Low tire pressure warning came up on DIC, called Brian and asked if I could stop by in next 10 minutes. Sure! 20 minutes after I pulled in I was on my way to work with an inside the tire patch. As always, Auto Plus provides prompt, fairly priced service.

I would not take my cars anywhere else. This is what a modern, professional, mechanic shop. Auto Plus was recommended to me by my boss and could not be happier with them. If you want a place with honest mechanics and decent prices look no further. Talk with Mike or Ryan at the Addison location.

First time visit and I was impressed. I didn't feel pushed or pressured. Actually got in a bit before my scheduled appointment time. Last place I went to for oil change/tire rotation tended to overbook appointments. Last 2 visits my car didn't get started until an hour after appointment time other visit they were short handed and had to reschedule, would have been nice if they would have contacted me before I got there. Nothing but positive impressions for Auto Plus so far, hope it continues. Timely appointments and excellent reviews proved to be accurate.

I can't really say enough good things about this place and all of the people who work here. I have been going here for a long time, I started going here when Frank came over from M&N Auto in Addison. Don't worry if you haven't heard of M&N, because it probably closed over 20 years ago. Mike and Brian have been amazing ever since and I wouldn't trust my car to any other mechanic, period.

There are really two main things that I find to be exceptional here and have earned my trust for as long as I'm driving cars or they're in business here. The first is that there is never any mystery about what's going on with your car, they are 100% transparent with everything they do. Secondly, they will do everything possible to limit your costs and only suggest service if it's absolutely necessary.

Got me in right away without appointment because my tire was low. Guys are great. Very good communication. Prompt service. Would highly recommend

There were some misunderstandings in communication regarding how long it will take for an oil change, but they did their best to fit our needs. And I really appreciated that. The woman at the front was great! She was very nice and caring :) One problem is that the employees were not wearing masks properly. Sometimes, they wore it under the chin, which is not the right way to wear a mask.

There was one customer doing the same thing, talking over the phone, but no one told him to put on his mask. I did not feel safe to wait in there. Other than that, their service was good. And one more thing fyi, my car is a hybrid and I had the groupon deal (which includes oil change, battery check, inspection, etc.) But they couldn't do the battery check for my car because it's a hybrid.

My newer to me car (that I had only purchased a few months ago from Carmax) had started making a noise that was concerning. My friend suggested Auto Plus and Mike got us in right away. He looked over the car and found $2500 worth of damage! He was honest, clear and very patient with me. He treated us like family and gave us advice on what was absolutely necessary to be done right away.

I ended up fighting with carmax and getting them to pay but I tell you this, I will never take my car anywhere other than here! The work done was fabulous, quick and everyone we met was just as wonderful as Mike! I will recommend to every single person I know!

I have been trying to get my oil changed for the last few days and to no avail. Absolutely struggled to get in anywhere and my car was basically shouting at me to get it serviced. I just got this car a few months back and this was my first time getting maintenance done on it. My family goes here to get their cars serviced as well, and I knew that the folks here would do a great job.

Now don't do what I did, because it's not cool to surprise any business without an appointment these days, but I am so absolutely grateful they were able to squeeze me in! My car is herself again! No more reminders to get an oil change. I will be back again and again and again, even with living in Chicago. The drive is worth it. Very grateful for the kind wishes too - my stepdad is a frequent patron and the kindness goes a super long way. Truly a family-oriented business. You will not be disappointed!

Went in fir an oil change & it came with an inspection as well. I was super satisfied & I found the inspection so helpful. Instead of a paper copy of the inspection they sent me a message with a link to view. The link showed my cars health on this red to green scale & gave me a list of okay, fix soon, & fix now issues. Would definitely recommend going to auto plus for your oil change. I also recommend finding a coupon on Groupon. You'll get a good deal on an oil change & then they'll mail you out coupons!

We have been doing business with Auto Plus for more than 25 years, although we haven't needed their services again until recently. Some things never change though! Same thoughtful recommendations and high quality work. One of the very few places I can walk away from and feel that my money was well spent

Always pleased with the service I receive here! Mike and Brian, the service managers, are always helpful and willing to answer your questions, and I am never disappointed with the quality of service. Seriously, fixing your car and keeping up with car maintenance isn't cheap! However, when you can't do it yourself you need someone to trust that you don't feel is ripping you off. This is the place and I don't go anywhere else.

Took my car here for new tail pipe, transmission flush, tire rotation, etc. Fred got me in and fixed my car in a day, was super helpful and my car is running great. Great quality work!

Rafael is very nice and provided good customer service. However their prices are over the top. I told him on the phone what was wrong with my car and he suggested I get the "free" 15 consultation. Which consisted of putting my car in the air and running a code scanner that they use at Auto Zone. I was told I needed a full scan which takes about 30 minutes to determine if I needed a catalytic converter or an O2 sensor. Needless to say $66 dollars later (1/2 hour labor charge) it was the converter which I had told him before.

I feel a bit ripped off because he knew it was the converter from the original code he had received. Also the quoted prices for the converter were about $200 more than other quotes I had received. BEWARE

I needed tires for my RAV4 and decided to go to Walmart over in addison. After waiting for over an hour after they said it would be a 30 min wait to start on my car, I decided to look for a place nearby. I hopped on yelp and found this gem! I was helped by Brian. SHOUT OUT TO HIM and the gentleman that also works in the front with him. Brian was extremely nice and super helpful.

I recently relocated to Addison & found this gem on a Groupon for an oil change & tire rotation. Excellent customer service! I was greeted right away by a friendly gentleman who took my keys and offered me a beverage while I waited. The reception area was clean with a nice beverage station, comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV.

I found a deal on Groupon for oil change. When I took my car for the oil change, the guys saw few other things. They were very transparent about it, which I really appreciated a lot! Couple of weeks later, I called them for pre-purchase inspection. I brought two cars, and they told me not to buy any of them! Sean and Brian took the time to explain what were the issues and how much would it cost to fix them!

They were genuine about their opinion. When they realized that I was such a terrible luck with cars, they only charged me for one pre-inspection. It meant a lot to me! I would definitely recommend this place!

These are probably the most straightforward and honest guys you will ever deal with. I have gone to them for years and have never had one single issue with them not being honest with me. They have matched every single coupon, every single sale, every single deal another garage has offered me. They have even cut me deals on certain things that needed to be fixed more seriously than I had brought my car in. I will always go here before ANYWHERE ELSE!

Decided to give them a try based on the yelp reviews. Spoke to Brian and from the start the communication was fast and very clear. Not only did they get my Jeep back in order they communicated excellent and finished the job is n one day. So far so good and at this point I will use them again
