So I did some research looking for a good place to bring my car besides the dealer. I had been told about this place and of course read the reviews and they were absolutely all correct! I took my car here to have a full diagnosis to see what repairs were needed. Emma went through each report with me of the things that stood out the most! She was super sweet and took the time to explain things to me. That is always appreciated and I will definitely be returning to these guys to take care of my car! Thank you Autobahn!

Over the years I've taken my foreign cars to Autobahn. Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes. They fix the repair problem right the first time. I've known Bill, one of the mechanics at Autobahn, for a long time. He's a great guy, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took care of some issues with my car that required some ingenuity, as well as, performing general service. He's not above explaining things to you in detail, if you so request. Emma, at the front desk, is a pleasant, multi-tasking, breath of fresh air on the telephone and in person.

I came in with a broken A/C Compressor on my E60 5 series. They completely replaced it at a fair price and in a timely manner. I just wanted to get it running and that was exactly what I got, no pressure for other repairs I didn't need. Definitely will return if I have any more issues.

Excellent service center. BMW San Antonio performed an oil change on our 335i and during the inspection they recommended a radiator flush. Didn't have time that day so I made arrangements directly with Autobaun to perform the radiator flush. When I arrived the technician asked me to look under the hood with him. The radiator cap was laying on the housing and antifreeze was everywhere. Fortunately the car had not been driven very far. I trust Autobaun, they are professional and offer very competitive pricing.

The 1st mechanic shop I experienced where they actually video tape underneath my car to show where the issues were and what needed to be completed. Since I did a walk in because I was on the highway, that was when my catalytic converter broke off on 1 one and was highing up by a tube connection only, I went straight to the nearest auto shop which was only 5 minutes on the way home. Appointments were full so I was told that they would try to fit me which that were able too. Got a phone from them with an estimate of the pieces I needed and they said getting the pieces I needed from the mitsubishi shop was gonna cost me about $1600.00 so the Autobahn shop said they will take care it which will include include using their piece and take care of the welding as well. Doing that, it cut the price down to around $800.00 instead of the $1600.00.

This shop is willing to go that far to help me as a customer to pay less instead of just saying that I gonna have to pay the $1600.00 instead like I had to choice in it. Not sure if many shops do asking approvals to complete what is needed electronically by texting you a link instead off calling the customer but to me, that made things easier on my end as well rather than missing the phone call instead.

This place to me showed a great "1st impression" is "last impression". I can see why they were booked with many appointments because of their dedication to customers. Highly recommended and lucky for me, since I only stumbled upon this shop.

This shop has no people skills. The owner over charges for work and parts. This shop tried to charge me in excess of dam near 1000 dollars to put in a fuel pump. After I bought my own pump for less than half of what he was charging, he then tried to change 300 for the work and 130 for diagnosis. Let me be honest the fuel pump is located under the back seat with 6 screws and a hand turn plate.

The whole procedure was done in 22.11 minutes. Look on YouTube. I took my car elsewhere where I paid less than half his price on labor and way less on the part. His charge for the part was 475.00 plus tax. For the same part and part number I paid 219. His labor cost is 137.00 per hour, in which it didn't even take an hour to do the work. I paid just over 100 dollars at Protech, which is located 1.5 miles down the street. My suggestion don't go here. Period

I brought our VW to several mechanics who all had the same answer. "It's a European car we don't know what's going on.'" Autobahn spent 48 hours with our vehicle and now it runs like new. Bring your German cars here and watch them work. Thank you Autobahn.
