Shanna and the staff do a great job with my vehicles. Work is done properly and they don't oversell you on items you don't need like they do at the dealership. Prices are very reasonable. Great technology to keep you updated in the status and cost of your repairs. I highly recommend Autohaus!

I am a fairly new customer here and can only praise the Autohaus team. They are very professional, accommodating and listen to my needs. They go out of the way to not only communicate with me during the repair process, but really take care of me. I feel my SUV is in the best hands when I need anything. I look forward to returning again. Thanks again.

I've brought my cars to Autohaus for years - everything from oil changes and tire rotation to brake jobs and more. They are always extremely friendly and professional and really care about building a long-term relationship. Also, their prices are much better than taking your car to a dealer. I would highly recommend! Services: Brakes, Oil change

Autohaus has been nothing but amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to customer service. I have had an oil change as well as my front rotors and brake pads replaced. They check in to see how your experience was because they care. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone in need of a great place.

This establishment always provides excellent service and customer support. They are very knowledgable and do their best to allow their customers to make educated decisions with their vehicle should the opportunity arise. Their prices are fair and the waiting area is very comfortable which is great although I never find myself waiting too long when I bring my car in.

I always feel welcome and can tell they go out of their way to do so for every customer. Little details like your name written on the door to welcome you in reflects their desire to add a personal touch to their service! I highly recommend going to Autohaus for all of your car needs!

I have older vehicles with maintenance needs, and I know I can go to Autohaus for just about anything. After many years of service, the staff knows my vehicles and more importantly knows me as a customer. They know I need targeted, quality work, not expansive solutions. Customer service is friendly and efficient. The very few time a repair needs more work they accommodate right away. Can't beat lounge and loaner availability too.

Thank you Shanna & the whole team at Autohaus! Hands down the best service & employees! Folks talk about how it's hard to find a good mechanic you can TRUST, but it's really not. Just head to Autohaus. End of story.everyone here is AMAZING! My first experience was a nightmare, but one that Autohaus helped wake me up from! It made all the difference knowing I had experts who knew their craft on my side when a warranty company that left me hanging out to dry.

The whole Autohaus team was amazing during the whole ordeal, giving me time to try to work things out. While my best option there didn't allow me to have Autohaus replace my BMW engine, their EXTREME commitment to excellent service no matter the outcome made a clear impression. I knew I could trust them with my wife's car, all my future business, and even refer them to my own clients with confidence.

Since then, we've had our state inspection & oil changes, as well as complete front+rear brake replacement job for "Sasha", my wife's Lexus CT200h. When I find my next vehicle, I'll take it to the Autohaus team too. It's the kind of place where you immediately feel like you're family & have a team you can count on to deal with the routine, the extreme, + everything in between!

Excellent customer service by both Rusty and MJ. Brought our Honda and Volvo for regular scheduled maintenance. I was offered a coupon for both oil changes and the remaining additional needed work was performed per my authorizations very professionally. I had been informed previously by AAA that both cars needed brakes. Upon inspection, neither required brakes as remaining pad life was 70% and 80% respectively. Unlike AAA, they are honest, transparent and personable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Staff is very professional, courteous, and responsive. I also really like their digital communication system where you can see all the recommended service items and accept or decline each one. Of course you can call with questions, but this allows the customer to review and think about recommended services without feeling the pressure that can come with a phone call.

And you can track the progress of the work on the digital portal, as they check each item as it's completed. And on top of all this, the work was top-notch. Definitely recommended!

**It's long but worth it! Ok here's the backstory: Back in April 2021 I bought a 2004 toyota corolla. In mint condition from Virginia. Car drove perfectly fine. The dealer in Virginia said upfront the cars CEL was on but he promises to fix it. He tried to fix it but could only get 1 of the 2 codes to go away but never get the CEL (check engine light) to turn off.

It was stating an issue with the voltage to the torque converter. However after 3+ weeks of not being able to figure it out. I asked him to ship the car to me as agreed and let me see about fixing the issue myself. He promised if I can't fix it he will buy the car back or exchange. After the car was shipped here to NC. I was given a 30 day tag to try n figure out how the heck am I gonna get this car fixed.

I took it straight to the toyota dealership to do a diagnostic( about $149). They saw there was an open/exposed wire. Stated that they don't splice or cut wires because its there policy. So the only option was was to replace the entire engine harness. Which in total came to $2,403.39. I said heck no I can't afford that we are still in a Pandemic here.

Plus I just bought the car and I haven't quite recovered from that yet either. So down on my luck I decided to ask around with the have documents of the dignostics from the toyota dealership in hand. No one knew or bothered to try and help look for the problem. So with 7 days left on the tag I already told the guy I was driving back to Virgina to exchange for another car.

In June 2021 I called Autohaus Import Service (found on google) and briefly explained my situation. They said to come on in and bring the diagnostic paperwork and they will give a second look. And within 20 minutes I was called to the back and they discovered ONE tiny wire was cut. The gentleman told me that he's not sure if this is what the dealership saw but it looks like this tiny wire is ur issue.

So to make it plain and simple. I paid total $72.80 and boom check engine light was off and NEVER came back on again. This is now December and still no issues! This shop has saved me from a 3 1/2 hour drive and spending almost $2,400 at the dealership! I am extremely grateful for there patience and hospitality. Very clean waiting room and complementary snacks and drinks and wifi. So relaxing to know that good people still exist. And again thank you. Will do business again here soon and when needed!

My first impression of this company was formed as a result of a phone conversation. I must say that MJ is a complete professional and as far as I'm concerned he is the face of the company. I've never experienced such warmness and profound details to customer satisfaction. After that amazing encounter I was blown away by the analysis that was performed on my car.

Every issues was laid out (problem and cost) by the mechanic so that I could understand them with criticality in mind. The next day which happen to be a Friday I dropped my car off for the first urgent repair and an oil change. They completed the repair and the time to do it exceeded my expectations. There are times that you experience surprises in quoted charges when picking up your car. That was not the case! Thank you AutoHaus. I will be returning

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. They said they were changing 6 spark plugs on a Mercedes Benz Glk and when I took it back for maintenance, they said that these people had only changed 3. Charged me $800 guaranteeing the problem was fixed. They also put in low quality spark plugs in my car making the engine light go on after a person bought the car from me.

The manager SHANNA GOODING should be fired for knowing this and completely scamming me. They even left a full diagnosis on one of the coils- Truly disappointed at how evil people can be especially this business. Please do yourself a favor and don't take your car here unless you can physically see what they have placed inside your car. I'm usually not one to write reviews- But thought I could help out someone before coming here.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I have been using them for a couple years and I can honestly say that every single experience I've had with them has been excellent, not just great, but EXCELLENT! Shanna and MJ are absolutely phenomenal to work with! They are completely transparent and they go out of their way to help you!

This is the BEST auto repair shop I have ever been to. Their customer service is phenomenal. Their waiting area is the nicest area I have ever seen. So cozy & nice, you will forget that you are at an Auto Shop. These people are honest and show such great concern for your car & owners. They fixed my car quick and did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Having had a good service experience during my last visit, I brought another one of our cars here for a second opinion on a mechanical issue. Not only did they give honest feedback, but also warned us of some other items that would likely need to be addressed in the coming months before we dumped a lot of money Into an older car. All in all we decided to replace the car, but the level of customer service received on this and all past visits was outstanding.

I came across Autohaus on a google search my husband needed work on his car and they have been our go to mechanical place since then. I am sooo grateful that I found them. Seriously the best hands down. Autohaus is located near North Raleigh right off of Glenwood and they situated on a private lot. There is plenty of parking and on any given day you will see cars in the lot waiting to be picked up or serviced.

I called the day before and spoke with Shana (who is amazing by the way she knows EVERYTHING about EVERY car, she literally knows the business like the back of her hand) I wanted to get the dreaded admissions test on my car for my registration and she was able to schedule me an appt immediately. She even remember who I was because my husband gets his car serviced there.

The office is very clean + neat and bigger than what you think. They have a little lounge area with snacks + drinks which I thought was a great touch. The admission test took about 15 mins which was no time. Luckily I passed and I was done. They charge me $30 for this and they even gave me a quote for some other work that I needed done. On our way out she gave us a cookie with their logo on it which I thought was nice. Overall amazing staff, unbeatable service and fair prices. We will ALWAYS go back.

For @5 years, Autohaus has been my place for maintaining my Mercedes for regular checkups, oil changes, etc. However, the other day I had an emergency my engine light came on. Shanna, service advisor, advised me that she would get my car in as soon as possible for review. Outcome my car needed it's crankshaft position sensor replaced. Mission accomplished!

During the time my car was in their shop Autohaus gave me one of their loaners whereby I could run my needed errands. They were prompt in getting this repair done and gave me a warranty. Thanks Autohaus for your superb customer service. Linda H. Archer Raleigh, NC

My driver's side window would not come back up yesterday on my 2003 BMW. I just wanted someone to get the window to stay up and not spend hundreds on a total repair. Douglas and his crew at Autohaus came to my rescue. Not only did they do the job for a reasonable price they allowed my to store my car in their garage over night (out of the heavy rain). I have just moved to Raleigh and have found an honest repair shop. I will be coming back. Thank you guys! Robert Walker

I have a 2000 BMW that was out of commission for a while. I shopped around a few different places to get a quote. Eventually I decided to bring it in to Autohaus Imports and they got me squared away fixing all the leaks and breaks I was dealing with. They even did the due diligence in replacing a few missing pieces for me that were pennies to the dollar, ensuring my car was fully functional and had all the components that were there when it first came off the floor.

The service was more than reasonably priced compared to other shops and the customer care is top notch. It's been 6 months since they serviced the vehicle and drives like nothing ever happened. I look forward to working with them again.

My family and I have been bringing our cars here for years. I know the prices may be a little higher than other spots but the personal attention they give me and the fact that know all of our cars as soon as I give them my last name makes it worth it to me. The waiting room is comfortable with wifi, tv, snacks, and coffee and if you don't have time to wait, they will help you figure out transportation as well!

Easy to schedule and will often take your car early. Worth the extra TLC for me. For bigger repairs they understand a price comparison at the dealership, but I have only opted for that once or twice and I think once was for convenience when living in Durham! Again. Great staff!

We have had our cars serviced by Doug and his crew for 15 years or so and cannot say enough positive things about the company and service they provide. We have taken our Toyotas, Mercedes, and Lexus autos and absolutely trust the Autohuas team to perform the service and maintenance to keep them in top running order. The personalized service is second to none!

I got an estimate for repairing a light that was out on my volkswagen passat 2004.$400. I could not afford that amount so I had my car checked by another car repair.ended up costing me $23.00! That was $13 for the bulb and $10 to install.! Needless to say, get a couple of estimates before letting this place fix your car!

Do not bring your car here. I had my transmission rebuilt by their team which cost over $4000.00 - the transmission did not last 19,000 miles. When the transmission blew again, they did not stand by their work and told me that they were no responsible for the transmission. These guys are overpriced, they are not straightforward and they do not stand by their work. Its a chop shop.

I've been taking my 2007 328i there for a couple months, first for a window regulator replacement ($400) and an oil change ($100). At my last oil change they told me that I needed front a rear brakes even though my sensor wasn't indicating the need. They emailed me an estimate of $1188 (pads, rotors, sensors - front & rear). Well, that's a lot of money so I shopped around and got some other estimates, Weaver quoted 750 for the same job (includes 15 percent off labor for new customers) and Shade Tree Garage quoted 825 for the same work.

I called one more place, Reliable Import Service and they gave a quote in the ballpark of Weaver, but suggested I bring the car in to be sure, well turns out I don't need rotors at all, not even rear brake pads! Not even anywhere close. All I needed was front brake pads! So for a grand total of $640 I got 4 brand new tires and new front brake pads! They even replaced a rear light bulb for free and took my car over to for it's inspection. Great service. Won't be going back to Autohaus.

This place has great customer service. I have on '01 Jetta that sometimes can be temperamental. Beth, the owner has a great demeanor and all of the workers are helpful and knowledgeable. It sure beats going to the dealership and paying out the @$$ to grumpy people (Southern States VW). I moved to NC nearly 2 years ago and was looking for a local import place.

The Autohaus was recommended and I'm happy about my choice. They also have a loyalty program for oil changes $100 for 5, and they top up all fluids and check tires/brakes.

Took my Mercedes E55 for a check engine light three times. The fuel system was being tested again and we were now throwing a third (and now getting expensive) repair at the persisting problem and had still not yielded a fix for the check engine light. After the check engine light soon returned, I took the car to Leith Mercedes, who fixed the car for a quarter of what I paid Autohaus in 3 visits in just a few hours. Additionally, the car was cleaned and waxed and the problem turned out to be the other, hard to see end of a hose that autohaus had already worked on and fabricated, but as I'm told by Leith they "probably lacked the necessary tools, such as scoped optics, to even see the problem was at the other end".

I was specifically recommended Autohaus by an online Mercedes owner's forum's local members. I learned the hard way, that this place is probably more for older model mercs and beemers from years gone by, for a cheap alternative to the dealer hourly rates and that if your car is anything near a prized possession, then you should probably steer clear and just go to the dealer, who I can recommend.

My car was mistreated by Autohaus staff, including a traction control disabled, wheel spinning launch from a full stop in the middle of I70 on the hill outside Crabtree Valley Mall. The engine was heat soaked when I got it back and the supercharger disengaged. Very unprofessional treatment. One of the service techs that took a turn to joyride my hard earned car in the passenger seat had plugged in what he thought was a second radar detector on my windshield, remarking about me "having two radar detectors" but it was actually a DVR-Camera which they had inadvertently enabled to record themselves - upon return to Autohaus, they discussed "That car which you keep trying to boil the tires off of". Suffice to say, I won't be back.
