Many things impressed me about my first visit to Auto Works of Brandon. Their professionalism and their warm and welcoming attitude was the first quality that I encountered. The staff was very knowledgeable about the factory settings and maintenance schedule of my car, even more so than the dealer. Also, they were extremely honest. The day before I brought my car in, I had taken it somewhere else and was told I needed a complete brake job.
My husband told me to get a second opinion because the car was not old enough to need that kind of work. When I brought it into Auto Works of Brandon, they told me my brakes were fine and I just needed some minor maintenance. It is hard to find truly caring and honest mechanics these days. I highly recommend you check them out.

If you're looking for top-notch service advisors who won't take advantage of you or your wallet, definitely consider Auto Works of Brandon for your vehicle repair and maintenance needs. Matt is a gem to work with. He's always patient, explains the issues on a level I can understand, and I never feel taken advantage of. They are a busy group and have a large clientele, but he always knows me when I call or come for my scheduled visits and feel he looks out for my best interests regarding my vehicle needs.

Auto Works was amazing I dropped my car off to get a water leak fixed they called me the same day and said this is the part that you need if you give us the go ahead we'll order the part and put it on this is how much it's going to be they sent me an email and they texted me and itemized list of everything and I said go ahead and fix it very next day at 10:30 a.m. he called me and said okay your car is ready I couldn't believe it was fixed that fast. I mean I may have gotten it cheaper somewhere else but they did a great job the service was great. I definitely recommend them!

We started bring our cars to Auto Works a few years ago and they have been great. They are honest and reliable. This is the only auto shop I take my Volvo and BMW to for any related issues. They have excellent mechanics, fair pricing and constantly communicate with you on progress and delays. The later is what makes them stand out to me because everyone has busy schedules and it allows you to adjust without being stranded at the last moment! T.A. Customer since 2019.

My car was overheating. I called because I've heard such amazing things about them. Matt answered the phone and calmly told me what to do. I got the car towed to their shop on Friday afternoon and they had it repaired and ready for me on the next Tuesday. The bill was much lesser than I had feared and they even washed my car! Great job! These are such good, honest people! I took my car to Brandon Honda which tried to charge me nearly $2,000 for what turned out to be services that were not even needed. I brought my car to Autoworks of Brandon and my total was under $300! I would pay whatever to keep my car in excellent condition because I need it, but to not be taken advantage of when I go to have my car worked on is so appreciated! This place is wonderful and has my full trust!

Great service and reasonable pricing. Found the problem and got the vehicle back before expected date. Very easy process and very professional. I was going to the dealership but I will now go here. Always scary going to a mechanic not wanting to get ripped off. This is the place you want to go to get away from that Service: Engine repair

Brought my car in because the ABS light was on. We thought it needed new rear brakes and a friend had highly recommended this shop. They brakes were fixed and they recommended other services totaling over $5000. We okayed the most pressing concerns to the tune of almost $2000. When I picked up the car, the ABS light was still on. I was told they weren't sure why it was still on and would research it.
We returned a second time for them to try to get the light to go out. This time they told us the car needed a new ABS module that would cost another $1000. I don't feel they were honest with me to begin with and were trying to cover their mistake at my expense. Very disappointed
