Literally the worst shop I've been to. Will was the only nice person there, you can see he's doing the best he can with terrible staff that doesnt show any customer service to their members. Don't bring your car here unless you're willing to let it sit for weeks before it gets worked on or totaled out by their slow mechanics.

This establishment is a joke. I noticed right away that I was not leaving my vehicle in the hands of professionals. They first gave me a funky form that was photocopied crookedly and I was worried about the attention to detail they would give my vehicle. Currently, they have had my vehicle for 45 days and have refused to give me pertinent updates.

They have been telling me for three weeks that my vehicle has been reassembled and needed to be buffed out. Today, I went all the way there early, packed my kids up early (parents of small kids know how this goes), and was there at 8am to pick up my vehicle as promised. My husband was told that the vehicle is not ready, and they asked us to come back again later today. I have filed a complaint with Geico, but please beware and use another body shop!

This place is a complete scam, respectfully. If you can avoid doing any kind of business with them, I highly advise you do. I was referred over to them by my insurance carrier and was completely disappointed the moment I walked into the shop. Extremely poor customer experience and work. Paulina is completely incapable of doing her job effectively, had poor communication skills, and seems to always not be aware of their job/work status.

Not only was the work mediocre but they had a huge oversight on their end with the work being half done and causing damage to my trunk and took no accountability for it. Save yourself the stress, time, and investment by going to another shop.

They fixed 90 percent of the accident and they had pictures taken of the damaged areas, but I need to accept that is the very best that they can do

WILL WRECKED MY CAR BRINGING IT OUT TO ME!Today April 27, 2022 I was called to pick up my 2019 Honda Civic. I bought this vehicle 6 months ago. My car had damage to the windshield and the hood and front. I went here because as a Geico customer it was an authorized shop. When I arrived this evening 20 minutes before they closed. I parked my rental SUV and proceeded into the business.

I met with Will and paid my deductible. He asked me did I see my car in the front. I replied no I didn't. I gave him the rental keys and signed some paperwork. And went outside to wait to see my vehicle. Will got in my car and started backing out really fast. Then he turned as though he was going to turn around the car so I could exit the driveway going the correct way instead of backing out.

He hit the rental SUV with my car! I was so devastated. I was so close to having my car back. When I looked there was damage to the rental and my car the whole side vender was bent. I was speechless I couldn't even show the anger that was burning inside of me. First why the hell are you driving a paying customer's car in reverse at a fast speed.

Will could of hit a person that was in the driveway. What happen next surprised me. The attitude was alarming no one seem to care. Yes I understand that you are a body shop and this is probably a simple fix. But Hey, Hi I am the customer and you just wrecked my car that I was (noticed the past tense) picking up. When I started to look at the actual work that was done to my car in the inside.

I noticed scratches on my dash. I mentioned it and I heard an excuse of the glass people just replaced the windshield. At this point I am heated. So the glass people scratched dash and again no one really cares. My driver's leather seat had some brown dust on it. I stopped looking because when I brought it in the inside was clean with no scratches on the dash.

Like I said before the car is six months old. There was no plastic on the seats or floor covers. At least I expect the same quality when I take my car to be serviced at Honda. They don't return my car dirty in the inside. Do we forget Covid19. People fixing the car that have to be in my car equals YOU cleaning the inside. I go inside and again I feel as though NO ONE CARES THAT YOU WRECKED MY CAR IN FRONT OF ME! I'm calling the owner tomorrow this is ridiculous.

WORSE AUTO SHOP EVER! i wish i can give them zero star. Raul is full of lies! they did more damage to my car instead of fixing it. I had to take my car back to them plenty of times but never repaired the damage they've caused! I dont know why geico recommends this shop. They had my car for almost 3 months just for minor paint job and window replacement.

They ended up messing up my camera, my wipers and guess what, they got no electrician on site. They kept moving my pick up date with the same excuse "we are still waiting for the parts" so i ended up paying for my rental coz my insurance only covered 1 month. NEVER AGAIN. dont go to this one. dont get fooled but the STARS they get.

They are here for the money for sure (I get it). We walked in, there was no greeting whatsoever and either everyone was tired/just didn't want to be at work or they had "bias" based on something else & didn't believe we deserved a smile, greeting or any kind of customer service. Ive only ever been honest when reviewing, and I tend to smile or greet ppl before they do me when entering a business (it's not right/normal that the customer has to be overly friendly and provide customer service just to be serviced).it's unfortunate to feel you aren't valued and that it's based on something that's really a prejudice.

As stated, maybe they were all (4) just tired and didn't want to be at work. I won't/can't deny the underlying feeling that it may have been based on more than that. Either way in order to be comfortable I spoke first and tried to joke around with the individual that was "helping" us (I was uncomfortable with the way we were treated.) I got a smile and made the most of the experience. It's gonna be about a month for the front end (one side of the front end of the car is damaged)repairs to be completed on the vehicle.it seems extended beyond what's usual and after the interaction I can't help but wonder if it's based on anything else.

I always give people the benefit of doubt, but my heart tells me I received lower/less service based on something people really don't want to discuss or acknowledge. I won't push the issue as it's immoral & some don't seem to care unless it specifically affects them. At minimal the customer service is lacking here, and I'd love to feel or believe I was really wrong in what I feel was the reason.but It's truly How I was made to feel & Not my "job" to figure out how it could have been a better service for the customer.

Ok. Did not communicate well when vehicle was ready. Heavily reliant on automated texts which don't always pull through. The body work was decent.

WARNING: check your lug nuts before your leave. This was a Geico suggested facility, so we took our Cadillac SUV here for repairs. Took a month for them to do repairs. Got the car back a few weeks ago. Today, we took it to a tire shop because we kept getting a tire error code. They said that they went to check out the tire and 2 lug nuts were missing. My wife, our 9 month old daughter, and I have been driving the car for a few weeks with missing lug nuts. This is unacceptable.

My insurance company referred me to this place for my repair. They did a great job on my dent. It was Professionally done. The whole process took about 2weeks and they kept me updated on every status change. Very friendly and welcoming customer support. I want to thank them for going the extra mile helping me with a new key. Definitely recommend this place for all your auto works.

I brought my car here to get my bumper fix. It was a very seamless process because they had enterprise on site. I was able to get my rental car and drop off my car all in one spot. I was probably in and out of there in 15 minutes tops. What I liked about the shop is that they sent me automatic text updates as my car was being fixed. When I got my car back it looked really good. They even gave it a wash. Hopefully I wont have to go back to a body shop, but if i ever do I would go back to Auto Collision Center because of how easy it was.

Had my first Geico claim and this location was highly recommended by Geico (I should've known better). The job for my whole front-end repainted; bumper, hood, fenders. After receiving my vehicle (which was oddly done quickly) I found multiple defects on the job that was done. I was unable to see these defects at the time of the pick up because they hide it by soaking the car at the exchange.

In addition, the right side of my vehicles clear coat looks to have a "mist paint, " which is visible at an angle glare. Most likely did the paint job outside in the sun effected by weather. I highly suggest not taking your vehicle in this location!

I have had issues with multiple cars over the past decade and thankfully my insurance list offered ACC as an option. I initially selected them for location, however after my first experience with them I have taken each vehicle. The staff has always been friendly and professional, fast turnaround time, accurate and fair estimates, and most of all A-1 service! I would recommend them to anyone that has to go through their insurance company or anyone needing body work. They always go over and beyond.

I have a brand new 2020 F150 that was rear ended on the freeway shortly after being purchased. I contacted Geico and they had me use this shop, I was told the bumper and hitch/reinforcement would be replaced as they were both damaged. After receiving my truck back the hitch is visibly crooked, scraped, and bent bit they claimed "they fixed it". My truck has a couple thousand miles on it and I wish I would have fixed it myself.

So I wrote a review on their services and somehow it's not on here anymore. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, they fucked up my brand new 2019 Audi A4 last year when I took it there to get the fender fixed for a minor dent. Geico sent me but I would never ever return, one they cut my leather seats in the back and the side door did not aligned which caused my door to not close correctly and what pissed me off the most was the service.

I work hard for my car and I have the right to be upset if the auto shop that was in charged of fixing my car, ended up damaging the interior in return for fix the exterior. I am and will be looking into a lawsuit for damages to my seats and my door.

I have car accident & my car is undriveable. Tow truck bring my car to my house & pickup the following morning to bring to ACC car repairshop which my car insurance GEICO referred to. I have to call the shop to give them authority to repair my car. They send me form to sign & send it back to them. After than they give me a call of the estimate time of repair & kept following me up for the outcome & the service they're doing.

My car was done earlier than the estimated time. Manager & staff are all nice & very helpful. I don't have to worry returning my enterprise rental car, I have to leave it with them. Thanks to my car insurance GEICO for referring me to this shop. I have my car back & I am happy with their service. I am recommending 100% to ACC for your car repair.

I highly recommend this repair shop. I received service through Geico (Auto Repair Xpress program) after our parked car was hit on the rear bumper and tailgate. I've unfortunately been involved with 5 accidents using various insurance carriers and body shops in the past 10 years - this has absolutely been the best service to-date. I scheduled an appointment and rental car two days prior.

Enterprise brings the car to the shop. I dropped off my car, reviewed with Raul, and was on with the rest of my day in less than 30 minutes. An adjuster called to follow up 2 hours later, and I received daily email updates on the status of the repairs. The estimated 10-14 days for repairs actually only took 6 days. Car was kept clean inside and out, and the completed work was explained thoroughly before handing me back the keys.

Everything was great, customer service was great. Repair was great Having to put a $100 deposit down because some idiot doesn't know that a stop sign means stop and decides to hit me wasn't great. Why did I take away a star you ask? Why did you take away my plastic that was in my car and leave a dirt mark on it when it was supposed to be detailed and all sparkly clean? Seriously, what on Earth are you going to do with one sun shade because just one is in the car, when I called and I told them they said I can come back and get it, but I think you should keep that one sun shade I think the other one will be lonely but you just keep it because days will be hot.

You shouldn't touch people's plastic I'm really sensitive about that you know some people keep that on the sofa for years a bunch of freaking weirdos do that, yeah well I'm that weirdo. Yes I would recommend.

I brought my car here after running over a piece of a truck tire (fml). I am ensured by Geico, so I chose this place based on their connection. Raul helped me out from day one, til the end of the days of my car repairs! He was nice, honest, and helpful through the entire process! Everyone that works there are friendly as well. I liked the service here, so I'd definitely recommend their shop if anyone was looking for a collision repair spot! They send updates frequently as your car is getting fixed as well. Thank you for everything!

My car was unfortunately dinged-up from my neighbor at work, swinging her door open & hitting my passenger door. She left a row of chipping within the paint and in the light, you could see small dents within the door panel. When taking it to ACC, I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical, but please do not be like I was and judge a book by its cover! ACC did a wonderful job at fixing my 2017 Ford Explorer!

My biggest fear was that when they replaced the door panel, you would see the difference from door to door. However, Raul explained to me that they would be replacing the paint of both the front and rear passenger door, to ensure you would not see the "flip-flop" between the paint job. He also said that I would be covered with a lifetime warranty, as long as I owned the car.

Not only did they get my car back to me within under a week, but it looks phenomenal! When they returned my car back to me, it also looks like they washed the exterior : Raul was very nice, knowledgeable, & explained everything to me professionally, where I was able to understand all that was going on. Hopefully, I won't have to return to an auto collision shop in the near future, but if I do, I will definitely be returning here!

After filing my claim with Geico. This was one of the recommended body shops. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and easy. The rental car was already at the body shop upon arrival. They also sent daily updates on the status. I recommend ACC to anyone looking for great customer service to go along with their body work.

My car was rear-ended in a non-stop and go situation on the freeway by a Dodge Ram. Needless to say, my car needed some work. My insurance had me come to the Automobile Collision Center. This business made things very easy for me with getting the Enterprise rental. They also took care of an additional claim for vandalism to the car and so I was able to get the damage from the accident and the vandalism done at the same time.

The car was delivered in good condition as far as the body work. The office staff are friendly and courteous. I had one small issue with the advanced keyless entry not working anymore after receiving the car back. I took the car to the dealer and was told I had to take it back here. So I brought the car back in, and they helped resolve the issue. I made an appointment and arrived at the time of the appointment and was told the person I was supposed to meet had left as he was told I'd come from 10-1 instead of the appointment being at 1 which I when I was told to come. Coming here twice for that and having to come back to get the advanced keyless entry fixed was inconvenient but thankfully it's all taken care of.

Everything went really smooth when I went. There were some people waiting as I arrived there a little late from my appointment, but, however, they greeted me and still helped me immediately which was great. They directed me to the rental guys which were literally next door, very convenient! I received my nice rental and they called me when my car was finished.

Instead of leaving me my vehicle and telling me to hit the road they pointing out what they worked on and did to my car which is a 1up, not to mention they include a complimentary clean to your car (which was really prolonged on my part.). All in all, great customer service and I would definitely recommend someone to this place.
