AutoImports of Denver did a great job in servicing my 2013 Mini and when a tricky and uncommon problem came up with the freshly repaired turbo system; Jeremiah took the time needed to correctly diagnose and test the car until it was fully sorted. This actually required a few trips back but I was never charged for the labour to do the follow-up work. These guys are honest, reliable, very fair and know European cars.

These guys are great. Took my Volvo in for diagnostics when the check engine light came on. They found the problem, quoted me a fair and competitive price, and got it fixed quickly. I'll definitely take my car there again.

I've been taking my BMW's and Audi's to these guys for the past 8 years. Every single visit has been immense. I trust Kris and Jeremiah to work on any car I bring them. And trust me, I've brought them at least 7-8 cars for work. I highly recommend this shop and team for any import.

Was so very pleased with the kind and courteous professional advice I received from Jeremiah about my Volvo XC90.after giving my car a total once over I decided not to follow through with the needed repairs. The cost would have outweighed the value of the car. Jeremiah informed me of every possible option and cost, and allowed me the time I needed to make a decision! I have never had such a great experience at any shop in my life!

We have both of our cars serviced by Auto Imports (Jaguar XK & Acura MDX) The work is consistently thorough, complete with full explanations before beginning the work. We have had a few not normal issues with our cars & the team did exceptional work each time. They are terrific!

Not being familiar with Mini I wanted to take my wife's car someplace that specialized. The car was at 75k, purchased from Carmax 2 years ago so I wanted good service maintenance, brake check, and other recommendations. They could have easily told me my brakes needed done but was straight with me - good pads on rusty rotors. Didn't try to see me anything which I appreciated.

He did notice some cracks on some belts which I had done bc it was time and we do a lot of driving. I'd use them again and recommend you give them a shot if you need/prefer a specialist.

I won't take my vintage Mercedes anywhere else. The experience was positive all around. I have been to several garages with my vehicle and AutoImports was far and away the best. Price was fair and everything was explained beforehand. Scheduling was prompt and repairs were completed within the timeframe described. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have taken my Rover to AutoImports twice and both times my experience was exceptional and professional. Highly recommend and surprisingly still affordable.

Auto Imports of Denver are the only mechanics I trust with my car. If you're anything like me, finding a mechanic who is knowledgeable and honest can be tricky. They always provide great service, reasonable wait times, and a fair price. I have an 06 VW GTI at almost 100K miles, and it's still running like new thanks to Jeremiah and the rest of the team. I've brought my car in for everything from oil changes to turbo problems and I always pick up my car happy and satisfied with the service provided. Everyone has always been super friendly and knowledgeable about their trade. I highly recommend going to Auto Imports Denver for anyone who drives a European import!

My VW Passat was due for an oil change. I also wanted them to take a look at my steering because i felt it was loose. I wanted to be sure nothing was wrong with it. Since my car is beyond warranty i wanted to checkout a repair shop and avoid the dealership's service which most owners know can be expensive. I call this shop and spoke to Kris the owner.

He quoted me $100 for the oil change and told me his guys will check steering system to see if there were any issues while they had the car up for changing oil. He said that they do that the steering system inspection for free. Also told me it would take one hour. But at the end of the service he charged me $146.98 for the oil change. I can understand if the quote is a few dollars off because of taxes and such, but the quote to be almost 47% off than what was quoted was beyond reasonable.

This is bait and switch. So many oil changes in my life and not once has a shop changed the cost of an oil change. An oil change is a basic service. You have to be able to correctly quote what you are going to charge for an oil change. In the end I paid $146.98 dollars for an oil change. That is very, very expensive for a street driven, midsize sedan.

Plus its more than what the dealership would have charged me oil change + inspecting my steering system. Plus the service took almost 2 hours. If i had known it would take this long i could have planned to leave my car. Added to that Kris, the owner, does not like to use the air conditioning as he gets cold very easily. So the waiting room is kept very, very warm. Its really tough to wait in there for almost 2 hours. All in all, a very bad experience. I would avoid.

Only car shop I can trust. Kris schedules shop work and Jeremiah has been the main person assisting me for my auto maintenance. It is refreshing to come to a business where you see the same team every time and they are willing to listen and collaborate with you on the auto maintenance and repair. I can not thank the people in this company enough or tell them enough how appreciative I am for their professionalism. Thank you!

Best shop I have been to in awhile both Jeremiah and Dominic are very knowledgeable bout cars. Very nice people and very clean shop. Even told me I could go without getting some stuff done saved me some money as well. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Chris the owner is a very nice guy as well please don't sleep on this shop I promise it's good and honest work.

I had some damage to my vehicle as a result of hitting a big piece of steel left in the road. Chris and Dominic were a pleasure to work with. Communication was great, dealing w the insurance company was seamless and the service was excellent. I've had my Mini to the shop in the past for minor maintenance and again all work was done in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. I'd recommend AutoImports to my family and friends.

I had a great experience with AutoImports yesterday. I had been looking for quite some time for a BMW X5 and was really nervous about buying a used one so I wanted to have an inspection done before signing the papers. I called up Kris and he scheduled me in that same day. The mechanic performed a thorough 2 hour inspection and provided documentation of all the needed repairs, which was very little.

I was very happy with their customer service and loved how knowledgeable they are with BMW's. I'm now on my way to buying my new X5 and feel confident I have a good vehicle and a great place to get it serviced. Thanks AutoImports! I couldn't be happier.

Kris and his team were highly responsive, transparent and promptly addressed our transmission problem. They went out of their way to explain in detail the approach and they promptly resolved the problem in a highly professional and fair manner.

Auto imports saved us a ton of money! We had an oil leak and another shop wanted $7,000 worth of repairs! We found Auto Imports and they fixed the problem for under $500! They were fast and very friendly! Love these guys! Will definately go back again!

Though my MB '07 S550 is getting a bit up there, I've done my best to keep her running like new. When it started making an intermittent mechanical noise, the first place I visited listed SEVERAL possible causes, with a kind of trial-and-error game plan that was likely going to run me up into the thousands. Found these guys, who pretty quickly narrowed it down to one of the same possibilities the first guys had pointed to, though with greater certainty. Pulled the trigger, paid the bill, she's back to running like a champ.

My only apprehension about a full five star review is that it was only the second shop I'd talked to, though I have enough confidence in their abilities that I'll keep coming back.

Wonderful experience They were friendly and just seemed like honest and good people. I went to another "name brand" auto shop that was going to charge me twice as much to replace an ignition coil. Autoimports had me in and out in 30 minutes, no appointment. Pep boys made me sit for almost 3 hours for just a diagnostic. I am definitely going to bring my car (2006 bmw 330 xi) back to autoimports

We had an alright experience here. The people there seemed to actually want to diagnose and solve the problems with my car. They even went as far as to throw in a few nice things along the way. They were inquisitive to find all possible sources of trouble. There are however a few reasons I would not give them 5 stars. We went in with an idea of what was wrong which was the battery.

And we felt that there were further diagnostics done that were unnecessary and added to our bill. In the end, we ended up just changing the battery anyway. We took our car here because they were Import specialists but didn't find anything special about how they worked with our VW. Seemed to be more of just prefered makes to work with.

UPDATED REVIEW : I am updating my review for Auto Imports because I can tell that these guy really care about their customers. I just had the owner reach out to me and apologize for my recent experience at their shop. I might have been a bit too harsh. I will definitely give these guys another shot!

Had a great experience with Chris and Ryan recently.well, today. Long story short, the clutch on my new (used with 55k miles) VW gave out, and the car (which I just bought a month ago) was inoperable. Called and spoke to Ryan, who got back to me very quickly. I am more of a "dealership" type, but just couldn't pay what the dealer was asking for the repairs, so brought the car in to AutoImports. Ryan was thorough and explained everything to me up front.

His quote matched dollar for dollar what he told me on the phone. Fast forward one day, I get a call from Ryan to let me know that the car had been fixed and that they had discovered another issue from the previous owner. He explained the issue to me thoroughly and gave me the options. In my humble opinion, this was absolutely NOT an upsell -- i sincerely felt like it was someone looking out for me and my best interest.

The issue was resolved quickly. I went to pick up the car today, and it is running like a dream. I think there might have been some mix-up with a part that they needed for my car which may have brought their actual cost higher than the quote -- but Chris was right there to step in and honor the quote they gave me on Wednesday. Again, an A+ experience - they have my business for life!
