Absolutely the best customer service of any business I have dealt with in a long time. They explain every part of the process and keep you informed, but they do so without being condescending. My wife didn't feel intimidated when going to the shop or talking to them on the phone which is a miracle I itself. I'm not sure if it's the cheapest option around, but peace of mind and great customer service are worth it everytime.

I am very happy with my repair. They are friendly, helpful and most of all honest and courteous. I even got a text video showing exactly what they were seeing and what needed done and didn't try to up-sell me on anything else that wasn't necessary. I needed front and back replaced but I could only do one at a time, I will be going back soon for the rest and will probably never go anywhere else. I'm glad I found a new mechanic. Thank you! ~ Tara

This is my new repair shop. Freindly and responsive staff that go above and beyond to make sure things are done properly and they make you feel like family. It was nice that they had a couple different third party finance options for major repairs. They have leveraged technology like text reminders, and repair photos to explain the work necessary. This really beats the dealership experience hands down.

Had my car towed here due to a flat tire which caused some grinding. Received communication from Karen via text message with updates which was great because I was working while my car was being serviced. Fixed the grinding and replaced the tire in just a few hours, and reasonably priced. Super friendly staff. Definitely recommend and will return!

Karen is friendly and professional, she makes the process easy. They send you a link that allows you to pay quickly and easily and you can pick up your car after hours. The work is always done to my satisfaction and I trust them with my family's safety. The inspection they perform allows you to get the full picture of what is needed and you can choose what you want done. Love these guys! Won't ever use anyone else.

I had the most amazing service from first phone call until the time my son picked up the vehicle. I had trouble with the the heat and air conditioner. The mechanic called me every step to explain what he had to do and cost before proceeding. Everything is running great! They even sent me a thank you card for coming in. It was a pleasant surprise. I have not had anyone treat us as well as they did when taking care of our vehicle. Thank you soooooooo much! I would give 100 stars if I could

Critical: Professionalism I asked this company to remove the thermostat, flush the cooling system including the heater core, and then to install a new thermostat. What they gave me. they tested my radiator water and said they found CO2. They told me that the engine was ruined and charged me 75 dollars. Services: Engine repair, General repairs & maintenance

I am new to the area, I been having issues with my car so I stopped at auto repair technology because of the reviews I seen on google. First and for most, the place is clean and welcoming. The lady up front was so kind. I never had that kind of experience before at a auto repair shop being a woman she made me feel like I was friend especially because i was clueless. She knew how to talk too me. She told me about the financing they have and the snap program. Anyone is this area. This is the place.

Love love love this place! They are professionals and treat you like family. Just went up to ask about this noise and they looked it was a simple heat shield loose and fixed it for free for me! When u do get other work u get sent a link of everything they can fix and how serious whatever problems your car may have, using a graph from red to very serious and green is A Okay! I recommend coming to this shop for sure! Prices were very fair.
