also. I get a detailed list of what needs to be done now, and things I can live with a little longer. Very happy, and will recommend them to everyone that will listen.

My daughter was driving to my house last night, May 17th with our 11-month-old granddaughter during the heavy rain storm. Half way to our house her driver side windshield wiper broke off making the drive very dangerous. She was near AutoPro and stopped to see if they could help her. She worked with Darrin who was kind and understanding and took care of her right away. 15 minutes later her car was fixed and she was on her way.

I chose the shop because of the 5 star reviews but should've been heedful that there were only 3 reviews and that they were from all men. As a woman, I get taken advantage of a lot but from a shop that raves about its reviews and swears to be honest and caring; I was taken back. They first quoted me $240/or more just for diagnostics on my car.

That is an insane amount for anyone. So as I refuse to go ahead with it, they quickly lowered their estimate. I had two simple repairs done that cost as much as it would have at a dealership. I would have rather taken my car to the dealership if I known how high their hourly rate was. For those looking to take their cars to a shop, always ask what their hourly rate is first off. Overall, repairs were done in timely manner and customer service was OK.
