Very dissatisfied with the service and professionalism of this company. My dad was charged $5400 for something they never ever fixed. They even acknowledged they couldn't fix it and ordered wrong parts and my dad was charged. They had his motorhome for months and never did anything to help resolve the issues. Stay away

Absolutely NEGATIVE! We took out motor home in for service and when we picked it up found the entry steps had been smashed backward enough to damage the motor mechanism ($500 to replace)! The side storage door dented beyond easy repair and paint stretched off to the metal down the fender. I had photos of when we dropped it off with no damage. Their response when I demanded explanation "I will check out cameras, there are literally hours of viewing so I can't guarantee anything, ".
After our repeated outreach they blatantly lied to us stating they did not do the damage. These people are crooks! They have no respect, even less professionalism and didn't fix the original issue we brought our motor home to them in the first place. If you care for yours I would highly recommend you steer clear of this place. They had zero regard for our $60K home away from home.

Jeff, Jim, and Jeremy along with the mechanics at the shop do a top notch job. I have gone to these guys for over a decade to get my cars and diesel truck repaired or serviced and I have never been disappointed in the slightest. They can be trusted for your repair and they can be trusted in the repairs you need and they will also let you know what you don't need. They bend over backwards while walking the extra mile to make the customer happy.

We have been taking our diesel pusher RV to Automotion for years now. While they are very busy, the mechanics know their stuff and have been able to resolve issues with our "bus" other places couldn't figure out. They also have an attention to detail and safety. Prices are fair. It's unusual to find a place you know will take good care of your vehicle and can be trusted.

What a great experience here. Not to stereotype, but as a girl I find it rather difficult to not get overcharged when walking into any automotive shop. This was not the case here, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly, & more than accommodating. I went in for a simple emissions test during my lunch break, recognizing my profession & the limited time available, he got me through much quicker than I had anticipated.
Not only this, he kindly gave me my registration decal on the spot for no extra charge - usually places can't wait to charge you for anything (& everything). If I am in need of any car repairs, I will definitely be giving this place a go & so should you!

If you are needing work done on a vehicle this is one of the few places you can trust. I have taken several vehicles to them over the years and they have always been 100% honest, and upfront with what the car needs. They have gained my loyalty by being your friend instead of a place of business. They are dedicated to keeping you on the road at a fair and honest price.
If you need any kind of service from a basic tune up to a engine overhaul this is my first stop. Their service is top notch and fabrication skills are among the best I have seen in the Salt Lake valley. I will continue to use them until I leave the state. Even then it will be hard to not come back for service.

I hope people that give automotion business do not get robbed as i did, I have spent 9000$ and had my truck in there shop for a total of around 8 weeks to fix a problem that still remains, along with getting my truck back, covered in grease they also broke my bug screen and claimed this did not happen while they had my truck, I'm certain it did. though i believe in giving a business a chance to prove thier worth i was extremely wrong in this situation only to find im geting billed for new problems that didnt hinder my truck in any manor while the original problem remains, i would strongly recommend that if you read reviews considered my experience there and how awful it was for me and take their buisness to a company that performs quality work and has integrity, i can tell you automotion does not and learned an expensive lesson here. Take it from me.
