The first person i talked to told me to get something called a DN happy meal, no idea what that is and no intention of finding out.

No show- waited over an hour. Called and asked to get an update, at which point the receptionist got update and demanded a credit card or they would not show. Had they mentioned it we would have been towed.

I was playing baseball at trinity college in Deerfield IL two Saturdays ago. when the game was over and I walked back to my car I somehow lost my keys. I couldn't call anyone as my phone was locked in the vehicle. thanks to the kindness of the college baseball coach I used his phone and called kia roadside service. Phil from Tows R us came out and was fantastic. he opened my car and trunk but no keys were found. Phil insisted on helping me retrace my steps and helped me find the keys in the middle of a large grass field.

I had walked by the keys many times and had given up hope in finding them. Thanks to Phil's very professional service and help I got my keys and made it home. Great service! thank you again Phil I will recommend this tow company to all my friends

Company policy of charging mileage the vehicle is towed to AND for the mileage the way back is ridiculous! I've only heard of charging for the towing mileage. I paid an additional 7 miles at $6 per because of this policy. I called 2 other places. They charge $3 a mile and only the towing mileage. Beware of this plac

0 stars! These guys will rob you! They told me 15 minutes and it took over 1 hour to get to me. I was quoted a price than when the tow truck driver showed up and attempted to up charge me. The driver was vulger and belligerent. When he was yelling I smelled alcohol on his breath. I told him I wasn't comfortable with him or his company. The most unprofessional towing service I've ever attempted to hire. Don't call these jerks. They'll show up late, drunk and try to rob you!

Had TWO flats from a pothole.didn't know what to do. Neighbor recommended this place. Phil came out and saved the day. He arrived quickly. And we can tell he was an honest guy. Towed my car to RAS tires on Northwest Hwy (another honest neighborhood place). Thank You!

Bottom line, may have been a little more than other tow companies (maybe not because it is hard to get a straight answer about cost from other folks), but if you care about your car and have a choice, pick these guys. I have a '66 e-type in perfect condition and Phil treated it like it was his own car. He was more careful and patient than I could have been. Exceptional service, especially considering the industry. I could not have been happier with my choice.

Had a flat yesterday, truck came in less than 20 minutes, very professional and courteous. Will recommend to everyone.

Excellent service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Were able to answer all my questions in a honest and simple way. There are a lot of scammers out there, these guys are not one. Very good, honest, hardworking people. I ended up selling them my old junker after it was totaled in a fender bender. They signed the title and provided a check on the spot.
