Very honest and skillful mechanics. Been there for couple of oil changes and free trip checks. Some services are a little bit expensive compared to others, but I won't hesitate to go this place if my car would have a major issue. This is right place where "you get what you pay". My only regret is that their location is a little far from my place.

Helped me figure out the issues I was having with my car. Happy with their technical expertise.

A gem. I have nothing but good things to say about this repair shop. It was time for my 100k maintenance on my 2011 Toyota Rav 4. From ease of scheduling with Rachel, to the very short wait time, (and coffee, chocolate, and WiFi, ) AND reasonable cost, I will surely be going back for all my Toyota needs.

I used to go often, but lately the quality has gone down. The last 2 take outs, I asked for a side of chili sauce, I was charged $0.75 extra, but twice I got home to find out they did not give me the sauce I got charged for.

Arrived in Gainsville from out of town and started to hear grinding noises, I thought it was my brakes. Brought it to Aersi, they said it was just rust, cleaned it up and sent me on my way. Very nice people! Wished I lived here so I can go back.

Awesome service at Aersi! I have a 2003 Tacoma 4x4 I use for work on the farm and play in the Forest. They keep it running like new and I'm pretty rough on the old truck. They are professionals.

Hands down the most honest mechanic with exceptional customer service. I was quoted $4k worth of work by a Toyota dealer and Joe discovered it was only an $8 part, yes that's right $8. I can't say it enough, a place you can send your kid to get something fixed and know that it will get done by an honest team at a fair price.

Through the years we've had all our service done, both routine and unexpected, at Aersi. Joe and the team have been expert guides in keeping our 2007 Prius reliable and on the road. With every visit, we've felt fairly treated and the car is still going strong. Side note, I work at Santa Fe College and Buddy, Aersi's head mechanic was very well regarded by faculty and peers during his time in the automotive program - he's regarded as something of a prodigy. Good people, great mechanics. If you've got a Toyota or Lexus, this place is definitely your best option in town.

I have been coming to Aersi for years, and Joe and his team are always accommodating as well as personable and professional. Today, I called about low tire pressure, Joe told me to come right over. He evaluated what was wrong (without an appointment), and then said I might need a new battery. He looked at that and found I needed one. On the spot, he replaced my battery. This is the kind of service I always get. My whole family comes to Aersi because there is not better in Gainesville! Thank you, Joe and all your staff!

After mistakes by oil change auto repair shops I went to AersI as they specialize in Toyota and Lexus automobiles. And I'm glad I did. They replaced my 2 front struts and aligned my LS430 and it drives like new again. They also pointed out that I had 2 rear tires with multiple punctures and the tires had been plugged in the past, not good! They ordered the tires through Tire Rack, got me the discount and free shipping to Aersi and saved me several dollars. We're they expensive? No. As in my opinion if the job is done right and they are totally honest, then this is the shop that I'll return to.

As good as it gets. Bowl of candy if you get hungry, free wifi, and incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and honest people. Came in once suspecting I needed new brakes. They checked it out and said "nope, they're fine". (I wouldn't have known any better if they'd said I did). Came in another time suspecting a bad alternator. They spent time testing it, said it was fine, and wouldn't accept any payment for the testing. A+++

If you have a Toyota, you owe it to yourself to go to AERSI. The other day my wife went to Jiffy Lube for a regular oil change. Why my wife? Because it was one of those "if a man says he's gonna do it, there's no need to remind him every year" situations. Jiffy tried to push on her transmission oil change too as the car is above 65K. I told my wife we'll go to AERSI for that.

I made an appointment with AERSI, agreed on the price, then the technician checked the car and said: I can do it now, but you have synthetic oil which will be good for another 15-25k miles, so no need to do it now. Then they inspected my car for free and let me go without paying a dime. If that kind of service is important to you, you know where to go.

We have been using Aersi for our three Toyotas (Camry, 4Runner, and Civic) for many years now. Two of our cars have almost 200,000 miles on them and the third is almost 100,000 miles and they are still running great. I can honestly say that they are excellent and a great value. Their prices may be a little bit higher than an quick oil-change mechanic, but they really provide additional value by only replacing parts and performing repairs when necessary while still providing excellent preventative maintenance. I look forward to continue to use them for many years to come.

They quoted me over $500 to replace an alternator on a '05 Corolla--almost as much as the dealership would charge--with a one year warranty on parts and labor. (Yes, they do use genuine Toyota parts.) I got it done at Pep Boys for $285 with a one-year warranty on labor and lifetime warranty on the part (which was after-market).

Sent my daughter (UF student) to Aersi based on recommendation from Bruce B. Always tough to know where to go when you are not from a town. Thanks Yelp! Professional. Courteous. Service oriented. Family owned. Reasonable prices. Toyota specialists. I know where I will trust my daughter's Camry the next 3 or 4 years.

This is THE dealership alternative for everything Toyota! They also service and repair Lexus & Scion. They have factory diagnostic tools and offer top shelf service. They offer excellence in everything they do. They easily rate 5 stars for quality, honesty, and value!

My experience with AERSI has been by far my best auto repair experience ever. I am a dedicated Toyota owner, especially when it comes to their economy compact cars. However, I recommend giving them a call for any import car to see what they can do for you. I had a 1983 Toyota Tercel hatchback that I had taken to at least three other shops to fix the shaking and the loud noise coming from the wheel well.

No one was able to actually fix the problem other than AERSI, and they fixed it for almost 1/3 of the price that I was expecting. Even fixed my window at no additional charge. The car had almost 200,000 miles on it and they managed to make it run like new. I feel like they care about my car as much as I do, and honestly interested in keeping it going forever.

Another one of my favorite perks about getting auto service from AERSI is that they give you a Toyota compact car loaner for the day. This service comes complimentary and was such a time saver for me.
